I am 23 yrs old girl. I have dandruff and hairfall problem. I tried different shampoos for dandruff. I consulted doctor who prescribed me a medicinal shampoo. I even tried homemade remedies. I also had pills name good hairs. But still didn't get desired results. Earlier I had long hairs till my knees but after cutting it to shoulder length it dint grew back because of dandruff and hairfall. My hairs gets oily very soon by end of second day from hair bath. I have long study hours which I cannot reduce. please guide me accordingly suitable for me n my schedule.

Hi I understand you must b busy in your studies work etc. But you have to take care of your hairs. Kindly send me images of your hairs I need to see wat kind of hair fall you have. Hair fall is of 2types reversible & irreversible. There are lot of medicines in homoeopathy for dandruff & hairfall also. Many a times dandruff is the cause of hairfall. There are homoeopathic oils & shampoos specially for hair fall n dandruff. Also some home made remedies are their to cure hair fall. So kindly share more details of urs so that can help you get rid of your problems permanantly. By the time if you have aloe vera plant at your place you can apply it on your scalp alternate days on dry hairs.

Hi, I am 31 years old. My body weight is 81kg & height is 175cm. I look average and not fatty. Blood results are okay and I am dust allergic only. I use only Foracort 100 rotacap once a day. I am quite okay with this. But the real problem is body weight. Some people say it is bone weight and can not be controlled. I am having problems with this weight. If I walk or run for 1-2 mins I will be exhausted, leg pains, ankle stress etc. My eating habits are healthy-as non veg I consume only eggs. I do not eat fish or meat/meat products. I like to do exercise and develop good looking body, but bcos of this weight I can not do anything for more than 10 mins or so. My weight is not hereditary as my parents have normal weights. Pls advice on how can I bring down my weight to 60-65 kgs. Thanks in advance.

Bone weight can not be reduced. But mass weight you can reduce by taking proper diet. You should avoid fatty oily a. Salt intake: maximum five gm per day. B. Do not add salt while cooking as iodine gets evaporated. Add after the cooking is done this c. Sugar intake 20 gm. White sugar. You may use jaggery or honey as alternate of sugar. D. Oil 30 ml per day e. Rice bran oil is the best oil. F. Avoid ghee and butter as much as possible. G. Coconut oil is best for massage. H. Water 1200 ml per day drink it as sip by sip. I. Drink luke water two glass atleast. J. Exercise atleast 6 minutes daily 2 minutes revolve all joints clockwise and anticlockwise wise five time each 2 minutes run on the spot in full speed 2 minutes deep breathing exercise. K. 600 calories breakfast. L. 500 cal. Lunch m. 300 cal. Dinner n. Snacks 150 cal. Follow this and be healthy.

Hello Hello,the causes of premature graying hair includes- "A hormonal imbalance, Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism, malnutrition, pernicious anemia, nutritional deficiency, using electric dryers and concentrated hair dyes, as well as genetic disorders, chemotherapy and radiation, are all factors. At times, a few gray hairs can develop in children as young as 8 years and then it is generally progressive with increasing age." *First of all you should correct your diet because what we are eating , that is reflecting on our body, so we should take Foods that are rich in iron and zinc help our body to fight against white hairs. Eat these following foods; like mushrooms, corns, green leafy vegetables, almonds etc. Avoid too much oily foods. Drink adequate water. 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. *Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. *Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. *Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. *wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. *Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) *Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *Triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Take a teaspoon of triphala powder with water before sleeping. You will get rid from white hair as well as hair fall. *Onion is also an effective home treatment for hair loss and premature graying. The juice of onion helps in preventing premature graying, hair loss and baldness. Apply or massage the onion juice on you scalp to get rid from gray hair. You can use it every night before go to bed and leave overnight. It is also helps to hair growth.

Twitching can be because of Vitamin deficiencies or muscle tightness&weakness. Improve your diet. Supplement it with Vitamin B12 if you are vegetarian. Also, in addition to this, start doing some stretching and strengthening exercises for the lower limbs like calf stretch, hamstring and quadriceps stretch. Hope this will help!!

Take rest. Warm compress can help reduce the pain. Pain reliving gels and ointments can be used also. If the pain persists please consult an orthopedic surgeon for medicines. I would recommend that you lose some weight.

Simple carbohydrates that have high amount of sugar and less fiber and nutrients like cakes, biscuits and white flour often redirect the nutrients consumed through other sources to the process of digestion of their own. They could indirectly lead to hair loss since sugar is known for slowing down the ability of the body to handle stress – and stress is a major factor for hair fall. Eating complex carbohydrates and fibrous food like wholemeal flour, bananas and beans, on the other hand, help digestion and body’s ability to carry nutrients to blood stream and effectively, to hair follicles.

According to your height and weight your BMI is normal so don't reduce your weight just maintain your body weight. 1) Take proper healthy foods. 2) Get restful sleep. 3) Eat all 5 food groups in your meal. 4) Drink plenty of water. 5) Take all vegetables and fruits. 6) Eat healthy fats. 7) Do exercise for 30 min every day.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Sexual Satisfaction - Quantity V/S Quality

Sexual satisfaction plays a very important role in a romantic relationship. It has been linked with lower divorce rates, more intimacy, and long lasting relationships. Sexual satisfaction in men and women is negatively affected by various factors such as heart diseases, Thyroid, and depression, among others. So it can be said that overall, physically and mentally, healthy people experience greater amounts of sexual satisfaction.

Sexual satisfaction mainly depends on two things for most couples - the quality of sex and the frequency at which they have it.

Quantity - The quantity of sex is a relative term as it varies from person to person. Sex encapsulates a lot of things such as oral sex, stimulation of the genitals, kissing and caressing. For some genital stimulation may count as sex whereas for others it may not count as a sexual act. It also varies according to the age of the person and the relationship. In usual cases, the sexual frequency between two partners tends to be higher in the early stages while gradually diminishing with time. However, when talking about quantity, the frequency of sex leading to satisfaction varies from couple to couple.

Quality - Quality of sex essentially means the gratification and satisfaction that one experiences during and after sexual intercourse. Quality of sex is linked with feelings of well-being and increased levels of love for the partner. Communication plays a major role in this regard such as deciding on the sexual positions that would lead to more gratification. Making compromises like stepping out from the usual and experimenting according to your partner's wishes may also help in improving the quality of sex.

Though most studies reveal that women are more inclined towards the quality of sex, and men prefer quantity. But in reality, which of the two will give greater satisfaction solely depends on you and your partner's preferences.

Start taking black til (seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. Avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items, too much of salt in food shud be avoided. Start avle ka murabba daily. Also have a high protien rich diet e. G. Pulses, dry fruits, black gram, ground nut etc, white of egg (if you eat egg). Also oil your hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with shirodhara with herbal oil and nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes.

It could be because of other reasons like happiness from being with your family members etc. But it can be risky for your health so please sleep daily for atleast 7 hours.
