Limit the amount of white bread, sugar, meat, junk food and milk products (cheese, milk, butter, cream.) and increasing fresh fruits, veggies, water and fiber (beans, oats,) also yogurt really helps due to the probiotics. Maybe you could do a food diary for a period, eliminate a couple of items at a time and build up until you have added enough other of good items to make the stools loose. Oatmeal helps out tremendously. Figure out the diet and once you've added enough good things, slowly pull back on the laxatives and pay attention as you go. This could be a food allergy, do some research, usually its lactose (dairy), nuts, sugar, food coloring, preservatives. Try to avoid boxed and processed foods which have more preservatives, calories, fat, high carb. Treatment is available, safe and without side effects in biochemic system of medication, consult me in private.

Hi, I am Sohail Patel, am 18years old male. From last 3months I have a severe headache, I have a business and am the ...
Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Your issues seem to be mostly due to a chronic tension headache owing to lack of sleep over couple of months. To manage and alleviate pain, you can try light tapotement, with your fingers, on the head, including back side of your head, for 5 to 10 minutes. For this, you may either take help of a trained masseur or someone else can also help you with the same. Pressing the tips of both your thumbs together, tightly, for a couple of minutes and then releasing the same may also help release stress headaches, if any, and feel better. It is imperative that you relax and do not exert yourself either by doing some strenuous mental or physical work while you get these headaches. From a dietary and lifestyle standpoint, I would advise that you take care of the following in general which usually help prevent and lessen such issues - (a) take a healthy diet, majorly leafy greens and fresh fruits and have at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Ensure that you take your food timely. Avoid any kind of greasy, oily, high calorie foods including fast foods. Avoid taking too much of sweets, pastries, dairy products etc. Take green tea twice daily, without milk. (b) do exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. Walking is the simplest and the safest exercise. (c) keep your lifestyle streamlined, with due focus on destressing and relaxation on a daily basis. You can practise yoga, especially'savasana' for 15 to 20 minutes, daily. Along with, you should also practise breathing exercises ('pranayama') daily. This shall also help develop focus. (d) ensure that you promptly respond to the nature calls and empty your bowels regularly. Constipation, at times, may also trigger heavy headache. (e) ensure a good sleep on a daily basis. You should practise going to bed on time and have at least 7 to 8 hours of restful sleep on a daily basis. Remember that lacking sleep regularly can be risky as it may lead to serious degenerative and chronic diseases. (f) avoid exposure to cold wind, foods and drinks. (g) over and above my recommendations as mentioned above, make sure that you take regular breaks, relax yourself for some time and then get back to your work. Remember that de-stressing yourself at periodically is essential to your staying engaged with your work, and enjoying the same/ learning throughout. At the same time, it is also important that you set realistic goals that are specific, achievable, measurable and time bound. This shall help reduce/ off load your work stress significantly. (h) additionally, ensure that you take care of your posture and the needful ergonomics to make learning/ studying/ working a joyful experience. Hope this helps. Should you still have let know if you still have issues and I shall advise on the steps next. Do take care and all the very best.

My friends have small penis. How to increase his penis?

Advanced Aesthetics
Ayurveda,
My friends have small penis. How to increase his penis?
Before starting with this particular method, make sure that you?re already at least semi-erect (between 1/2 and 3/4 of your erection power). If you do this technique in flaccid state you will achieve no gains while doing this with complete boner will result in some tissue and nerve damage! ? Lubricate yourself a lot. ? With your right hand form an OK sign and grasp the base of your little buddy. ? Then ?massage? your phallus by pulling your right hand slowly outwards from your base up to its head (pay attention to not jelq your glans as you may lose sensation in it). ? Then switch your hands and repeat these steps. The benefit of doing this is that you?re trapping and pushing blood from your base to the glans and in that way enlarging its whole size. ? You can repeat it as much as you please but I would not go into extreme and recommend to stop as soon as you start to feel any discomfort. My advice: From beginning consider a lower number of repetitions and then gradually try to increase the amount in one session.

