She has fungal infection under the knee and armpit. She is 7 years old. What should I do?

Several factors can contribute to acquiring a fungal infection including a side effect of antibiotics, a weakened immune system, diabetes, poor hygiene, living in a warm environment, poor blood circulation, a skin injury and coming in contact with someone who is infected. For treating a fungal infection, you can use plain, unsweetened yogurt with live, active cultures. The probiotics present in plain yogurt can keep the growth of fungi in check by producing lactic acid? soak cotton in plain yogurt and apply it on the infected area. Leave it on for 30 minutes, and then rinse it off with warm water and pat dry. Follow this remedy two times a day until the infection clears? in case of vaginal infection, dip a tampon in yogurt and insert it in the vagina for two hours. Do this twice a day? also, make plain yogurt a part of your daily diet. Eat two to three cups of plain yogurt daily until the infection is gone completely. Any queries inform me.

Hi your height can grow till 25 year take following remedies 1. Flax seed powder 1 tsp after lunch and dinner with warm water 2. Lakshadi guggul 2 tab twice a day 3. Ashwgandha churna 1 tsp with milk at 6.30 pm exercise 1. Swimming 2. Skiping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

Yes the normal level should be in between 280-1100. Yours is lower and as we know testosterone is essential for the secondary sexual character development. So the improvement in the level will definitely help you to achieve this. It will help in beard and moustache hair growth. But first you have to consult to endocrinologist to rule out the causes of lower body testosterone level and dermatologist to rule out the other causes of hair disorder.

Hello user. Just try these steps Following are some suggestions:- Make yourself busy. Start working instead of worrying. If you're just sitting idle, you will just keep thinking of something or the other, continuously running your mind, which will make you suffer. The same time can be used for doing valuable things. Sports and hobbies Start taking part in outdoor sports and other activities like swimming, etc. Also if you have some hobbies go ahead and follow them. Become socially active Talk with people. Try to make new friends. Engage in conversation with new people. Start attending social gatherings. This will not only increase your social circle, but also you will gain confidence and start enjoying the company of others. Volunteer/ Help other Work for some organization that helps the poor and the needy. Try to help others. By doing this you will help yourself as you will gain satisfaction and self contentment by helping others. Also, you may bring a smile to someone's face which is priceless :) Meditation (most important) And also, if you want, You could try doing meditation. It is really nice thing to meditate as it gives joy, bliss and happiness from within. If you want you could try SAHAJA YOGA meditation. It is the easiest one, you won't even need to do much efforts and it's totally FREE. It will help you a lot (physically, mentally, emotionally and in all other aspects of your life).
