You need to reduce your stress for it. Blood pressure fluctuates only under stress. So please try to control by yoga and meditation. And also try to have very simple food, avoid outside junk food.

it could be a muscular pain 1.Take crocin 500mg one tablet sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2.Apply volini gel twice daily 3.Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest 5. consult me if no relief

Hello, the symptoms are s/o gastric reflux. In which the acid from stomach gets refluxed into lower oesophagus (food pipe, leading to burping and heartburn mimicking chest pain. You have to start a complete course of proton pump inhibitors i. E. Antacid. Eat bland foods, do not lie down immediately after meals. Drink plenty of water. Avoid tea and coffee, gap between meals should not be more than 4 hrs. If symptoms still persist, consult a physician.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Chest for young athelets, one should look for blood serum calcium & vitamin d estimation. Bone density also. After that one should under go fo x-ray chest & ecg. Cardiac pain for young person is not uncommon.

Regular visit to cardiologist as asked by them. Morning walk of 4 km in 40 min daily. Avoid non veg, alcohol, tobacco. Lot of leafy vegetables, fruits. Meditation taught by BRAHMAKUMARIS CENTER, which can be found online.

pl.give details about that your body is heating. and You can control cholesterol / hdl / ldl/t.g. and obesity by using following flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take . green veg., whole grain foods, spicy foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Low sugar foods, low calories foods. Change own life style . do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily in morning and evening, do any one physically activity daily i.e. play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, alcohol,smoking, fatty foods, non-veg., avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protect from heart fail during sleep at night.

  • A proper diet is very essential to ensure heart health.
  •     Eat plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Vegetable soups and salads are a good way to include vegetables in your diet. When you feel the urge to snack, choose a piece of fruit or sticks of broccoli, radish, and carrots. A dessert of stewed fruits is also delicious but nutritious. Add chopped fruits in your yogurt.
  •     Cut down on fats. Saturated fats are the enemies of the heart. Stay away from fried stuff, especially deep fried foods. Switch to fat-free or fewer fats methods. Bake, roast, grill, boil, steam or poach.
  •     Use a non-stick pan for frying and use a healthy oil like olive oil. If the food is too dry, add moisture by adding a little fresh lemon juice which will also help to enhance the flavor.
  •     Change over to low fat foods. Switch over to skimmed milk instead of whole milk. Go for low-fat yogurts, cheeses, and spreads.
  •     Avoid red meat which has a higher fat content. Switch to skinless chicken. Fish is rich in omega 3 fatty acids which are good fat. Try and include fish in your diet, once or twice a week.
  •     Include plenty of fiber in your diet. Fiber helps in reducing cholesterol.
  •     Reduce your consumption of sugar. Cakes, cookies and candies which contain too many calories lead to obesity. This increases your chances of heart disease.
  •     Cut down your consumption of alcohol.

Please focus to reduce your weight Do morning walking/brisk walking/treadmill for at least 60 minutes daily Limit your food intake to 4 times daily Cut down fat/fried/ghee items/food from outside Do this for 4 weeks and you need not to take medicine for blood pressure

Dear lybrate-user. It is always better to leave smoking. Once you leave smoking, immediately, your body starts the repair procedure and within one year, the body will be completely restored. You have to provide enhancement in the form of never smoking again, physical exercises etc. Take care.

High cholesterol levels can be easily controlled by controlled diet. Avoid junk and fast foods (like, burger, pizza, samosa, chowmin, maggi, etc.), Oily and fatty foods (like, Poori, Kachouri, Maida, Chawal, Ghee, dalda, etc.) and also take less sugar. Along with avoiding it, do physical exercises and brisk walking atleast 20 min daily in morning and drink Lauki and karele ka juise. Do this regular for 2 months and then go for cholesterol checkup, you will feel major difference.
