It is great to know that you have lost so much of weight. It is a big achievement. The nutrition program you were in to lose bad fat was a change in your lifestyle. Try to keep the same lifestyle, as the minute you start eating the wrong foods, there are full chances that you might gain all the weight back. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1.Exercise at least 5 times per week 2.Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3.Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4.Don’t engage in extreme diets 5.Stay consistent with your habits 6.Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7.Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hello to gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. Follow these things: 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5.have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea coffee cola in evening and after. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.avoid stress. take balanced diet.

Hi,to overcome this weakness, take Alfavena malt, 2 tsf, twice daily for 1 month. BC no. 27, 5 tabs twice daily. Take Biofungin syrup, 2 tsp twice daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet. Take Sound sleep of 7-8 hours. Avoid stress and anger, try to be happy, have a positive attitude towards life. Revert me after 15 days.

Include more proteins in your diet. Pulses, sprouts, milk, cottage cheese/panner, are rich in protein. But work out is the best option and the most effective option. But it weight gain or weight loss there is no escaping work out.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. Have small frequent meals rich in nutrient & energy density but low in volume- ex: paneer paratha, cheese-potato sandwich, malt with buffalo milk & sugar, mango lassi, dates milkshake, til chikki, peanut chikki, dry fruits, banana kheer, premix, sugarcane/bel juice, soyabean cutlet, rice with ghee + egg & potato curry, thicker roti with ghee, peanut butter, jam/jelly, fish fingers, chicken roll 3. Our weight should be proportionate to our height. For every given height there is a normal weight range. You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Hi you need to increase just almost 10 kg when you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Take deworming tablets every six month. .Feel confident about yourself and be positive and smile.

Hello. Take more calories in diet. Take white rice, potato, banana, cheese, ghee, peanut butter, soya food, protein shakes, carbohydrates, while wheat grains etc. If you are non veg then take 2 boiled eggs daily with milk. Meat and fish 2-3 times a week. Prefer full cream milk. Take amway protein powder in milk. Start alfa alfa malt. Its homoeopathic tonic. Take one one spoon three times a day. Take it half an hr before meal. For any other help consult me.

Two glasses of milk contain around 14 gram of protein while the polyunsaturated fats in almond add those extra calories when included in the everyday diet. Crush a handful of almonds and add it to the boiling milk. Simmer it for five minutes. You can sweeten it with a tsp of sugar. Then, pour it in a glass and sip it slowly. To make it more effective, you may put in dates and dried figs in the boiling milk. Drink it twice daily for two months.
