Do exercise like yoga and others. Eat more than before. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use extra refined foods with unrefined. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Eat extra fish, egg, milk, meat to gain weight. Use extra healthy fats in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take sleep for 7-8 hours. These are basic but for more quick and guaranteed result consult me privately on lybrate.

Hi looks like you have restless legs syndrome (rls) kindly rule out iron deficiency, diabetes. It can also be due to peripheral neuropathy alcohol and sleep deprivation. Treatment * begin a regular exercise program, *establish a regular sleep patterns, and *eliminating or decreasing the use of caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco, may be helpful. *leg massages *apply hot baths or heating pads or ice packs to the legs do reply for detail treatment plan. My uric acid level is 7.5 and I have pain in joints of my fingers and in my feet.
Please suggest some remedy.
Mr. Lybrate-user, to reduce uric acid, you will have to restrict high purine containing foods like: organ meats, red meat, certain fishes such as sardines, scallops, shell fish, salmon, herrings, haddock, trout, anchovies, mussels, mushrooms. Plus no sweetened aerated drinks, alcohol and high fat milk products. You can take low fat milk products, egg whites, plenty of fruits and vegetables. There are specific drugs used to reduce uric acid called as uricosuric agents which increase the excretion, those can be used.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. If still you dont get relief consult physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.

I have compression btw L3 & L4 in spinal cord. Doctor has advised for Rabolin, which is pain killer, for over 15 days. Now I am on Zynoflam Forte for last 10 days. Even after physiotherapy and daily morning evening exercise i have very little improvement. Should i continue with Zynoflam?

Hi, In physiotherapy if you are age is below 50 you can go for intermittent lumbar traction as well as interferntial therapy with spinal exercises. You will subside this pain with in 20 days need not to go for pain killars unless you have untouchable pain

Avoid all non- vegetarian foods like fish, meat and chicken. Also avoid mushroom, spinach etc here's a look at what you might eat during a typical day on a gout diet: breakfast whole-grain, unsweetened cereal with skim or low-fat milk 1 cup fresh strawberries coffee water lunch roasted chicken breast slices (2 ounces) on a whole-grain roll with mustard mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing skim or low-fat milk water afternoon snack 1 cup fresh cherries water dinner roasted chicken lean (3-4 ounces) roasted or steamed green beans 1/2 cup whole-grain pasta with olive oil and lemon pepper water low-fat yogurt 1 cup fresh melon caffeine-free beverage, such as herbal tea.
