1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

How to Boost Energy Levels Fatigue and low energy levels are two of the most common problems faced by people of all ages. Low energy levels can make it difficult to be productive at work or to engage in everyday activities. There are steps you can take to increase your energy levels. Eating the right types of food, exercising properly, getting enough rest, and controlling your stressors can help give you more energy to enjoy your day and get back to doing the things you love. 1. Give your body more protein. Good sources of heart-healthy protein include salmon, eggs, and legumes like beans, lentils, and tofu. 2. Choose slow-burning starches. Choose whole grain, complex carbohydrates rather than simple carbs, which can cause an energy crash shortly after eating. Choose complex carbohydrates include vegetables, legumes, and whole grains like bran and germ. Choose breads and pastas made from whole grain whenever possible. 3. Select good sources of fats. Some heart-healthy sources of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats include seafood, nuts, seeds, olives, avocados, olive oil, canola oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, soybean oil, grape seed oil, and flaxseed oil. Nuts that provide healthy fatty acids include macadamias, hazelnuts, pecans, almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts, and Brazil nuts. 4. Sir few months ago I was going to gym to reduce weight I went on to reduce weight from 88 to 72 kg but now even if I am eat very less (no oily food) or some time eats nothing my weight is increasing rapidly example 2 kg a day many time earlier it use to increase 400 to 500 grams a day even of I eat oily or heavy indian food. The data you have provided does not add up properly. Maybe your weight machine is faulty. Its not possible to gain or lose 2 kgs in a day or two. Please get a proper digital machine or check your weight at any friends place who has a proper machine. Still it will be better if you consult a dietician in town who will be able to guide you better with customised diet and exercise plans.

hey... your struggle seem to be of gastritis. try to drink two glass of water ealy morning before you wash your mouth. and two glasses of water before half an hour for every meal. make sure your stool is clear and regular. eat more leafy vegetables with the meals. may God bless you.

There has to be a genuine reason for your stomach pain and to find it out you should consult a gastroenterologist and get investigated in the meantime you can take tab meftal spas once or twice a day to give you temporary relief

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 25 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. If you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik.

Hello, your wife may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: She can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Your Uric acid level is within normal range. It seems you have pain in all joints of body, this can be due to arthritis condtions like Rhematoid arthritis or Spondyloarthropathy etc. For diagnosis you need to undergo certain blood tests and also a detailed description of your illness is needed. Follow these tips to get relief. 1. Take simple analgesics like paracetamol for relief. 2. Engage in physical activities like walking or swimming once pain has decreased. 3. No need for any hard diet at this age. -avoid sugar and oil -do not take packaged food, maggie/knorr soup/lays etc. Just leave it for a month and eat on, y home made food. -do plank for 20 seconds, thrice -jumping jacks, twenty times, thrice.
