For Premature Ejaculation: For Premature ejaculation, or ejaculating before you or your partner wanted you to, is a common problem that strikes most men at some point in their lives. Several factors can influence when ejaculation occurs, but it can be controlled with some forethought or, in extreme cases, medical intervention. Here are some strategies to help you get over premature ejaculation: 1.Use Lignocaine gel or spray. Apply it over glans penis 15 minutes before intercourse. 2. Control your mind. Do Yoga and Meditation. 3. Slow down your ****ing intercourse speed. 4. Do: Stop - Start technique. 5. You can use penile silicon rings or bands 6. Keep your penis clean always. Wash its head twice daily. 7. Pinch base of penis @ the peak of ****ing. 8. Ask your partner to do this pinching job. Ask her to gently pull your balls. 9. Withdrew penis and squeeze it and insert again. 10. Do Kleegel exercise. 11. Do Sun therapy for glans penis. 12. Divert your attention. 13. Get Circumcision done. Night Fall in Men. Night fall or wet dreams is a very common occurrence among men, especially among adolescents. This condition is characterized by involuntary ejaculation during sleep in the night or in the early hours of the morning. The problem of night fall can be very frustrating for young men because most of the times they don’t understand the reason for it and also because it is a very embarrassing thing to discuss with not only their parents but also with their peers. The frequency of these nocturnal emissions varies from person to person, most men only experience this condition in their adolescent years but few may suffer from it all their lives. So as you can see this condition is very common and nothing really to worry about except in very few cases where it is very frequent spread over a long period of time. Studies have shown that using testosterone based drugs can increase nocturnal emissions, so try avoiding these if you suffer from nightfall. Here are a few more things that you can try to limit it. 1. Should start jogging or brisk walking for at least 30 minutes every day. 2. Should avoid consumption of any liquid for at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 3. Should go for urination just before going to bed. 4. Should avoid watching porn or erotic chats etc. 5. Start listening to soothing music which gives peace of mind and gives soothing effects like the meditation gives. 6. Should start reading good books at the time to keep the brain relaxed for a sound sleep. 7. If night fall happens then they should not worry about this, because if you keep on thinking about nightfall or have the fear of night fall at the time of sleeping then there more chances to have it reoccur. 8. Should avoid constipation because an upset digestive system also sometimes causes this condition. 9. If the person is having the habit of taking milk at night then they should take milk in the evening instead of at night. 10. Kegel exercise also helps control Night Fall. 11. Do yoga and meditation. Remember to talk to your doctor or a qualified professional like a doctor before you start or stop your medications and never self-medicate. There is nothing to be embarrassed about if you suffer from this problem as it is a normal physiological phenomenon. Masturbation in Men: Masturbation is a kind of topic which is normally avoided by people as they consider it as a taboo. However, masturbation is healthy and completely normal sexual behaviour. There are so many myths associated with masturbation which are really not true. However, masturbating can have some adverse effects but a few. But, masturbation is not dirty and doesn’t make you less as a person, so don’t feel ashamed or bad about masturbation and activities related to it. What is Masturbation? Masturbation is a process in which a person derives sexual pleasure and satisfaction by stroking or rubbing his/her genitals by his/her hands manually and using sex toys. It is normally done solo but, also performed in relationships to get orgasm and sex arousal. It’s completely a normal activity of humans which has got no harmful physical and emotional effects. Masturbation has got so many benefits to human body and in the case of excessive masturbation it could lead few harmful effects. Myths about Masturbation: Masturbation minimizes sexual performance and libido later in life. Reduces the quantity of semen. Badly affects the quality of semen. Makes semen thin in texture making it watery. Causes blindness. Causes mental illness. Causes infertility. Causes growth of hair on palms. BENIFITS: Manages your premature ejaculation. Reduces the risk of Prostate Cancer. Makes you pelvic muscles strong to prevent erectile dysfunction. Improves sperm quality and motility. Helps your sexual intercourse to enhance by increasing your sexual longevity. Reduces nasal congestion during cold and flu. Reduces stress and depression. Enhances your mood. Helps to get good sleep for insomnia patients. Makes you aware of your sexuality. Enhances your immune system. Satisfies your sexual desire and strengthens your relationships. Controlled masturbation will not effect height. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Harmful effects: Can cause parasympathetic nervous functions which leads to over production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters which cause side effects like fatigue, memory loss, hair loss, groin pain and blurred vision. Cause obsessive compulsive behaviour like addiction to masturbation. Cause bruises if stroked too vigorously. Leads to hardening of the penis skin. Causes desensitized of penis skin. Can cause seminal leakage. Masturbation is nothing evil or sinful, so no need of getting ashamed of yourself. Rather it’s a matured sexual activity to keep yourself sexually active, sexually satisfied and your mind in control. It is totally normal and safe sexual behaviour for both men and women. It enhances your health in every aspect, but remember too much of anything can be real bad. So, do masturbate maximum weekly 2 or 3 times and be healthy and keep happy. Do not do more frequently.

