Dyspareunia Symptoms

Dyspareunia is a phenomenon noticed in both males and females, but more frequently in females. It refers to recurring pain during or after sexual intercourse. Such kind of pain affects female genitalia usually the vagina, clitoris, or at times the depths of the pelvis. This pain is often accompanied by a burning, itching or throbbing sensation which can prove to be extremely discomforting if left unattended. Thankfully, a careful examination of symptoms leading to Dyspareunia and its early diagnosis can improve a person's sexual health. 

Indicators of this deep rooted problem

  1. Pain can occur during penetration in and around the vagina, urethra or the bladder.
  2. Pain can be a new occurrence after earlier instances of painless intercourse.
  3. It can be felt throughout intercourse in places, such as deep in the pelvis or even after intercourse.
  4. The intensity of the ache is sometimes sharp and at other times, it is as piercing as menstrual cramps.
  5. It need not necessarily be associated with intercourse; pain can be experienced during any kind of penetration. Thus, using a tampon or a moon cup can also result in soreness.
  6. Skin diseases can either be a symptom or a root cause leading to the problem. Skin problems, such as Psoriasis or Lichen Sclerosus should not be taken lightly. 
  7. Tightening of vaginal muscles at the beginning of intercourse may or may not be superficial pain. In most cases, it is identified as Vaginismus but it can also be a symptom of acute Dyspareunia. 

Ways to nip the pain in the bud

  1. While, usually, pain during sexual intercourse is a result of adolescence or a traumatic sexual history, it can also be the result of a physiological problem contracted at birth. However, treatment in any situation is necessary to enable smooth functioning of one's life. 
  2. Injectable corticosteroids might prove to be helpful.
  3. There are oral medications to remedy the problem; antibiotics and antifungal medicines.
  4. Increase in estrogen levels through the use of the drug Osphena helps in curing frailty of vaginal tissues.

Precautionary measures to be followed at home

  1. Taking a warm bath before intercourse can lead to betterment.
  2. It is best to avoid sex when in stress. Both partners should be relaxed to ensure a complete lack of pain.
  3. After sex pain can be relieved by applying an ice pack around the vulva.
  4. Urinating before sex can be helpful. It is also good to use water soluble lubricants for stimulation.

I work as an Accountant, overnight I can't sleep properly & feel Tired at Day. Some task or things of my work runs in my mind at night, and I have to wake up daily for bowl movement at 6 am in the morning, Further I Get Small -Small Dry Cough (Khansi) when I eat Something or when I talk, I do not Feel Any Chest Pain Or Burn, this Problem is from 1 Year. 1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Hi lybrate user, it can't be pregnancy if you had sex in day 6 of period. Which is safe day. You need some hormonal evaluation to understand why this has happened. If it would have been pregnancy then you might feel nausea, heaviness in breast, warmth ,sometimes mood swings .

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Take following remedies 1. Triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch nad dinner 2. Amla juice 4tsp+2tsp sugar powder+honey 2 tsp 3. Wash your face alovera face wash 4. Boiled rice in milk and the apply it on face and rub it for 10 min. Do this procedure at morning 5. Apply almond oil on face at night and do massage for 5 min 6. Eat all fruit vegetable 7. Milk 1cup + turmeric powder 1/2 table spoon at night before sleep.

Hi Medicine +Diet×Exercise I am outlining  food you should avoid or restrict in Hypothyroidism. It's important  you maintain  your body weight exercise regularly. Weight gain increases thyroid hormone requirements. Avoid cruciferous   group of veggies  like cabbage and broccoli. Avoid soya bean in all forms. No soya, nugget, chunk, tofu or milk. Limit their intake: Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, turnips, and bok choy. Cooking the vegetables can reduce the effect that cruciferous vegetables have on the thyroid gland. Limiting your intake to 5 ounces a day appears to have no adverse effect on thyroid function. Decrease gluten intake from processed  food. Always try whole grain varieties of cereals which is rich in fibres and help improve bowels (Take your thyroid replacement  medicine several hours before or several hours after food rich in fibres. Otherwise problem with absorption of hormone. 20 to 35 gram of fibres daily from all sources. Avoid excessive fatty (deep fried) and sugary food as hypothyroidism  causes your metabolism  to slow down & weight gain. Avoid highly salted food, chips, pickles, sauces as they Contain  large amount of sodium. Hypothyroidism  puts you at risk of high BP and excess sodium in salt aggravates Coffee  in excess. And coffee with thyroid hormone  replacement  can prevent absorption. Alcohol. It is toxic to thyroid gland and prevents  hormone production and absorption. Hope this helps.

Pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. For pimples and to remove scars take following med. Berberis aquifolium q. X 14 days 20 drops twice in water. Use berberis aquifolium oin any company also drink plenty water. Have green vegetables. Stop oily food. Avoid night watching. I am 30 years old. My problem is since from 4 year s my menstrual cycle is not normal and married for 7 years n I don't have kids. Anxious to become mother. If you have taken siphene as advised by your doctor in the right dosage for at least 6 months then I would advice you to consider iui next and see if that works.

Weight gain depends on many factors such as genetic, hereditary, hormonal, previous weight records and many more. Even medicines & supplements will not work in isolation. Try to eat balanced diet with proper combination of carbs, good fat & protein in your diet. Help yourself with more of nuts & dairy products. Taking only 3 meals per day will not be enough to gain weight. Include high calorie snacks in between your main meals such as dark chocolates, cakes, nuts, cheese, sweetened beverages. Morover to gain weight it's very important to be in positive energy balance under the supervision of diet expert.
