Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Nuts, such as almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds and flax seeds, are full of calories and make the perfect snack between meals. Munch on them to enjoy their taste, nutrients and of course weight gain. Nuts contain healthy fats and are a healthy way to increase your weight. However, do not stuff yourself with them, as you will not feel hungry for your next meal.

Hello sir, Please tell me how can  I get away from pimples and other skin problem.
1. First of all, don’t trust anyone! By this I mean doctors and dermatologists will tell you that diet doesn’t matter, natural remedies for acne don’t work, that it’s just hormones and there’s nothing you can do but take their prescriptions. But, that’s not true! 2. What you eat matters! It so important to watch what you’re putting into your body. Avoid all processed foods, eat real foods and make sure to get enough fats into your diet, such as avocados and coconut oil. Dairy can be a problem and this should be avoided, along with refined sugar. 3. Get a blood test! Test your blood for vitamins and nutrients to make sure you aren’t deficient in anything. Here are a few main ones to make sure you include; vitamin A and zinc. Also, it may be a good idea to check your thyroid and your hormone levels (progesterone and testosterone). 4. Allergens! Your acne may be a result of an allergy. Determine if there are any possible allergens that may be causing your acne, such as gluten, which may reduce the amount of nutrients absorbed. Other common allergens are dairy, yeast and eggs. 10 Best All Natural Remedies For Acne: 1. Baking Soda–Baking soda not only helps eliminate breakouts and reduces inflammation, it is also an exfoliator and helps remove dead skin cells! Because of this, it also works great to reduce any old scars or acne marks. To use it, just take a few teaspoons of baking soda and mix it with warm water until it forms a paste. Apply the paste to your skin. You may want to leave it on for only 10 to 15 minutes the first few times as it may feel powerful. You can gradually increase the time up to an hour or even leave it on overnight. After one use you can see a great difference in your skin. 2. Apple Cider Vinegar– This natural remedy for acne is another powerful one, it has both antibacterial and antifungal properties. To start out, you may want to dilute a few teaspoons with half cup water or 1/4 cup water as it can be quite powerful when applied directly to your skin. Make sure to use apple cider vinegar that’s raw, unfiltered and labeled as “with the mother”, which has the most nutrients.. Hi. Thanku for writing into Lybrate. Headache is pain in any region of the head. Headaches may occur on one or both sides of the head, be isolated to a certain location, radiate across the head from one point, or have a viselike quality. A headache may appear as a sharp pain, a throbbing sensation or a dull ache. Headaches can develop gradually or suddenly, and may last from less than an hour to several days. If You give through a description of the condition, the type of pain and the timing and pattern of attacks and food habits. It can be helpful for us to give appropriate medication. Here by I am advicing few General medication which helps to relieve headache. Medication:-According to ayurveda based on individuals prakruti i, e body constitution, age, diet and life styles. In classics different modalities of treatment has been mentioned like shodhana (Panchakarma-detoxification procedure of the body), Shamana (internal medicine). Ayurvedic therapies (panchakarma) for migraine: 1.Shirolepa – Application of herbal pastes which pacify Pitta Dosha like Sandalwood, camphor, Jatamansi. 2.Shiro Dhara – pouring of thin stream of liquid over scalp. 3.Shiro basti-Retaining the medicated oils over the leather cap fitted over the scalp. Any vata-pitta pacifying oils are beneficial for this purpose. 4.Sneha nasya – Instillation of medicated oils can be carried to the nostrils. Shamana (Internal medication):- 1.Pathyadi khada-10 ml with warm water twice a day after food. 2.Tab Niargim-1 tab twice a day after food. 3.Tab Kamaduga with mouktik-1 tab twice a day before food. Tips:- 1.Do not take pain mitigating medicines frequently. Over intake of pain medicines may cause rebound headache and may eventually increase the frequency of migraines. 2.Make sure to sleep and eat at regular intervals. 3.Make sure to sleep at least 7 hours at night. 4.Avoid fasting. It will increase both Pitta and Vata dosha, worsening migraines. Do not skip meals. 5.Quit smoking and get rid of alcoholic addiction 6.Do not drink strong coffee / tea. Make it light. 7.Do not take too hot water bath or too cold water bath. 8.Avoid spicy n fermented food.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. There are certain misconception about cholesterol itself. Cholesterol is actually produced by liver and cholesterol is needed for body's day to day functioning. Therefore, do not worry too much about cholesterol. To answer your question, Chronic anxiety can reduce your weight due to metabolic change. Cholesterol, whether bad or good, factor depends on your food intake and dietary pattern. Fatty fool do increase cholesterol level even when you are anxious. But all these are usually momentary. The peripheral answer to your question is NO. There are many other factors needs to be considered. Take care.

The reason of not gaining weight & health are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.