I am a 25 year old and have a headache since last 2.5 months. I have already seen doctors and they told that symptoms match to those of a migraine. I have already taken migraine medicines for over a month. But yet I encounter headache, heavy headedness and nausea daily. I don't understand why is it continuous? How to lower the frequency. I cannot concentrate at my work, at my study. I was going gym for some while which I have quit. My lifestyle is fine but again I always feel tired. Whenever I am alone I feel weirdly lonely and cry often. Are the continuous headaches because of migraine or is there a possibility that I am under depression. I have experienced many lows including a breakup, failure at a competitive exam recently. Should I consult a neurologist or a psychologist. I am not really a weak heart-ed person but I am really worried about my health, my current attitude and my future if things does not change. Kindly suggest.

Hi , firstly, I would like to thank you for having expressed your issues so very clearly. Well, as I understand, you have migraine since last 2.5 months, and you have been taking prothiaden for over a month now. Prothiaden, however, seems to be an anti-depressant and most of the symptoms that you have described like nausea, heavy headedness, headache etc are side effects of prothiaden which usually clear off after couple of weeks. Seemingly, your already existing headache (migraine as diagnosed) is not being helped through your current medication and the side effects of prothiaden probably add to your issues. Furthermore, in the given context, it is likely that anyone would get anxious, stressed out and eventually get into depression. That you feel weird, lonely and cry often, is indicative of you being depressed. I would advise you to meet up your physician whosoever you are consulting at present, and have a review of the treatment progress with no further delay. As there could still be better medications, he/ she may consider changing medication/ dose suitably as appropriate and one that has minimal side effects. At the same time, I would advise you to remain mentally strong as you already are, believe in yourself, and have faith and hope that there always is light at the end of the tunnel, however dark the tunnel may appear to be. Yogasanas, pranayams & meditation can also help you relax, de-stress and keep you focussed even during these tough times. At the same time, a trip to some hill station or some scenic natural place can help you relax, rejuvenate, think clearly and have a fresh perspective. For a second opinion, you should consult a psychologist if you have not consulted one already. He/ she may advise diagnostics & refer you appropriately as required. Keep up your dietary habits, lifestyle & hobbies and try enjoying every moment of your life irrespective. Hope this helps. You may connect with me in private to discuss and come up with a treatment plan that suits you in particular. All the best.

I am 27 years old and suffering with migraine and headache kindly give suggestions.

COMT, MPTh/MPT

Headaches due to migraine is very common these days especially in young adults because of there lifestyle and working environment. Sometimes pain is very severe on one side of the head.  So I would recommend you to avoid stress and anxiety, quiet the mind from distractions. Stay calm positive and do deep breathing exercises, listen some music that would give you some relaxation. If pain is severe then place ice pack over forehead and lie down for some time to relax your mind and give you comfort and stress full life. Massage your head using levander oil or clove oil as it removes toxins from body. You can use mint or clove spray for inhaling in case of headache. If pain is severe you can also apply ginger paste over the painful area. Avoid taking caffeine, alcohol, phenylethylamine (found in chocolate and cheese), tyramine (found in nuts and fermented meats, cheeses, and soy), and aspartame (in many artificially sweetened foods) as sometimes these all exaggerate pain instead use basil leaves tea or ginger tea boiled nicely in water without milk. Regular intake of healthy dietry food rich in proteins and vitamins. Avoid fasting - Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at fixed timings. Make yourself busy by fulfilling your hobby as it will give you freshness and your mind will be diverted from normal life which help in pain reduction. Take min 7 hours of sleep. Make a habit of 20-25 min walking daily along with some meditations. If required then only take pain relieving tablets. For more help or instructions please consult. Good Luck and Get Well Soon.

If fever is high it indicates an infection. You need the right antibiotics asap. Show yourself to a nearby physician and get your chest auscultated, and start the treatment.
