Dear lybrate user, * do not take a lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. * add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. * to reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, practice yogasana like shirshasana and sarwangasana only under the guidance of expert. * you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. * avoid intake of any medicines because they cause toxicity & hairfall. * avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * take vitamin-e rich foods like dry fruits (almonds, pista etc) daily. * take 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder with water once a day. * apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. * checkout your thyroid profile & take proper treatment of thyroid disorder.

Please do kegel and perineal exercises daily do meditation regularly have a habit of walking daily for 30 minutes to 40 minutes apply tejas oil by patanjali on penis avoiding masturbation daily take cap ashwagandha 1 1 cap shilajeet 1 1 all for 3 months minimum.

1.It could be pharyngitis or Tonsillitis 2. Do warm saline gurgling 2-3 times daily 3.Take throat lozenges 4. You have to take antibiotic 5. Consult doctor/ me for advice

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

Dear,you do have diabetes type 2. You should follow a diabetic diet walk for 45 mins everyday. And start on medium atoms like metformin. You would also need to undergo baseline tests like hba1c, liver function test, kidney function test, and lipid profile to name a few.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. HI, Please follow these tips to get rid of constipaton: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetabes, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily.

your age is 20 years usually atherosclerosis changes in arteries do not appear in your age group. My heart requires 10 percent of blood in normal resting period and 20 percent blood when we do some work like stairs use hard work etc. So for any symptoms of blockege apeears when 80 percent major arteries of heart are blocked and it takes long time so if you do not have any congenital meaning by birth heart/arteries problem it does not happen in this age group even then if you have any family histroy of heart disease or hypertension etc.in my openion you should take following precautions 1. Daily morning walk for 35 minutes 2. Daily excercise for 30 minutes avoid oily spicy and processed food 3.avoid excessive dairy product except curd or chach. Take plenty of fifrous food vegetables and fruits. 4. No smoking no alcohal no tobacco use 5 no anxity and stress for problem you are facing you are directed to use 2 glass of lukewarm water daily in morning one appel in morning sprout in breakfast mucain gel 2 tsf 6 hourly daily for 15 days especially before 1/2 hour before meal.

Need more details for perfact diagnosis still start following * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * keep excersice. * do not take dinner to late.
