Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part. Take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid fermented food.

If there is no injury then do heat fermentation twice a day and apply pain relief ointment and do rest avoid long sitting & take physiotherapy treatment.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Advice do hot fermentation for instant pain relief. Continue it for 2 days then start doing spinal extension exercises and back strengthening exercises thrice a day for a week avoid repeated bending activities take rest and do not exert the movements consult a physiotherapist for detailed evaluation and better treatment for your back pain take care.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

Hello it seems due to weight you have problem in waist. N little ppbs is high. Usually reduce some weight and ppbs with the diet. Will automatically reduce pain. Advice 1) do not take milk n it's products for 1 months 2) take warm water daily 5-6glass 3) take drum stick in your food daily. 4) don't take spicy, sour, salty, fermented food, cold food, cold water in routine ask for medication in private chat. That is called as lumbar vertebrae. And there are 5 lumbar vertebrae and the 5th lumbar vertebrae is anatomically is located in the lower end where the body weight is taken and it is generally fused with if your pain is there for many years then it is chronic pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have this is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappels which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn spinal exercises and knee exercises. 3. Don't sit on floor. 4. Don't lift heavy things. 5. Don't do forward bending. 6. Do hot fermentation twice a day. 7. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 8. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

Do gentle massage with hot oil for 10 minutes 2 times a day. For gases avoid spicy & oily food. Do daily exercise vajrasana & pavanmuktasan will help you in both. So it regularly. If back ache is not relieved by this consult doctor.

Hello dear this problem related to shoulder and neck. Some time only shoulder is responsible but many times cervical also. So for clinical correction you have to consult with a good orthopaedic doctor. Before it you can use hot fermentation to arm and shoulders also stop heavy intance work. Don't sleep on the painful shoulder side. Go for physiotherapy treatment where use ift and ultrasound therapy. May you will get cure in few days. Best of luck.

Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands. We have well equipped centers in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
