Hi Firstly, your body proportions are ok. Your BMI is 20.07, which is in normal range. Don't focus on mass and weight. Just focus on being strong and fit. Don't compare yourself with body builders and models. Be proud and confident of yourself. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods. Eat healthy Go for regular walks and do yoga. Sleep well.

Hi Kundan, Long hours be without food is not good.U may develop ulcer in the future. So take some food.Even biscuits u can take. Now u can take Tab Pan(40)-1 once daily before breakfast for 1 month.

Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning

I am an almost 18 year old male and I have been experiencing a skin problem for past two years. The problem is that whenever I scratch my skin, it swells out. Even if I scratch lightly it still happens. The swelling disappears automatically in about 20-30 minutes. It has been there for a long time as I told above. Hello lybrate-user now a days each and every person has some or more amount of stress level. Now a days busy schedule nd life style and also not neglect our dieat for our stress level. So no time for ourself that's way develop stress nd frustration level. U can relive that stress level by yoga; Pranayam ; routine exercise; drawing (do what you like) if your mind will involved in something what you like than automatically your stress level decrease. Yoga and Pranayam will also decrease frustration level. Other issue may always there but you need to find the person whom you trust nd share your problem with them this will also help u.the best person in your life you should trust and they will never judge you are only your family members (mom/dad/siblings) try this what I suggest u. Nd if you fell it's not working and you want to consult psychiatrist than go for it. Be happy and enjoy your life.

You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no shortcut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests
