Smoking does both. It affects your skin causing wrinkles and skin discoloration. Smoking is a habit that uses the respiratory system to ingest the substance, theregore the lungs are immediately affected and therefore the breathing. Also the carbon monoxide i cigarette smoke reduces he hemoglobin in the blood which reduces the oxygen carrying capacity and you can get easily breathless with minor effort. The smoke has more than 4000 substances and most of them are very harmful. It is a very bad habit, period.

I suffered from terrible UTI in August last year, for which I also took medicines as prescribed by gynae and it was cured after 15 days, but since then I have developed this problem that every time I pee, I feel like peeing again, and it happens way too many times after I take a shower. It is not painful like it was during UTi but it is very uncomfortable. I feel very irritated in my urinary tract. Also let me also mention, I have a desk job so I do not urinate very frequently and I have not had any physical contact in the last 3 months, so I think getting infection from my partner can be ruled out. Please tell me why is this happening and how can I cure/prevent it in the future.

increased frequency of urine may be due to a recurrence of uti ,you need to get an urine routine and microscopic examination done for that. whereas Increased volume of urine or polyuria may be due to many causes. If blood sugar levels are normal, diabetes mellitus is excluded. First water, sugar,caffeine,alcohol intake needs to be decreased. If problem does not subside after that, 24 hr urine volume measurement need to be done. If its more than 3litrs, then urine and serum osmolality and specific gravity needs to be evaluated. Depending on them serum vasopressin level and desmopressin stimulation test needs to be done later. These tests will exclude central or peripheral diabetes insipidus or polydipsia. Treatments can be done accordingly. Also history of taking any drugs like lithium, demeclocycline, amphotericin b, aminoglycosides etc. Or histry of any cns infections, trauma, surgeries needs to be excluded.

Menses can come early after childbith. That means she might be ovulating and she can get pregnant. So you should use some form of contraception to avoid pregnancy for at least 2 years. Copper t or tab cerazette are the two option other than condoms.

Stress can be reduced by learning and practicing methods of relaxation like exercising, yoga, meditations, muscle relaxation exercises etc. Also learning stress management techniques and practising them may help a lot.

Dear, These are the causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal changes occurs in body These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

I have a depression and stress and some physical problem like sleep to much and don't want to eat. Other people said me why you haven't a job and you are lazy. I can't work in any type. I can't study well and can't do exercise.

When one is in a depression, he feels like he 'can't' do many things. This, of course, is not true but due to lethargy, which is different from laziness, causes a sense of inertia. Under the influence of lethargy you will not feel like doing things, getting up from the bed, working, and even the effort to put into thinking, etc. Laziness is as a good as a choice and has more to do with unwillingness. Even so, you need to fight this condition. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

My age 21 years old am here to explain my problem with what real incidents happening in my life and continuing struggling. Actually am I suffering from Type 1 Diabetes since 9 years taking 3 times insulin injections daily, this is o.k for me. But real hardship am I facing is due to somewhat my nose is not straight the whole people around me when am in school or in college or in bus or any travel events they've given bad expressions it touches very hard to brain and heart to understands due to these very severe hypoglycemia attacks occurs [blood sugar range was 26,36,25,45 and so on], I was alone, heart beat pumps at very fast rate, tension and stressed. So, after long analyzing I was decided to do nose operation to straighten nose and it was successful last year. But, the problem is still peopled give bad expression but with tiny amount when compare to previous one. Due to this I was alone in my room, not going to outside just college to home.Please tell.

Diabetes and insulin at young age is depressing. See some juvenile diabetics and their life style in real life or net groups, you will feel you are not alone. They have achieved so much living with diabetes. You need not achieve like them. But you will not be worried about other's facial expression and feel bad. You can not live alone. The earlier you get adjusted to others expression, the better it is for you. You have to go out and mix up with all sorts of people. Start with known classmates and cousins with whom you are comfortable. Slowly expand to others. Best of luck.

Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

In your case uncontrolled high sugar or even very low blood sugar can cause fatigue etc. Get your sugar tested on empty stomach (fbs) and 1 1/2 hours after principal meal (ppbs) then decide whether you have to consult about abnormal blood sugar levels or for a different cause.

I am diabetic patient age 60. I'm suffering from diabetic problem since 10 years and I changed lot of medicines and now I'm using reclimet 500 mg morning and evening, istamet 500 mg at afternoon. My diabetic level is morning fasting160 and after eating food 200 bp level is normal. For diabetes you need to avoid sugar, jaggery and honey. In fruits you need to restrict banana, chickoo, mango, sitaphal, watermelon, sugarcane, muskmelon, grapes etc. Yo0u need to avoid deep fried foods like farsan and namkeen etc. In vegetables you need to restrict potato, sweet potato, yam, beetrrot and carrot etc. Try to consume more of salad, Vegetables, whole grains. Eat small and frequent meals. Do not consumeany of your meal heavy. Start taking fenugreek seeds whole or powder in the morning as it will help you keeping your sugar normal. Your fasting sugar should fall below 140. And after eating sugar should be below 180. About medicines you need to consult you physician.

Generally, one's height is determined by the genes they inherit from the parents. 1. There is also no quick fix for the same. While, taking proper nutrition and increasing the intake of calcium rich foods can help in height growth. 2. Regular exercises, stretching regimes and maintaining the right posture can help as well. It is advisable to walk as tall as you possible as correct posture promote height growth. You can also take ashwagandha powder (2-2 tsp) twice a day and lakshadi guggul (1-1 tabs) twice a day with warm water.

Home remedies r hot oil deep conditioner deep conditioning with hot oils helps restore moisture, which in turn helps control split ends. For healthier hair, regularly deep condition it with moisturizing oils and natural hair masks. Slightly some heat olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil, or castor oil in a microwave for about 20 seconds. Massage it into your hair and scalp. Leave it on for at least 45 minutes and then shampoo your hair. Repeat at least once a week or more often. Bananas being rich in natural oils, potassium, zinc, iron, and vitamins a, c, and e, bananas help restore your hair? s natural elasticity and minimize breakage. Plus, they soften and moisturize your hair, encourage hair repair, and improve manageability. Process one ripe banana, two tablespoons of plain yogurt and a little rosewater and lemon juice in a blender. Apply this banana hair mask on your hair. Leave it on for one hour and then wash it off. Repeat once or twice a week. Kesh King oil and mahabhringaraj oil both r mix and apply for once in 2 days and shampoo once in 3 days kesh king shampoo. Any queries inform me. do let me know if you also have blackheads? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I want to gain my weight, plzz give me any suggestions, I tried too much but no use at all.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4.Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5.Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.
