Hair fall can occur due to many reasons like stress, chemical damage, nutritional deficiency, enviornmental factors etc. We need to access the exact reason to start treatment. Home remedy. Take 100ml coconut oil boil 2-4 pcs of amla fruit n 8-10 curry leaves in that oil till fruit n leaves turn black. Filter and strain. Massage it on scalp with finger tips gently. Wash hair next morning with curd mixed with besan. In ready to use you can start using rishi grow hair oil at bed time & wash with robin plus herbal shampoo. Use clean oil if dandruff is the reason as this oil treats it in just two applications along with reducing itching. Internal ayurvedic medicines if required will be provided after studying your bodily constitution as per ayurveda. Do it for two months and your hair fall will reduce to normal. As it's a very slow process so you can't see results in a week. Eat more of green leafy vegies and fresh seasonal fruits. Take amla powder or amla murabba/ carrot murabba twice daily. Use neem wood comb for managing hair and this should be changed regularly. Reduce your stress by yoga and meditation. Add some coconut daily in your diet. Keep water in copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning empty stomach. Avoid chinese foods and food stuffs packed in plastics. Avoid white flour (maida), excessive salt and spices.

Before engaging in your studies, and concentrating, try to center yourself with silence, clearing your mind of distractions That may disrupt your productivity. What you can control in your studies: •" Here I study" Get a dedicated space, chair, table, lighting and environment Avoid your cellphone or telephone Put up a sign to avoid being disturbed or interrupted If you like music in the background, OK, but don't let it be a distraction. (Research on productivity with music versus without music is inconclusive) •Stick to a routine, efficient study schedule Accommodate your day/nighttime energy levels •Focus Before you begin studying, take a few minutes to summarize a few objectives, gather what you will need, and think of a general strategy of accomplishment •Incentives Create an incentive if necessary for successfully completing a task, Such as calling a friend, a food treat, a walk, etc. For special projects such as term papers, design projects, long book reviews, set up a special incentive •Change topics Changing the subject you study every one to two hours for variety •Vary your study activities Alternate reading with more active learning exercises If you have a lot of reading, try the SQ3R method Ask yourself how you could increase your activity level while studying? Perhaps a group will be best? Creating study questions? Ask your teacher for alternative strategies for learning. The more active your learning, the better. •Take regular, scheduled breaks that fit you Do something different from what you've been doing (e. G. When you notice your thoughts wandering astray, say to yourself" Be here now" and gently bring your attention back to where you want it. For example: You're studying and your attention strays to all the other homework you have, to a date, to the fact that you're hungry. Say to yourself" Be here now" Focus back on subject with questions, summarizing, outlining, mapping, etc. And maintain your attention there as long as possible. When it wanders again, repeat" Be here now" And gently bring your attention back, and continue this practice, repeatedly. It will work! Do not try to keep particular thoughts out of your mind. For example, as you sit there, close your eyes and think about anything you want to for the next three minutes except cookies. Try not to think about cookies. When you try not to think about something, it keeps coming back. (" I'm not going to think about cookies. I'm not going to think about cookies.) You might do this hundreds of times a week. Gradually, you'll find that the period of time between your straying thoughts gets a little longer every few days. So be patient and keep at it. You'll see some improvement! Do not constantly judge your progress. Take it easy on yourself. Good practice is enough to say that you did it, and that you are on the road. The mind is always different and the practice unfolds over time with many ups and downs. Worry or Think Time Research has proven that people who use a worry time find themselves Worrying 35 percent less of the time within four weeks. 1.Set aside a specific time each day to think about The things that keep entering your mind and interfering with your concentration. 2.When you become aware of a distracting thought, Remind yourself that you have a special time to think about them, 3.Let the thought go, Perhaps with" Be here now, 4.Keep your appointment To worry or think about those distracting issues For example, set 4: 30 to 5 p. M. As your worry/think time. When your mind is side-tracked into worrying during the day, remind yourself that you have a special time for worrying. Then, let the thought go for the present, and return your focus to your immediate activity. Tallying your mental wanderings. Have a 3 x 5 inch card handy. Draw two lines dividing the card into three sections. Label them" morning" afternoon, and" evening. Each time your mind wanders, make a tally in the appropriate section. Keep a card for each day. As your skills build, you'll see the number of tallies decrease Maximize your energy level When is your energy level at its highest? When are your low energy times? Study your most difficult courses at your high energy times. Sharpest early in the evening? Study your most difficult course then. Later in the evening? Work on your easier courses or the ones you enjoy the most. Most students put off the tough studies until later in the evening when they become tired, and it is more difficult to concentrate. Reverse that. Study hard subjects at peak energy times; easier ones later. This alone can help to improve your concentration Visualize As an exercise before you begin studying, think of those times when concentration is not a problem for you--no matter what situation. Now try to feel or image yourself in that situation. Recapture that experience immediately before your studies by placing yourself in that moment. Repeat before each study session. •Combine turmeric powder and gram flour. •Add oil and lemon juice to this. •Now add enough milk to get a paste like consistency. •Apply this mask to your face or any other body part where you have pigmentation. •Leave for 10-15 minutes. •Now wet your fingers a little and rub them on your face in circular motion over the dried mask. Give more attention to the pigment affected areas. •Do this for about 5 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water. •Repeat this 2-3 times a week.

