Treating asthma is a long treatment protocol, the best line of treatment is through panchakarma. The first line of treatment is avoidance of causative factors like food, pollen, dust etc. First identify the cause which triggers the attack in you then try to avoid the same. Treatment: you can start with tab bresol 1-0-1 (himalaya pharmacy) continue it for 1 month and then follow up.

Hello lybrate-user, hope you are doing well. Sorry that you are feeling low, and not getting on well with daddy. Although, I bet that you love your dad. Focusing on how you are feeling, well, is there something that you have going on in your mind or life that is distracting from living a peaceful life. There could be a person, situation or I circumstance that must have affected you in a negative way. As far as being a mobile addict is concerned, I do believe that everything that we do in life, whether it is eating habit or spending time on something for long duration, this can be a cause of distress. Everything used out of proportion can be harmful. However, I do understand that you are young, and you have a vibrant life, to spice up your life, may be you can set an objective to achieve in a day, and be organized with your time and achievements through the day. This will help you to acknowledge your rewards, and it will help you to use your time profitably and productively. Secondly, if there is anything that is bothering you, then you can certainly seek expert advice or help. I am always ready to help. Hope this answer helps. Have a great day. Regards.

Low Back Pain !

MPTh/MPT, BPTh/BPT
Physiotherapist, Mumbai
Low Back Pain !
Allow me to quote the legendary Michael Jackson here, “YOU ARE NOT ALONE”. Low backache is one of the commonest ailments globally. Although it varies in intensity, almost all individuals at some point in their life or the other undergo low backache.

A very common question we face at our centre is, “Will I be able to resume weight training ever?” Justifiable apprehension as the last thing they (and we) want is a relapse.

The following are some precautions which can allow one to exercise safely post severe backache.

1) Doctor: Consult a medical doctor / orthopaedic surgeon before commencing your exercise programme.

2) Physiotherapist: Sit down for a detailed counselling and understanding of the problem with your Gym – Physio and set goals accordingly.

3) Start slow: Gradual loading is the key to a successful exercise programme.

4) Rehabilitative exercises first: Your trainer is advised to integrate rehabilitative exercises in your programme at the offset.

5) Begin with stabilization exercises: At Inch By Inch – The Body Temple, we have a specialized programme called the “Rebalance” programme which is a strategically modified core programme that ensures low back safety.

6) Train accessory muscles unrelated to the back: Although all the muscles of the body are affected with backache, post rehabilitation weight training for accessory muscles such as biceps, triceps etc can be commenced safely while ensuring position providing sufficient back rest during all exercises.

7) Ensure good form: Good form is crucial for all individuals with or without back pain. With previous episode of low backache, this becomes even more crucial.

8) Listen to your body: Respect the signs your body delivers to you. If you wake up in the morning with increased uneasiness, local muscle fatigue or slight pain, take the day off! But do not make it a habit!

You should have reduced the protein intake. You can switch over to homeopathy (consulting your homeopath nearby) which can very well take you to the comfort zone of uric acid levels.

Hidradenitis suppuritiva needs to be treated with oral antibiotics and retinoids. Since you are breastfeeding only antibiotics may be given. Pus drainage and intralesional injections can be given. This condition is majorly associated with obesity. Many patients experience remission of lesions on weight reduction.

Do let me know your hba1c value? also you need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high fiber prescribed diet which includes soluble fibre like apple, isabgol etc. Get more physical activity. eat a balanced diet which includes whole grains and excludes all refined products like maida as prescribed. if you're overweight, diabetes prevention may hinge on weight loss. Every pound you lose can improve your health, and you may be surprised by how much. Participants in one large study who lost a modest amount of weight around 7 percent of initial body weight and exercised regularly reduced the risk of developing diabetes by almost 60 percent.

Dear A momentary blackout can be due to fatigue. You reports are within normal limits. Better if you ignore this One off incidence. If it happens again, then you may have to undertake additional investigations to determine where the reason of black out arises. This is assuming you have no other comlications (none reported by you) regards.

There is no specific medicine to treat dengue infection. If you think you may have dengue fever, you should use pain relievers with acetaminophen and avoid medicines with aspirin, which could worsen bleeding. You should also rest, drink plenty of fluids, and see your doctor

Switching from cold water to hot water can do you good. Hot water flushes out the fats from the vessels helping you lose weight easily. Drink hot water before and after your meals regularly, you need to give a gap of at least 30 minutes. Don? t drink water immediately after your meals. See the difference in your body after one month. Using the above remedies will cut down fat in your body and help you gain satisfying results. Along with the mentioned remedies try to add 30 minutes of exercise to your daily routine. Try to reduce the calorie intake and fill yourself with water as much as possible. It is very important to love yourself, do not stress out on being overweight. Be a little conscious while making decisions related to food. Losing weight bit by bit is much healthier than trying to lose it all at once. Be happy, stay fit and enjoy being healthy by using the home remedies for weight loss. Consult me for diet chart any queries inform me.

Hello, Few lifestyle changes can help you in controlling and preventing the high blood pressure, even if you're taking blood pressure medication. Eat healthy foods. Consume more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy foods. Eat less saturated fat and trans fat. Decrease the salt in your diet. So, avoid eating processed foods, such as canned soups or frozen dinners which contains extra salt in it. Keeping a healthy weight, or losing weight if you're overweight or obese, can help you control your high blood pressure and lower your risk of related health problems. Increase physical activity which can help lowering your blood pressure, manage stress, reduce your risk of several health problems. Get indulged in regular exercising (if your doctor allows you). Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. Reduce stress as much as possible. Practice healthy coping techniques, such as muscle relaxation, deep breathing or meditation. Getting regular physical activity and plenty of sleep can help, too. Monitor your blood pressure at home. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe’s Essentia Aurea/ thrice daily which is a cardio-tonic which helps in maintaining blood pressure, improves muscle tone of the heart and narrowing of blood vessels.

My height is not increasing I am male, 16 years old boy i am a little fatty. What should i do?

Advanced Aesthetics

Weight gain? eat a lot of good things - you need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (probably 3500+ per day) if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are good calories. You could easily get 3500 calories eating taco bell and twinkies, and drinking mountain dew, but that will just make you fat. If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats? which brings me to my next point? protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts. Eat lots of this sleep? you need to be getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night for maximum gains. Your body is doing nothing but lying there and building muscle while you? re sleeping. If you are only getting 6 hours or less, you? re not going to get all the benefits of your exercising and diet. I know it? s tough, but those 3am raids on runnyeye need to be put on hold for a few months. Sleep. For ayurvedic medicine consult, in 1 month weight increase 4-5 kg no side effect you take 1 month trial pack and course is for 3 months.
