Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Most probably you are suffering from oa of knee. Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results. Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly show me x- rays before a final decision can be taken. You will be thoroughly investigated before surgery is under taken. Risk in surgery is less than the risk in crossing road. Hello- it depends upon the habits in which family you are born. Elders (father/big brother) in some families teaches there kids to place penis on downward position, while others teaches to put upwards. >this position affects the curvature during the erection. >slight curvature in any of the above condition is normal and do not effect your sexual potency. However if the penis has a considerable amount of curve thn it should be treated properly to avoid complications.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Hi, It’s not recommended to use any barrier products to protect your skin before entering the pool. It doesn’t do much and it also can effect the pools chemistry; but still can apply a waterproof sunscreen designed to protect against chlorine sensitivities. Shower frequently between swims to reduce the amount of overall chlorine your skin will absorb. Since Chlorine strips your skin of its natural oils (while also protecting you against harmful bacteria in your pool water) you will want to take care of your skin to prevent dryness and any rashes for those with very sensitive skin. Right after your swim, go straight to the shower and rinse the chemicals off your skin with soap and water. If your skin is super sensitive, you can opt for swimmer specific body washes that will neutralize the chlorine. If you’re going to use moisturizer, look for products high in antioxidants like vitamin E and vitamin C. These will help neutralize the chlorine as well.

I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. For this you will need to measure the different parts of your body like thighs, waist, hips, stomach etc. So that you can keep track of your progress. Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use Tea Tree face wash 2 times a day. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 1.Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. Diabetes Management in Ramadan

During Ramadan, diabetics who chose to fast should be educated about how to adjust their medications and be prepared to break the fast if necessary.
During the lunar-based month of Ramadan, Muslims abstain from eating, drinking, smoking, or using oral medications from predawn to sunset.
Followers will typically eat just after sunset and again before dawn.
In general, fasting is not recommended for people with diabetes. The practice increases the risk for both hypoglycemia from lack of food and hyperglycemia resulting from cutting back too far on medication in attempts to avoid hypoglycemia. Hyperglycemia can also occur if patients overeat after sundown.
If the period of fasting is longer and the two meals are eaten close together, this can be tricky.
Islamic law does not require fasting when it would create a physical danger.
Fasting is especially risky for those with type 1 diabetes, for pregnant women, and for children. However, patients with well-controlled type 1 diabetes who use insulin pumps can often accomplish fasting by adjusting their basal infusion rates and monitoring their blood glucose levels frequently.
For patients with type 2 diabetes taking medications other than insulin or sulfonylureas, the risk for hypoglycemia is low. However, because of the prohibition against taking oral medication during daylight hours, patients who usually take metformin 3 times daily should take two-thirds of the dose at the sunset meal and one-third at the predawn meal.
Long-acting sulfonylureas should be avoided.
Once-daily sulfonylureas should be taken at the sunset meal.
For patients taking twice-daily sulfonylureas, the usual dose should be taken at the evening meal and half the usual dose before the predawn meal. One can also skip the predawn dose altogether.
The very short-acting insulin secretagogues repaglinide or nateglinide can be taken before each of the meals.
No adjustments are needed for thiazolidinediones, alpha-glucosidase inhibitors, incretin-based therapies, or bromocriptine.
Basal insulin doses should be reduced by about 30% to 40%. Patients who are on either mixed or intermediate-acting insulins should switch to basal insulin.
The usual dose of rapid-acting insulin should be taken before the sunset meal. The predawn dose of rapid-acting insulin can be cut to half or omitted.
Frequent monitoring is the key. Patients should be advised to break their fast if the blood sugar drops below 70 mg/dL. If it rises above 250 mg/dL ? particularly for patients with type 1 diabetes ? they should also break their fast and take insulin.
Patients should be cautioned against overeating after breaking the fast.
Moderation is the trick. Don't overfill an empty stomach.
Patients should be counseled about avoiding dehydration as much as possible.
Also adjust BP medicines during Ramadan
