What should I do for a healthy body? I am so thin though I eat food regularly and eat a lot.
Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.

lybrate-user, Hello. This is entirely normal. It is called pre-ejaculatory fluid which is secreted when one is sexually excited which can occur even when hearing the voice of a person whom you are attracted to. (Auditory stimulation). Please don't worry about it.

I am 22 years old person studying in college. From my childhood I was not good in interacting with people. When someone come to me and asked something I couldn't reply in a good manner. So I didn't have that much friends. Anyway I understood I was not good in socially at later 16s. I started changing my self but there where any good results (some slight changes are there). I am always dreaming about past incidents as making my self good and find pleasure in it. I visualise the same in my mind repeatedly sometimes. I was good at delivering speech during my schooling and got many prizes. But at the same time very low behavioural skills. Now in my hostel everyone teasing me but I can't oppose them. If someone asked something in a tweezing way I get silent and failing to handle the situation and sometimes I hide from that persons. In my dreams I am OK but in real situations I am far behind. Please resolve my problems and suggest me some some ideas to overcome.

You have expressed the issues you are facing in a clear and lucid manner, kudos for that .You have mentioned you are good in public speaking and have won prizes for that, it shows you are bold and articulate. Rather than dwelling on the past live in the present moment and day to day. Make friends with those with whom you can share interests and hobbies. Ask your close friends and relatives what you can do to improve your inter- personal skills. If you feel you might require a language course / accent or soft skills training, go ahead and do a course for that. Take some time out and set up goals for yourself - long term and short term. Ashwagandha is a short woody shrub that belongs to the Solanaceae family. The powder is obtained from its roots. Take 1 glass of warm milk and add 2 tablespoons of ashwagandha powder to it. Then, mix one teaspoon of clarified butter (ghee). Stir it well and drink two times a day. Do this for one month.

Hello Lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain. Treatment- 1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation. 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Diet- Avoid fermented food. Junk food. Potato rice. Sleep well.

Breathe deeply and exhale on a hisssssssing sound. Repeat 10 times. Proper breathing is the foundation for a healthy voice AND control over nervous energy that can make the voice quiver. Say “Mm-mmm (as in yummy) Mmm-hmm (like yes) ” Repeat 5 times. This develops mask resonance, which creates a clean and vibrant sound by creating a clean approximation of the cords and a resonance that will sound great and project easily. Say “Mm-mmm. Mmm-hmm.” up and down your vocal range, from low to middle to high and back again, 10 times.

You have to take proper treatment. Only paracetamol wont help. You can take sanjeevani. Vishamjwarantak. Godanti and giloy satwa with honey 4 times a day.