CAUSES:: It can be due to thyroid disorder or Aneamia,Sleep disturbances ,Nutritional disorders,Endocrine disorders such as low blood sugar or high blood sugar (diabetes), high or low thyroid and gastrointestinal disorders ,lack of exercise, too much exercise,depression,anxiety, grief and stress . DIET AND LIFE STYLE ADVICES:: --Eat foods that are milder and not excessive in flavor (spicy, hot or salty). -- Stimulants such as coffee, tea, alcohol and tobacco should be minimized. --Cold and iced drinks should be avoided, especially, during or after meals so as to maintain the Jatharagni (digestive fire). However, warm water or herbal tea can be used during the meal. --Get T3, T4 TSH & Hb% done. -- Practice yoga and pranayam daily and do brisk walk daily 30-40 min. -- Consult a physician for clinical corelation and revert back with reports. Dear...... Gargle with warm water, drink warm water, juice,green veg., veg. Soups, lquid diets, dalia, protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, take vit.C diet. A avoid cold area, dust area, cold things .i.e. ice creams, take bed rest , feel high cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, Cold sponging if get high fever with cold and cough. Use nasal spray otrivin for sneezing or running nose. If eye goes red then clean them with cold water. Whenever vomiting persist with cold/cough/fever. Then take tab. Perinorm-5mg sos. For relief take over the counter medicines i.e. tab. Paracetamol 650 mg twice a day after meal. Tab. Flucold once a day after meal. Never take asprin medicines in now a days or fever/cold/cough. It causes of low platelets counts. . Now seasons of viral infections/ flu - cold/ cough/ fever. If symptoms occurs again go for tests..cbc, ns1, blood c/s. X-ray PNS, X-ray chest. After tests give me all details I give you best advise. Get well soon .

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

1.Take crocin 500mg one tablet sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2.Apply volini gel twice daily 3.Give local hot fomentation 4. Take rest If you have recurrent attack of neck pain a)Take X ray cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b)Sometimes It could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. usually 10th day to 19th day is considered as danger period..... where in chances on conceiving is extremely high as it is called ovulatory phase during which ovulation occurs.........and fertilization of egg occurs during this period................so there are chances......... but i advice better to participate in sex during 10th day to 18 th day for successfull pregnancy.................

Hi, it may b due to cervical spondylitis cause pain in neck and adjoining back muscle. You should avoid taking pillow while sleeping. Take homoeo medicine: @ lachenenthes200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ arnica mont200-6pills, thrice a day. If possible go for exercise for cervical spondylitis. Take care.
