I have met with accident. And I was injured. There is no any fractures but injuries are there. I am using megapen capsules an antibiotic and megaheal ointment to heal the injuries. But the injuries are not getting recovered since 10 days. I kindly request you to suggest good antibiotics and ointment.

This form of low back pain is amplified with periods of stress, poor posture, weak abdominals and/or excessive body weight. There are many exercises that should be performed to address the issue of back pain from standing. These exercises try to relieve both the tightness and imbalances in the lumbar spine. Please consult a physiotherapist privately to learn these exercises. Here are a few simple tips to try at home: -heat therapy can provide both pain relief and healing benefits for many types of lower back pain. Try use heat therapy in form of heating pads, heat wraps, hot baths, etc. -keep moving and keep your back mobile. -stretch. Don't sit slumped in your desk chair all day. Get up every 20 minutes or so and stretch the other way. Because most of us spend a lot of time bending forward in our jobs, it's important to stand up and stretch backward throughout the day. -think ergonomically. Design your workspace so you don't have to hunch forward to see your computer monitor or reach way out for your mouse. Use a desk chair that supports your lower back and allows you to keep your feet planted firmly on the floor. -watch your posture. Slumping makes it harder for your back to support your weight. Be especially careful of your posture when lifting heavy objects. Never bend over from the waist. Instead, bend and straighten from the knees. -watch your weight. Use diet and exercise to keep your weight within a healthy range for your height. Being overweight puts excess stress on your spine. Go and see a doctor if -your low back pain is severe, doesn't go away after a few days, or it hurts even when you're at rest or lying down. You have weakness or numbness in your legs, or you have trouble standing or walking. You lose control over your bowels or bladder. These could be signs that you have a nerve problem or another underlying medical condition that needs to be treated.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again.

Hi, what seems, you may have'runner knee' the stress of running can cause irritation where the kneecap (patella) rests on the thighbone. While biomechanical issues like (flat feet, knock knee, high arch foot etc) may be to blame, or ot can be poorly conditioned quadriceps and tight hamstrings i. E. If you start running without warm up and stretching exercises. As weak quads are not able to support the patella, leading it to track out of alignment, and inflexible hamstrings can put pressure on the knee. If you want to treat and avoid another bout withp runner's knee, add good strengthening and stretching to your routine. Also check for ny biomechanical problem with good ortho or physio. Donot worry you will be fine. Run on softer surfaces, keep mileage increases less than 10 percent per week. Wear proper shoes according to your foot type. Start strenghtening exercises also.

Hello Lybrate user, as you mentioned that your feeling heaviness & discomfort at upper part of right knee. I would suggest if ther any pain, swelling,tenderness (pain while palpate), movements of knee reduced and painful, not capable of weight bearing. Do visit a physiotherapist for further ruling out condition. If ther no above situation. Do apply ice packs for 10-15 mins, put towel roll under your affected knee and try to press down towel activating quadriceps muscle n you will feel muscle is contracting ,hold this pressing down for 15 sec, 15 repetition. Take rest for few days. Restart gradually build & up stamina. It could be OA/Obesity DO hot fomentation. Any way take Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS You will need other supportive medicines also. Contact me again if needed. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Lip kiss may not cause problem, until n unless other person is suffering from infected disease. You may be having pre menstrual symptoms you can do a upt test.

Hello physiotherapy is the best treatment for this condition. There are many reasons for this type of pain- 1. Overuse of muscles, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress, 4. Muscle strain, etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. I can help you by providing correct ergonomic and physiotherapeutic tips. Till then you can follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting, cross leg sitting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Diabetes. Any way it may be tried, --.Acetaminophen 250mg OD & SOS. X 5days. --.Caldikind plus (from Mankind)1 tab OD x 5 days. --. Fomentation with warm water. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. -- .Do mild exercises for . knee & legs (Take help of a physiotherapist). Kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines. (Contact family doctor, if needed). For emergency treatment visit nearest hospital. Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. If no relief in 2-3 days, contact me again.

You are suffering from leucocytosis with anaemia and can take tablet moxikind cv 625 mg 1-1 for three days and Apart from taking symptomatic treatment take tablet folvite with orofer-xt once a day
