Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.

Please get your thyroid profile and a fbs ppbs test done. These are blood tests and are to be taken in empty stomach. Without these reports it is not possible to understand why you are losing weight so get these tests done soon and get back to us with the results.

1.Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2.Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3.Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. It is mainly due to infection (mainly fungal) in your scalp skin, as skin of scalp is very little blood supply, so take time to remove infections, it comes in from of dandruff. For control on hair fall you have to control on dandruff and infection, otherwise most of the times it spread to your face and eyebrows and eyelashes also. It requires proper medicines and care.

In an analysis of data from the women?s health initiative, the level of ldl cholesterol was lower by an average of 4.46 mg/dl in the women on active treatment reported peter f. Schnatz, do, of reading hospital in pennsylvania.

In addition, higher levels of 25?hydroxyvitamin d3 (25 (oh) d3) were associated with higher levels of hdl cholesterol and lower levels of ldl cholesterol and triglycerides.

How to manage premature ejaculation - part 4, medical treatment options

As discussed earlier, premature ejaculation (pe) occurs when a man reaches the peak of sexual excitement and ejaculates before he wants it to happen. When pe interferes with the sexual pleasure of a man or his partner, it becomes a medical problem.

Several factors such as psychological problems (eg. Anxiety), penile hypersensitivity, habituation of quick sex / masturbation, alcohol abuse, hormonal imbalance (e. G. Thyroid problem), and even genetic problems may cause pe.

Medical (allopathic) therapy for pe treatment:

Drugs used for the management of pe reduce sensitivity and anxiety, improve blood flow or even affect some chemical mediators present in the brain. These classes of drugs include local anaesthetics, antidepressants, and phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors.

Anaesthetic compounds were the first medical treatment proposed for pe management. They were applied topically to the surface of the skin. Lidocaine-prilocaine sprays or creams decrease the sensation of the penis and increase the time taken to ejaculate during vaginal penetration. These sprays / creams are applied 10 to 20 minutes prior to sexual activity. Side effects of topical agents include partial loss of sensation of the penis, absorption in vagina resulting in vaginal numbness and irritation.

Treatment medications include selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (ssris), which interact with a receptor (5-ht2c) present in brain and increases the production of serotonin. They also help in reducing anxiety and depression associated with pe. Through this mechanism, they prolong the time to reach ejaculation.

Several ssris have increasingly become used as" off-label" for pe. Among the available ssris, paroxetine and dapoxetine are more beneficial with lesser side effects as compared to other ssris. These medications are associated with sexual side effects including decreased fertility and erectile dysfunction. Dapoxetine is a recent ssri which acts quickly and cleared rapidly from the body. Adverse effects with ssris are usually minor and include fatigue, mild nausea, loose stools and sweating. Other side effects may include decreased sexual urge and increased tendency to suicide, especially with long-term paroxetine.

Another potential treatment option for pe are classes of medications which increase the blood flow by dilating the blood vessels of the penile region and prolong the ejaculation time (phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors). But a headache, dizziness, flushing, body aches associated with them have limited their use in pe.

At present, clinicians need to consider all treatment modalities when evaluating a man with pe, as each patient may respond differently and experience variable side effects. Additional and more effective therapies need to be developed having least side effects.

Ayurvedic therapy for pe treatment:

Vajikaran in Ayurveda is an important treatment modality which increases sexual capacity and improves health. In Sanskrit, vaji means horse, the symbol of sexual potency and performance thus vajikaran means producing a horse's vigor, particularly the animal's great capacity for sexual activity in the individual. Vajikaran therapy reenergizes all the seven dhatus (body elements) and restores equilibrium and health. It also offers a solution to minimize the shukra (sperm and ovum) defects.

There are many formulations which are used in vajikaran. Some of the commonly used formulations include vrihani gutika, vrishya gutika, vajikaranam ghritam and upatyakari shashtikadi gutika. Vrihani gutika is one of the potent formulations while vrishya gutika is highly potent aphrodisiac used in the treatment of pe. Vajikaranam ghritam enhances the strength of penis. Upatyakari shashtikadi gutika is useful for the enhancement of the fertility.

Also, chapdraprabha vati and kaunch pak are known to increase sexual vigor and semen consistency, thereby helping to prolong ejaculation time and sex pleasure.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hello there, I don't know what to do in my life, as I am detain from my engineering college for one year and feeling too much depressed. I did completed my diploma engineering with good grades but I don't know somehow I can't manage to do well in bachelor of engineering. You are angry with yourself and then you are turning the anger inwards which is causing you the depression. Go meet with a counselor and deal with this anger. You will need to occupy yourself and as well as get some tutoring for your engineering and prepare yourself to perform better. If you like you could work part-time and honorarily in an engineering firm related to your specialization to keep in touch with the practical aspects. Failure can be a stepping-stone to success. If you will it can be done and better too. In the meantime do the following: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food. You may also include these noted foods that are good for your brain health: Brain-Friendly Foods MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay. But the MIND approach “specifically includes foods and nutrients that medical literature and data show to be good for the brain, such as berries,” says Martha Clare Morris, ScD, director of nutrition and nutritional epidemiology at Rush University Medical Center. You eat things from these 10 food groups: •Green leafy vegetables (like spinach and salad greens): At least six servings a week •Other vegetables: At least one a day •Nuts: Five servings a week •Berries: Two or more servings a week •Beans: At least three servings a week •Whole grains: Three or more servings a day •Fish: Once a week •Poultry (like chicken or turkey): Two times a week •Olive oil: Use it as your main cooking oil. •Wine: One glass a day You avoid: •Red meat: Less than four servings a week •Butter and margarine: Less than a tablespoon daily •Cheese: Less than one serving a week •Pastries and sweets: Less than five servings a week •Fried or fast food: Less than one serving a week.

Weight reduction you need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips : 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

hello, fibroids occur in about 30% women..!since you havent mentioned details itz difficult to comment..! treatment depends on age of patient along with the symptoms shez facing..! it ranges from medical treatment to surgery in severe cases..! the kind of surgery wud also depend on location of fibroids..!

Well you have described symptoms which suggest more in terms of repetitive negative thoughts and worries. A person who is highly anxious or keeps to himself can usually have these symptoms. A person with obsessive symptoms can also have these symptoms. Reducing your anxiety might be the primary goal. Kindly do yoga and relaxation exercises. Kindly consult a psychiatrist to help you further. Be relaxed stay healthy.
