Prevent baths and showers from making dry skin worse. When your skin is dry, be sure to: Limit your bath to 5 or 10 minutes. Use warm rather than hot water Wash with a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser. Apply enough cleanser to remove dirt and oil, but avoid using so much that you see a thick lather. Pat your skin gently dry with a towel. Slather on the moisturizer immediately after drying your skin Use an ointment or cream rather than a lotion. Ointments and creams are more effective and less irritating than lotions. Look for a cream or ointment that contains an oil such as olive oil or jojoba oil. Shea butter also works well. Other ingredients that help to soothe dry skin include lactic acid, urea, hyaluronic acid, dimethicone, glycerin, lanolin, mineral oil, and petrolatum.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. Take homoeopathic medicine Lycopodium 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil and use arnica shampoo.

Genetics are the biggest culprit. If you inherit fair or thin skin under the eyes, it?s more obvious when blood pools there (often because of slower circulation from lack of sleep). This accumulation causes fragile capillaries to stretch and leak. Age is another factor. Over time, skin loses collagen and thins, so veins show through more prominently. Sunbathing speeds up this process by breaking down collagen and mottling skin color. Seasonal allergies are to blame for many people. ?They trigger the release of histamines in the body, which in turn inflamed blood vessels and cause swelling,? says Ranella Hirsch, a dermatologist in Boston. To determine why your circles happen, gently stretch the skin under your eyes. If that area becomes darker, the circles are probably due to genetics or aging. If the color doesn't change, UV rays or allergies are probably the cause. USE A RETINOID Look for one that's especially formulated for the eye area, like RoC Retinol Correxion Eye Cream. The vitamin A derivative will fade pigment and increase collagen production to make skin less transparent so dark circles are less noticeable. For treatment and any queries ask privately

How to control my hair fall. N how Smooth n silky my hair. And how to control my hair dandruff?

How to control my hair fall. N how Smooth n silky my hair. And how to control my hair dandruff?
Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicines 1. Graphites 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for 15 days. 2. Jobarandi q (10 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

If boils keep occuring, then I would advise you to see a doctor, because reoccurence of boils is not a good sign. It could be something serious. Meanwhile, try this at home - apply warm compresses, and soak the boil in warm water. This will decrease the pain and help draw the pus to the surface. Once the boil comes to a head, it will burst with repeated soakings. This usually occurs within five to seven days of its appearance. You can make a warm compress by soaking a wash cloth in warm water and squeezing out the excess moisture. When the boil starts draining, wash it with an antibacterial soap until all the pus is gone. Apply petrolatum (vaseline) and a bandage. Continue to wash the infected area two to three times a day and to use warm compresses until the wound heals. Do not pop the boil with a needle. This may result in making the infection worse.

Hi i'm sudhir 33 years old. Hair fall is happening from last 5 year. What should I do?

Diploma in homeopathy, B. Sc
Homeopath, Gurgaon
You'll have to seriously consider what I advise below or lose your hair. Your diet must include fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age. You will also need special remedies, vitamins and minerals which I will advise on request.

If you already have dry hair, then rethink your coffee habit and evaluate your caffeine consumption. caffeine further depletes the body of its natural resources of nutrients. And the nutrients required for hair are not spared either! So cut back on the coffee and move on something more healthy and that which promotes good health.
