I have bad fever an vomiting and cough last two nights its very difficulty problem please solve me.

BHMS

Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase. Also for vomiting no. Of times/quantity of vomitus is needed. Consult me for homeopathic treatment. Recommend me by clicking on recommend option and leave feedback.

Ayurvedic Remedies for Cough

Cough is also known as a sudden reflex in which you have to clear your throat and breathing passage from microbes, irritants, fluids and mucus. You can also call coughing as the rapid expulsion of air from your lungs. Coughing can be both deliberate and involuntary. There are two types of cough which can make you suffer dry or wet. Wet cough is caused due to cold, cold extremities or viral attack. Dry cough is caused due to exposure to pollutants, smoke, environment and also if you have allergy from dust. Cough problems have an effect at your lungs, respiratory tract and immunity system. Ayurvedic treatment is oldest holistic medicine treatment and was developed thousands of years ago in India. Ayurveda promotes good health and can be used effectively for both wet and dry cough.

Ayurvedic remedy for wet cough:
Symptoms for wet cough includes pain in your throat and chest, fatigue and irritability.
1. Using liquorice powder (3 tsp), black peppercorn (1 tsp) and sugary candy (2 tsp) can make an effective natural home remedy. Crush all three ingredients all to form a powder and you should eat half tea spoon of this mixture 4 times a day.
2. Crush a little ginger to make a paste and paste it on a sieve. Extract the ginger juice and add honey (1 tsp). Mix well and heat it till it becomes lukewarm. You should eat 1 tea spoon thrice a day.

Ayurvedic remedy for dry cough:
The causes for dry cough include pneumonia, sinus infections and viral infections in your respiratory tract. Symptoms are fatigue and weak immune system along with an itchy throat.
1. Using almonds, butter and sugar makes for an effective natural Ayurvedic home remedy. Make a paste with 7 almonds (soaked overnight) and add 2 tea spoons of butter and sugar each to the paste. You should mix well and eat it twice every day, at morning and evening.
2. You can also make a paste by mixing small quantity of basil leaves, ginger and honey. Mix well and have 1 tea spoon thrice a day.
3. Take a glass of warm water and add 1 tea spoon each of turmeric powder and carom powder. Mix it well and drink the mixture about two times a day. This is an effective remedy for dry cough. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an ayurveda.

Hi. My father (59 yrs) is having breathing problem since past few years. The problem get worse after he gets up from sleep in the morning and that continues till 10 in the morning. One thing has been noticed is that if he remains awaken whole night then the problem doesn't arise. It arises only when he wakes up in the morning. Please suggest some ways to cure this problem. Also suggest which field of doctor should I consult for curing this.

MBBS
General Physician, Mumbai
Please do this for few nights before sleeping and see: strongly dust or hit all pillows before sleeping in nights. The dust accumulated on pillows during day may act as trigger during the hours of sleep in night. Taking warm drink like cow's milk in night is nice if not allergic to milk.

My 5-year-old daughter has asthma. What is the effect of using an asthma preventer long-term?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi. Bronchitis or Asthma can be treated well with homoeopathic medicines completely, only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for sometime. As well as there are no side-effects of these medicines if taken under the guidance of a qualified homoeopath, so can be given even to a newborn baby!! Keep taking your already on going medication, reduce it gradually and slowly once homoeopathic starts acting. Take Bakson's Astha-Aid drops/ 10-15 drops in 1/2 cup water/ thrice d day for 1 month. Report me back after a month.

Mucus is getting formed in my nose constantly. I am nasal sinus patient. Give me some natural remedy please. Nose is running. Its just stuck in nose always.

Diploma in Otorhinolaryngology (DLO), MBBS
Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT) Specialist, Bangalore
Mucous formation in the nose is a natural process. The mucous is needed to keep the nose moist & to remove the impurities that you inhale while breathing. Excess mucous formation is not normal. It could because of an allergic reaction. Get a ct scan of the sinus along with a nasal endoscopic examination done by an ent surgeon. These two procedures will pick up any nasal pathology.

Hi rakesh , First of all please see how you are breathing , In the world more than 70% People do reverse breathe 1) Reverse Breathe : When you inhale and stomach contracts . This breathing creates two pressures in the body one is top to bottom due to inhalation and one is bottom to top due to contraction of stomach . Now bottom to top pressure pushes out the air early hence causing low blood oxygen levels .... Which in long term constricts interstitial membranes ...... 2) If Reverse Breathe is the case then please work on it and make it positive by practicing count breathing . Like Count 5 and start inhaling and forcefully expand the stomach then count 2 and hold breath and then count 5 and exhale and contract the stomach...... This cut the root cause . Also have 1 tsp vasavaleha two times and Vasarishta 15 ml two times before food to relieve the condition
