Hello, the safe period is from day 3-day 11 in a 28-30 days cycle. Secondly on loosing virginity vaginal bleeding occurs due to rupture of hymen which stops naturally in 2-3 days. Thirdly in case of contraceptive failure or unprotected sex, in order to avoid pregnancy, emergency contraceptive is to be used within 72 hrs, offering 99% protection against pregnancy.

Hello, any bleeding in pregnancy is an alarm. This may be a threatened miscarriage, please get an urgent transvaginal ultrasound done to rule out and placental separation or retroplacental clot. You should follow absolute bed rest till bleeding stops and continue susten tabs. If required inj. Hcg may be required, please meet your obstetrician.

Don't do exercises now. You can eat non veg no problem. Take green leafy vegetables and fruits and lot of salads. Drink plenty of water to avoid constipation & urine infection.

STDs and Ways to Prevent Them

STDs or sexually transmitted diseases refer to medical conditions that are contracted through engaging in sexual acts with a person who has an STD. These diseases spread though sexual activities that involve the penis, vagina, mouth or anus and occur commonly among those who are sexually active, especially with multiple partners.

STDs are usually severe conditions that require proper medical diagnosis and treatment. The kind of treatment method used depends on the nature of the condition.

The important thing to understand and know is that these STDs can be prevented.

3 ways of preventing STDS are:

  1. Practice safe sex: Use a latex condom every time you have sex and use a water-based lubricant. If your sex life involves intercourse, anal or vaginal, make up your mind to never have sex without a condom. If you or your partner is at a high risk of STDs, be consistent about barrier use during oral sex as well. Avoid sharing towels or underclothing to reduce the risk of an STD. Check the expiration date of the condom and make sure that it has an air bubble, which shows it has not been punctured. Dispose the condom properly and never reuse it.
  2. Don't drink alcohol or use drugs before sex: It's impossible to make responsible choices about your sex life under the influence of drugs or alcohol. When you are under the influence of any one of them, you are not in your mind and are likelier to choose a partner you wouldn't have picked otherwise. In that case, you may be at a higher risk of contracting an STD. Also, if you are on birth control pills and you vomit, the pills could lose some effectiveness.
  3. Precautions before sex: There are some things you can do to reduce your risk of contracting STDs before sex. This include limiting the number of sexual partners, talking honestly with partners about your sexual history, getting tested, along with your partner, before having sex, getting timely vaccination against HPV and HBV. If you have been diagnosed with an STD you should tell your partner about it and also explicitly ask your partner about the same.

Hi, firstly you need to get a sonography done to check the reason for delayed menses. Now a days polycystic ovaries has become too common in young girls which is one of the reason of delayed menses. So with the test, you will come to know the reason for it. If the weight has suddenly increased a lot, then kindly get your thyroid function test done. But for now, you can start with ashokarishta and nashta pushpantak rasa.

I will suggest you to Get her blood checked for CBC and follow up with reports and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

1. Root vegetables

Local produce can be hard to find when cold weather inhibits crop growth. But root vegetables like beets, carrots and turnips can withstand the cold, so local farmers can provide fresh produce and you can reap the benefits. Roast carrots for a boost of beta-carotene, or boil turnips for vitamins c and a.

2. Oatmeal

Oatmeal is much more than just a convenient breakfast food; it also provides nutrients that are essential during winter. Oatmeal is high in zinc (important for proper immune function) and soluble fiber (associated with heart health). Although instant oatmeal is more convenient, it is a bit more expensive. To eat healthy on a budget, go with old-fashioned oats.