YOu need to check our eyes 10 Study Tips to Improve Your Learning Study Tip 1: Underlining Underlining is one of the simplest and best known study tips. It’s easy to highlight the most significant parts of what you’re reading. One key sentence per paragraph and a few important phrases here and there. You can only retain a certain amount so it’s best to retain the most important information. Study Tip 2: Make your own note and taking notes is one of the most widespread study skills out there. Essentially the aim of note-taking is to summarise lectures or articles in your own words so you can easily remember the ideas. Study Tip 3: Mind mapping A good Mind map can save you many hours of study and further consolidate your knowledge for your exams. Mind Maps are an extremely versatile tools. They can be used for brainstorming, outlining essays or study topics and for general exam preparation, ExamTime offers the ability to create Mind Maps quickly and easily which makes them the ideal tool when it comes to exams. Study Tip 4: Flash cards:- Using these are a particularly effective method of learning when trying to assimilate different facts, dates, formulas or vocabulary. Subjects such as History, Physics, Maths, Chemistry, Geography or any language are made much easier if you incorporate Flashcards in to your study. Study Tip 5: Case Studies Sometimes it can be difficult to grasp the implications of some theories. This is where studying case studies can be a big help. Case studies can help you visualise a theory and place it in a more familiar and realistic context. This is especially useful in business or law subjects. Study Tip 6: Quizzes are an excellent way to review study notes in the weeks and days before an exam. Quizzes can show where your strengths and weaknesses are, so it allows you to focus your efforts more precisely. Moreover, if you share your Study Quiz with your classmates and test each other as much as possible you can discover even more details and areas you may have overlooked. So before any exam, make sure you create and share a bunch of different Quizzes with your Friends. Study Tip 7: Brainstorming This is another study technique that is ideal for studying with friends and/or classmates. Brainstorming is a great way to expand every possible idea out of any topic. Just get a bunch of friends together and shoot the breeze, there are no wrong answers when brainstorming – just talk and capture the ideas, you can review afterward. Study Tip 8: Mnemonic Rules Mnemonics are especially useful when memorising lists and sets. Mnemonics rules basically work by associating certain concepts with other concepts that are more familiar to us. There are many different ways to make mnemonics and these can be individual to the person. Study Tip 9: ORGANISE your study One of the most effective study skills is also one of the most often overlooked; this is organising your study. Creating a TIME TABLE gives you goals and a time in which to achieve them. Having a study timetable as you study is greatly motivational Study Tip 10: Drawing Many people find it easier to recall images rather than text that is why they are better able to memorise concepts if they associate them with pictures or drawings. Health Benefits Of Barley

Health Benefits Of Barley

Did you know barley water is good for kidney stones?
Barley (jau), a member of grass family, is a cereal that has been cultivated for over 13, 000 years. Packed with carbohydrates (78%), fat (1%), protein (10%) and water (10%), barley is a rich source of essential nutrients, dietary fiber, vitamins such as niacin, manganese, phosphorus and vitamin B6.

With several health benefits to its name, barley water is termed as the elixir to good health. It has been found to be beneficial in reducing chances of heart disease, soothing bowels, reducing blood cholesterol levels, improving blood sugar regulation in the body and acts as nutritive broth for fever, cold and cough. Additionally, studies support that barley water has also been found to play an integral role in maintaining renal health.

What is a renal stone?
A renal stone is a solid stony piece consisting of crystal forming substances in the urinary tract. They are usually formed when the urine is abundant in substances such as calcium, oxalate and uric acid and lack substances that inhibit their accumulation. While small kidney stones can pass through the urinary system without any symptoms, a stone larger than 5 mm can result in blockages in the urinary tract causing severe pain in the back and lower abdomen.

What causes renal stones?
- A family history for stones, lack of adequate water in the body, high BMI, excessive intake of diets rich in protein, sodium and sugar have been found to be some of the common causes for stone formation.

Try protein foods & supplements
- Medical conditions such as hyperthyroidism, inflammatory bowel syndrome and renal tubular acidosis have also been found to alter the digestion of calcium.

How does barley water aid the dissolution of renal stones?
Studies show that regular use of barley water can dissolve and eliminate existing kidney stones and prevent the occurrence of stones and other kidney problems. Use of diuretics either natural or synthetic can help speed up the expulsion of the stone.

Diuretic in nature, barley water helps to flush toxins from the kidneys by creating bladder pressure and increasing the frequency of urination.

- It helps maintain the PH levels in the body, making it alkaline, preventing various urinary tract issues, including kidney stones.

- The vitamin B6 and magnesium in barley helps break down the masses of toxic calcium oxalate (primary cause for stones) in the kidney.

Dietary fiber in barley reduces the amount of calcium that is excreted by the body through urine, restoring renal health and cleansing the kidneys.

Ways to prepare barley water:
- Boil 1 litre of water with a tablespoon of barley pearls and boil on a low flame for about 30 minutes or until the water has reduced to half.
- Strain and cool this mix and drink it through the day.
- Add lemon juice or honey to make the mix tasty

Regular use of barley water ensures that the renal system is hydrated, healthy and free of depositions such as renal stones. So, go ahead and add this elixir to your diet to ensure a healthy renal system and a healthier you. Eat healthy, stay healthy!
