I had near accident while driving two wheeler around month of march , not visible wound but I stretch my right leg to avoid accident. At that time there was no pain but when I started to do some belly exercise, then 2 week later it started to pain around the area of knee I can jog a bit but when I stretch my right leg I give the pain . You should take acupressure therapy and take biochemic mag phos 200x + calc flour 200x, 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Dear lybrate-user being a sports person you should get your shoulder checked up to get a diagnosis. May be you have a rotator cuff tear and need detailed evaluation and imaging to confirm that diagnosis. Meanwhile apply ice and avoid over head activities.

Hello You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise for 5 days a week. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, tomato, onion etc. Take green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Thank you

Kindly show me a digital x rays of ls spine. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Posture correction must and avoid toward bending and lifting heavyweight. Tk soft pillow for back support and break between work. Do physiotherapy for 7 days and stretching exercise of spine and legs.

Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports Consult Physician for Further Management

Hello, 1. You can take tablet paracetamol 500 mg one tablet stat after food 2. You can do hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days I am giving to some common reasons for leg pain 1. Generalized weakness 2. Anaemia 3. Physical exertion 4. Lack of protein in diet 5. Any infection present on leg or foot 6. Muscle weakness 7 abrupt start/ stop of physical exercise 8. Vit d and calcium deficiency.

for viral infection you should do regular warm saline gargle. have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. regarding TB consult a medical specialist for schedule of treatment and follow it. and colour blindness consult eye specialist.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You have mentioned pain in legs and back increasing at night. Can you tell me whether there is any weakness in legs, numbness or any other associated neurological symptoms etc? you can start with physical therapy, calcium and vitamin d supplementation, gentle anti inflammatory medication like etoshine for 5-7 days, daily brisk walks for 2-3 km in mornings. We will again see after 2 weeks whether you are improving or not otherwise we will get some blood tests and x rays of the involved region. Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
