Hello. Don't worry and don't take any kind of stress. Drink right quantity of water whole day. And don't take any kind of tension and allopathic medicines too much. Try too walk in walk in park. Must do some yoga like. Anulome vilone read good books at night if yours interest. Boil 7-8 leaves of green pudina and boil them in 1cup of water and drink it before going too sleep at night. Give feedback.

Dear miss there can be no plausible connection between your generalised complaints and the fact that you had unprotected sex 3 to 5 years back. Unless you are still feeling guilty about it or you are worried that you have contracted some sexually transmitted infection. It is best to go to a pathology lab and run a std screen so you know whether you are infected or not. May be then you can stop worrying!

Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. What are the symptoms for dengue fever.
The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

Because I have a type1 diabetes on insulin since 21years. And my sugar level are getting more less about fbs 20-30 I had decreased my night dose of insulin to 10u. If hypoglycemic condition occurs continuously is it effect for my mental ill.

Hi, in t1 diabetes, unless blood sugar is properly monitored and insulin dosage is correctly adjusted, hypoglycemic episodes can occur. You may talk to your physician and see how effectively sugar levels are maintained. This is not a situation which can be addressed by online consultation. It needs a close monitoring between you and your physician. Also you may think of using insulins like glargine or degludec which are peakless.

Hi, Chew Tab. Khadiradi vati 1 tab. 3-4 times a day and take Vasarista 2 tsf with 2tsf water mixed with it 3 times a day. Take hot water fomentation with hot water bag, on the chest 2-3 times a day.

I am male of 25, I am unmarried and never did hand practice. Once or twice in a month erection of penis occurs in night (may be for the whole night) and then it becomes a big problem for me as it causes vomiting, dry mouth, panic etc. Because of this I am not able to face interview and so on. Chest pain may be due to gastric problem or heart problem. In gastric problem there will be indigestion, heart burn, stomach fullness, water brash in mouth, gas problem etc. If it is due to heart problem, it will be dull aching and mostly radiating to left or right arm and shoulder or chin. There ll be dizziness falls etc. Diabetic and hypertension patients and most prone to heart problems. There are many other reasons for chest pain. If you are in doubt consult a doctor.

STRESS CONTROL There are many ways to tame your stress and keep it at bay. Here are 20 tips to tame your stress today, and keep the stress monsters at bay. 1. Perform diaphragmatic or deep breathing exercises. 2. Lie face down on the floor and begin breathing deeply and slowly, with your hands resting under your face. Do this for five minutes. 3. Sit in a reclining chair. Put a hand on your abdomen and a hand on your chest. As you breathe, make sure the hand on your abdomen is moving up and down rather than one on your chest. If the hand on your abdomen is moving you are breathing deeply and slowly. 4. Try progressive muscle relaxation or “deep muscle” relaxation. Progressively tense and relax each muscle group in your body. Learn the difference between muscle tension and relaxation. 5. Meditate. Use visualization or imagery to help you learn to be one with your thoughts. Sit quietly with your eyes closed, imagining the sights, sounds and smells of your favorite place, such as a beach or mountain retreat. 6. Exercise regularly or take up yoga. 7. Consult a psychologist about the use of biofeedback 8. Make time for music, art or other hobbies that help relax and distract you. 9. Learn to identify and monitor stressors. Come up with an organized plan for handling stressful situations. Be careful not to overgeneralize negative reactions to things. 10. Make a list of the important things you need to handle each day. Try to follow the list so you feel organized and on top of things. Put together a coping plan step by step so you have a sense of mastery. 11. Keep an eye on things that might suggest you’re not coping well. For example, are you smoking or drinking more, or sleeping less? 12. Keep a list of the large and little hassles in your day versus the major stressful events in your life. This helps you focus on the fact that you’re keeping track of and managing those as well as you can. 13. Set aside a time every day to work on relaxation. 14. Avoid using caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, junk food, binge eating and other drugs as your primary means for coping with stress. While they can be helpful once in awhile, using them as your only or usual method will result in longer-term problems, such as weight problems or alcoholism. 15. Learn to just say, “No” occasionally. It won’t hurt other people’s feelings as much as you think and is simply a method to be more assertive in your own life, to better help you meet your own needs. 16. Get the right amount of sleep. For most people, this is seven to nine hours a night. 17. Cultivate a sense of humor; laugh. 18. Research has shown that having a close, confiding relationship protects you from many stresses. 19. Don’t run from your problems! This only makes them worse. 20. Talk to your family and friends. See if they can help. If these tips don’t help, or you’ve tried a lot of them with little luck in better taming the stress in your life, it may be time to consider taking it up a notch. A mental health professional — such as a psychologist — can help teach you more effective methods for handling stress in a healthy way in your life. Such psychotherapy is short-term and time-limited, with a focus on helping you better deal with stress. Remember — we do have control over the stress and choices we make in our lives. It sometimes takes a little practice and effort to put some of these techniques into play in your life. 1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily like brisk walking, 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. I think you are allergic to milk. Avoid it and replace with soya milk, almond milk from only almonds or any plant based protein powders. Check for a week if you are feeling comfortable after avoiding milk. Take probiotics blend for a month with lactobacillus acidophilus and start again drinking milk in small quantities. if you are still facing same problem. This is called a night fall in local language. It occurs primarily due to overflow incontinence. If this happens once in 15-20 days at your age, it can be considered normal.
