If you further suppress and not accept your sexual feelings, you will not be able to go anywhere. The fact is that sex is boiling inside you! accept it and the intensity will gradually lessen in intensity. It needs a release. Through active sex or masturbation. If sex comes to its proper place, it will not haunt you the entire day. Consider it as just another activty and not" the activity" get rid of guilt, regret. Its just your high testosterone (may be higher than average) secretion.

Hello, wear your spectacles at regular basis . Use cmd2 eye drops, 2 drop in each eye twice daily. Do Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing rather reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Cavity is slow process and it is multifactor dependent. Only brushing teeth may not help you. Other factors like sweet intake, smoking, low water intake, digestive system disorder, low saliva ph, weak tooth structure also make you prone for cavities. Therefore, visit your dentist and get all teeth treatment by filling or rct as required. Then follow cavity prevention program advised by your dentist.

I have black marks on my cheeks since 4 years. How can I get rid of them?

BHMS
Homeopath,
I have black marks on my cheeks since 4 years. How can I get rid of them?
Take Berberis aquafolium Q, 7 drops with water twice daily for 15 days. Use the below home remedy:- *Orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. Curd works as the cleansing component on the skin and gives brightening glow to the skin. Mix dry orange peels with curd and make a fine paste. Gently apply this pack on your face and wash it with chilled rose water after 10-15 minutes. It makes your skin look fairer naturally. * mix cucumber juice+ tomato juice , then apply this on your face. Exfoliate your skin at least twice a week. This will help to remove the dead cells and open pores, thus lightening your skin tone. Always use sunscreen 20 minutes before stepping out from home. A good sunscreen with SPF 40 will help to prevent tan in the Indian climate. Drink adequate amount of water to keep your body and skin hydrated. A good sleep at night is also very important for healthy and glowing skin If you mean black spots , then Apply Bio- vally's skin lightening cream.

Theirs no improvement in my weight for past 2 years? Please tell me what should i do?

Theirs no improvement in my weight for past 2 years? Please tell me what should i do?
Our weight should be proportionate to our height. For every given height there is a normal weight range. You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Gather all materials beforehand -- see" things you'll need" below. You might want to store them in a waterproof resealable bag, such as ziploc. I'd recommend wearing either old clothes or a bathrobe over whatever you are wearing. There is a definite possibility this is going to spill. After you have found everything on you checklist, head to a large, flat, waterproof surface. This is probably your bathroom. Having this room be private is highly advised; you can't just say" get out, i'm flattening a pimple, can you the method salt the water thoroughly -- much more than you think it needs. Dip one cotton ball in the salt water. Wait for 30 - 60 seconds. Squeeze out excess water out until it is damp, but not dripping. Place the damp cotton ball over your large, oh-my-goodness-i-cannot-go-to-the-prom-w. Zit. If you have several of these grouped together, try to place the cotton ball over them all. Glance at your watch/clock. Wait exactly three minutes. Remove the cotton ball after the time is up. The zit seems to be nearly gone, but it is only the top that has dissolved. Your acne is still there. Take the other two cotton balls and place them on either side of the despised pimple. Slowly, move them closer together until the tiny bump is flattened. Congrats! you've just conquered that giant of a pimple -- forever. Tips don't forget the last two steps -- they are crucial. Be sure to follow these steps closely. Dipping a cottonball in fresh water as opposed to salt will not work, for instance. You might want to bring a book -- either waterproof or one that you do not care about being splattered in water. Those three minutes can get boring. This is your best bet for monster zits that simply sneak up on you. For long-term healthy skin, cleansing and toning is also important. Warnings please, please, do not assume this is permission to" pop" pimples. Doing so can cause major scarring. Please don't pop them. If you stop after the top is dissolved, I must warn you: it will come back. Maybe not in the next five minutes, but during the course of an hour, it will come back.

BHMS
Homeopath,
I have pimple on my fash since 3 year. How to get clear skin from pimple. I using some creams but is not working.
Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease & develops due to blockages in the skin's hair follicles. These blockages are thought to occur as a result of the following four abnormal processes: a higher than normal amount of sebum production (influenced by androgens), excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation, colonization of the follicle by propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria, and the local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the over-production of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkercheif with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe the slightest sweat from your face as soon as you perspire. When you enter your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing facewash. Take a less carbohydrate rich diet. Do some exercise daily. Along with maintaing the aforesaid rules you can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach. Also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifoium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

I have back pain. What should I do?

Dip. SICOT (Belgium), MNAMS, DNB (Orthopedics), MBBS
Orthopedist,
I have back pain. What should I do?
Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You can also discuss your case and treatment plans with me in a greater detail in a private consultation.
