Your mother needs to eat only light food which is easily digestible. Let her eat very little amount of food at a time. Let her have more fibre in diet. She should avoid lying down immediately after food. She should walk daily 20-30 mins twice a day so that ye digestion improves naturally. You can think of homeopathy as a safe mode of treatment.

Avoid spicy and oily food. Eat at regular intervals. Don't keep your stomach empty for long hours. Eat small quantities of food every 2hrs once till you get rid of the pain. You can take antacids before consuming any food so that it will neutralise the acid produced in the stomach. Don't get worried too much. Mental tensions will also cause gastritis. Drink plenty of water. Eat fruits or drink fresh fruit juices or tender coconut which keep your body cool.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user, It is unlikely that the staples on the bile duct may come out. Especially in your case, that is after 3 months of surgery. The staples are not at all harmful. They are surgical grade alloys and some are even titanium. Regarding yoga, there is no restriction of movement and exercise with respect to staples. Lastly, pain can be muscular or from many other things and difficult to say without examining you, but three months after surgery if you are not having any Abdominal pain, fever or vomiting or jaundice it is unlikely that you are having a surgical complication. I hope this was helpful.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Your AST, ALT values are high, suggesting some problem with the liver. It could be Fatty liver disease. Blood glucose 260 mg is clearly showing uncontrolled diabetes. This needs treatment. Thanks.
