You have not given blood sugar fasting or post lunch test, with out which we will not be able to tell you regarding the your diabetic status. Your treating doctor might have seen it and has suggested you have sugar, so you have to believe him, otherwise with the reports you have given we can not conclusively say that you do not have sugar.

If you have a large project that needs work, clearly identify a path that you will use to get started working on it. If the sequence of actions isn’t obvious, it will be difficult to concentrate. Taking a few minutes to plan not only your end result, but the order you will complete any steps, can save hours in wasted thinking. 5) Know the Rules Get clear on what the guidelines are for the task ahead. What level of quality do you need? What standards do you need to follow? What constraints are there? If the rules aren’t clear from the outset, you will slip out of concentration as you ponder them later. 6) Set a Deadline Deadlines have both advantages and disadvantages when trying to force concentration. A deadline can make it easier to forget the non-essential and speed up your working time. If you give yourself only an hour to design a logo, you will keep it simple and avoid fiddling with extravagant designs. Time limits have disadvantages when they cause you to worry about the time you have left instead of the task itself. 7) Break down Roadblocks Roadblocks occur whenever you hit a tricky problem in your work. This can happen when you run out of ideas or your focus wavers. Break down roadblocks by brainstorming or planning on a piece of paper. Writing out your thought processes can keep you focused even if you might become frustrated. 8) Isolate Yourself Become a hermit and stay away from other people if you want to get work done. Unless your work is based on other people they will only break your focus. Create a private space and refuse to talk to anyone until your work is finished. Put a sign on your door to steer away drop-ins and don’t answer your phone. 9) Healthy Body, Sharper Mind What you put into your body affects the way you concentrate. Nobody would expect peak performance if they showed up drunk to work. But if you allow yourself to get chronic sleep deprivation, overuse stimulants like caffeine or eat dense, fatty foods your concentration will suffer. Try to cut out one of your unhealthy habits for just thirty days to see if there is a difference in your energy levels. I’ve found even small steps can create dramatic changes in my ability to focus. 10) Be Patient Before I write an article, I often sit at my desk for a fifteen or twenty minutes before I put finger on the keyboard. During this time I feel a strong urge to leave or do something else. But I know that if I am patient, I’ll stumble upon an idea to write about and enter a state of flow. Without a little patience, you can’t take advantage of flow when it rushed through you. If you need strong concentration I recommend periods of 90-120 minutes. Any less than that and you will waste too much time getting started before the flow can continue. More than this is possible to sustain focus, but you will probably benefit from a quick break. What You Should Not Eat If You Have Thyroid Disease

Thyroid is not a condition that can be controlled with a change in the diet. However, there are certain foods, which should be avoided or at least their consumption should be limited if you are suffering from thyroid disease. Let?s look at some of them:
Soy
The processed and high-phytoestrogen forms of soy, like shakes, powders, soy milk, bars, and supplements should be avoided. Soy inhibits the absorption of thyroid hormone. Soy should not form the main part of your protein diet if you suffer from any kind of thyroid disorder.
Iodized Salt
Though it is a proven fact worldwide, that iodized salt is essential for the prevention of iodine deficiency. But in excess, it is prone to be very harmful, especially for those suffering from thyroid disease. It hampers the normal functioning of thyroid if taken in excess.
Mini-Meals
In case of people who are suffering from thyroid, the concept of grazing mini meals throughout day, might actually just have the opposite impact. These patients should instead have fewer meals, placed further apart, as many mini meals will disrupt their metabolism, and misbalance their leptin and insulin levels.
Coffee
If you are a thyroid patient, you should take special precautions, especially if you are a coffee person. You should take your coffee when at least an hour has passed after your thyroid hormone replacement medication. If you take it within an hour, your coffee will actually disrupt the effectiveness of your medication, by affecting its absorption.
Peanuts, Pine nuts, Linseed
Having a handful of these daily will block thyroid production.
Cabbage, Broccoli
If you have thyroid disease and consume a meal of steamed broccoli once in a while and likes to take spinach in your omelet on daily basis, it is still fine. However, excess intake of these two foods, is not at all good for you. So, take a note.
Gluten
Gluten is found in mostly wheat, rye and barley, along with most of the processed foods. This is one more thing which thyroid patients should avoid.
In most of the above mentioned foods, the hampering and disruption of thyroid production happens, when they are consumed in raw state. It means that if taken in cooked form and in limited quantities, a thyroid patient can consume these things.
Raw forms should be avoided altogether. However, in cooked or steamed form, a thyroid patient can actually derive the health benefits from the foods listed above.
In most cases, thyroid imbalances are misdiagnosed, or even overlooked. However, though you cannot cure it purely on the basis of consuming and avoiding certain foods, you can certainly increase your chances of curing by observing the dietary precautions.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. I think you are worrying unnecessarily. I suggest you to consult a surgeon for a small surgery to clear the extra foreskin. This surgery is called circumcision. You should not worry about the length and thickness of your penis. You cannot increase it with medicines or anything. Leave it. Worrying about it could be the reason for your negative thoughts and therefore for premature ejaculation. Take care.

Weight gain is muscle gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs.
