By stomach inflammation I believe you want to say you are suffering from acidity. Take small frequent meals. Avoid hot, spicy, fried foods. Do some light excercise. Eat an early and light dinner. Never lie down immediately after meals.

The Kegel Exercise for Sexual Dysfunction
The kegel exercise introduced by vedics is known as 'aswini mudra'. The kegel exersise is a simple and commonly used by people who are suffering from urinary incontinence and pregnant women. It is also useful for men whose erectile dysfunction is caused by impaired circulation. The basic technique consists of tightening and relaxing the pelvic muscles that controls urination. Since the muscle is internal and is sometimes difficult to isolate, doctors often recommend practicing while urinating on the toilet. The patient tries to contract the muscle until the flow of urine is slowed or stopped and then releases it. People should perform 5 to 15 contractions, attempting to hold each contraction for 10 seconds, three to five times daily.

Please get an ECG done. And consult a cardiologist. Please avoid taking any Ayurvedic preparation for the palpitation. If they are something abnormal we have better and side-effect ways of treating them.

Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

My 2.5 years old daughter passes urine so frequently. Sometimes in the 10-15 min interval and sometimes it becomes out of control to go to the toilets. Is it normal? Or need to consult doctor? Please guide.

A child passing urine so frequently is a case most probably of Urinary tract infection, which has increased propensity to affect females due to short distance between external urethral meatus & Urinary bladder (of 3.5 cm).This short distance makes them more vulnerable for urinary infections and it is advisable to consult a paediatrician at the earliest. It is NOT NORMAL.

After ultrasound, she found that there is stone in her gall bladder. She also came to know that her irregular periods were due to polycystic ovary. Can I know what are their causes and cure ?

The gall stones in the bladder could be asymtomatic that is if there is no paain and was an accidental finding on ultrasound. There is no need to medicate or under go surgery. Stones in gall blader are due to food habits. Or dues to gynaecological reasons too.

Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. HOW TO UNTWIST YOUR THINKING:

This comes from Dr David Burns and is in his book "The Feeling Good Handbook, revised edition."

 IDENTIFY THE DISTORTION Write down your negative thoughts so you can see in which of the 10 cognitive distortions you're involved. This will make it easier to think about the problem in a more positive and realistic way.

2 EXAMINE THE EVIDENCE Instead of assuming that your negative thought is true, examine the actual evidence for it. For example, if you feel that you never do anything right, you could list several things you have done successfully.

3 THE DOUBLE-STANDARD METHOD Instead of putting yourself down in a harsh, condemning way, talk to yourself in the same
compassionate way you would talk to a friend with a similar problem.

4 THE EXPERIMENTAL TECHNIQUE Do an experiment to test the validity of your negative thought. For example, if, during an episode of panic, you become terrified that you're about to die of a heart attack, you could jog or run up and down several flights of stairs. This will prove that your heart is healthy and strong.

5 THINKING IN SHADES OF GRAY Although this method might sound drab, the effects can be illuminating. Instead of thinking about your problems in all-or-nothing extremes, reevaluate things on a range from 0 to 100. When things don't work out as well as you hoped, think about the experience as a partial success rather than a complete failure. See what you can learn from the situation.

6. THE SURVEY METHOD Ask people questions to find out if your thoughts and attitudes are realistic. For example, if you believe that public speaking anxiety is abnormal and shameful, ask several friends if they ever felt nervous before they gave a talk.

7. DEFINE TERMS When you label yourself "inferior" or "a fool" or "a loser," ask, "What is the definition of 'a fool'?" You will feel better when you see that there is no such thing as "a fool" or "a loser."

8. THE SEMANTIC METHOD Simply substitute language that is less colorful and emotionally loaded. This method is helpful for "should statements." Instead of telling yourself "I shouldn't have made that mistake," you can say, "It would be better if I hadn't made that mistake."

9. RE-ATTRIBUTION Instead of automatically assuming that you are "bad" and blaming yourself entirely for a problem, think about the many factors that may have contributed to it. Focus on solving the problem instead of using up all your energy blaming yourself and feeling guilty.

10COST-BENEFIT ANALYSIS List the advantages and disadvantages of a feeling (like becoming angry when your plane is late,) a negative thought (like "No matter how hard I try, I always mess up, ") or a behavior pattern (like overeating and lying around in bed when you're depressed.) You can also use the Cost-Benefit Analysis to modify a self-defeating belief such as, "I must always try to be perfect."

As I've stated before, these methods are not something to be tried once or twice and dispensed, but are good skills to be ongoing in your life with day to day.

Sir, I am suffering from hair fall from previous 2 years. I have tried homeopathy, Ayurveda but not got the solution anywhere. Because of hair fall there are bald patches appearing on my head. Pls suggest me what should I do.

Apple cider vinegar to reduce hair fall Apple cider vinegar can be effective to control hair fall and it gives soft and manageable hairs. Mix one part of apple cider vinegar in one part of water. Take this mixture in a spray bottle and spray onto your scalp and hairs. Massage gently and leave on for 5 minutes before washing off with a mild cleanser.If you do not like the smell of ACV, just mix a little amount of your regular oil to the vinegar and use it. For better results make use of this treatment at least twice a week. Juice of potato for controlling hair fall Lack of vitamins and minerals can cause dry and brittle hairs which can trigger hair fall. Potato can be a good remedy to control hair fall in this case. Potato is rich in Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, manganese, phosphorus, copper and niacin which can be helpful for boosting hair growth. Crush some cleaned potato and squeeze out the juice. Now apply this fresh juice directly onto your scalp and hairs. Leave on for 30 minutes to an hour but do not let the pack get dry. Wash off with plenty of water.
