If severe hair fall starts, it creates lots of tension and the person normally starts avoiding shampooing. But it leads to more hair damage. 1. Wash your hair regularly with some mild herbal shampoo, like arnica (min 3 - 4 times a wk) 2. If you use oil don't keep it for more then 4 - 5 hrs. 3. Eat proper balanced diet regularly. 4. Regular exercise for 30 min. 5. Go for serum ferritin level, if very low you have to take some iron supplements. Besides all these, proper homoeopathic treatment helps to maintain proper cycle of hair.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Hi lybrate-user stop eating wheat and wheat products for 1 month, avoid sugar, canned food, refined (use sarso oil only), secondly eat seasonal fruits every alternative days and other alternative days only normal dal, vegetables and rice or mostly south indian dishes. Stat eating triphla chooran in morning emty stomach with luke warm water (available in patanjali stores). And the most important thing start doing surya namaskar in morning. Try not to eat anything after sunset, this will make you slim and healthy.

In accident ear side upper right side chik bone got hurt and after nose bleeding finding the side upper teeth griped hard and always feeling like in upper teeth has kind of some thing sticked (fasa hooa) always since last more than one year. Hai lybrate-user. U should have consulted the Oral and maxillofacial surgeon immediately after the injury itself, he would have come up with a solution that time. The bones might have healed in wrong position. However consult with Oral and maxillofacial surgeon immediately.

Not only is everyone else against you but it sounds like you are also against yourself! The key to your resolution is the anger you talk about: it can give you headaches, make you aggressive, make you abuse yourself, make you lethargic and non-functional, and you are close to losing your business too. You need to quickly meet with a counselor and discuss these problems. I am sure that that person will want more information about this anger. Something may have happened in your childhood and your parents could be very helpful to identify the cause. In time this anger when turned inwards will lead to depression and make you feel listless. I also recommend that you go for vigorous exercise everyday and keep with it forever. You need to get a good night?s rest and eat healthy food. You need to become responsible, respectful, and functional anyway. By this trend you may loose your family, friends, girl friend, and position in society.

Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise like walking or cycling or jogging for 25-30 mins for 5 days a week. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion and tomato. Take green tea 3-4 cups a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. For belly you can do planks and squats. For eyes symptoms like strain or blurring or headaches. Hi lybrate-user, I hope you're dong fine. If doctor has prescribed you apetamin he certainly knows what he's doing. But to gain weight you need to eat properly and grow your appetite. Im curious to know what are your thyroid levels and free and total testosterone are like? Because at the age of 20 you should be happy and cheerful. Please get a health check up done (Including Free & Total Testosterone, Cortisol, TSH, T3 & T4) You might be suffering from hyperthyroidism which can lead to fatigue, depression, weight loss and unable to weight gain, eating whatever you feel like but still not able to gain weight, appetite loss. There can be also another reasons like your lifestyle, stress issues, sleep etc. The key factor to gain weight and overcome depression is to exercises which will release GH, Testosterone and Dopamine (These hormones are responsible for muscle gain not just weight gain, overcome depression, makes you feel euphoric and happy, boost up your confidence level etc) with this you need to be particular about your diet and eat smartly not alot of food. Anyone can google what to eat and what not to eat but only few dietitian knows how to optimize hormones to give someone a healthy life. Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

Please follow these tips Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room.

First thing in the morning drink 1 cup of warm water with lemon *drink lots of water throughout the day and with all meals *drink lots of green tea *never ever eat sugar *eat whole foods *eat all the vegetables you want *eat 5 small meals a day (this includes snacks) *do not eat anything after 7pm do1/2hour to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking) *eat the good fat (olive oil, *get 8 hours sleep *minimize stress *eat low fat dairy products such as plain yogurt, cottage cheese, skim milk.
