I got balanitis and balanoposthitis infection some time ago. I took fluconazole and amoxicillin tab. Now it's ok. I can easily pull my for skin. But there is still redness of frenulum of penis when my penis gets erected on frenulum getting pain and during erection I can't pull the foreskin fully when m pulling forsaking frenulum get pain even can't masturbate properly. Pls tell proper medication for penis cure. I am really fed up with my penis. Plzzz treatment.

Hello- The previous infection is not healed properly and hence you are facing these problems. Apply Coconut oil + camphor over the affected area and start consuming ayurvedic medicines. You will be recover permanently.

From your data you appear to be obese. Obesity is the most common cause for snoring. Start programe to reduce weight first. Try to sleep on side to reduce snoring. Most importantly if your partner observe that you stop breathing briefly during snoring or if you don't wake up fresh if you feel sleepy most of the day or you sleep easily during day time than you should undergo sleep test to rule out if you are suffering from a condition called sleep apnea.

There are many causes of dryness, mainly due to contiuous watching the screens, decrease in blinking of eyes due to some cause, and various others factors. Use some long acting lubricating drops for this.

It is completely understandable why you enjoy masturbation more than actual sex. To correct problems of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, start tab. Tadaza (10+30) almost 1-2 hours before starting sex. Some and arleast 25-30 minutes in fore play before beginning intercourse. For a complete cure of erection problem and premature ejaculation you also need to get treated for associated stress, anxiety and loss of self confidence since that plays a major role in maintaining the positive effects of treatment.

Take one tablet of meftal spas twice daily after food and one tablet of rantac150mg twice daily before food for 2 days.Take bland diet,drink plenty of water.If no relief,consult for further advice

I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Eat a healthy, balanced diet and avoid eating strongly flavoured or spicy food. Cut down on sugary food and drink, as it can increase the amount of bacteria in your mouth. Reduce your alcohol consumption. Stop smoking. Cut down on coffee. Drink plenty of water to help prevent your mouth becoming dry. Chew sugar-free gum after eating, to stimulate the flow of saliva. This will help clean away any remaining food particles. Don't use toothpaste to clean your dentures, as it can scratch the surface and cause stains. •Clean your dentures thoroughly using soap and lukewarm water, denture cream or a denture-cleaning tablet. Use a separate toothbrush to clean your dentures. Make sure you visit your dentist for regular check-ups. Having regular dental check-ups will ensure that any plaque is removed from your teeth, particularly in areas that are difficult to reach. Your dentist can recommend the best way to clean your teeth and gums, and point out areas you might be missing. They can also identify any signs of gum disease and ensure early treatment. Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. If your bad breath is caused by a gastrointestinal problem, such as an H. Pylori infection or gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD), you may be referred to a gastroenterologist. Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. I am 44 years old was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in march 2014 and I took care of everything to where when I checked it twice daily it would come out to be between 85-90. Is there any solution for my case, please suggest.

85-90 is not diabetes. u can continue with the general measues that u are taking. keep checking weekly once fasting levels. if fasting is more than 126 then u need treatment.

I have had dark circles and baggy eyes for years. I am 22 and I feel like dark circles are taking away my confidence. I do sleep properly for 7-8 hrs and drink 4+ litres of water daily, still they are as it is. I ve read about vitamin K supplements and creams, do they really help? What should I take?

These dark circles may be caused due to anaemia. Take syrup dexorange two teaspoon twice daily after meals for atleast 2 months. Also eat 4 almonds daily and walnut daily. Apply cucumber peel massage and milk cream massage over dark circles. Do this first, further treatment will be done later.

It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body, and can be performed in moderation throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behavior. It will not affect you or your ability to have children in the future. If you wish to reduce the frequency of masturbation: It originates from brain, due to thinking about sex. Hence: ·     Do not watch adult material. ·     Concentrate more on your studies or work. ·     Exercise regularly.
