Thigh toning exercises like lunges, squats with weights, leg extensions, hamstring curls all help in giving your thigh a formed and toned look. I would suggest consult a physical trainer before you do these exercises because of wrongly done you might injure yourself.

Sir Hello! . I am 25 years old women. actually, I am doing exercise and walking in the morning and drinking hot water of the same for loosing of weight, But in the office time I am taking paratha and any other snacks with tea. In meantime, After 1 hrs of breakfast I am getting lazy-ness and want to sleep. At that time I am washing my face even going for a round but no use. Whenever I am sitting on my desk I am feeling lazy for sleeping badly, Please doctor advice me something for this bad habit.

Parantha in office can be avoided. It is oily and does induce sleep, specially if sleep deprived or overworked, take light snacks like fruits, boiled eggs if you eat, some assorted nuts, roasted chana, salads and ors type liquids but no curds or chacch, eat moderately at office without staying hungry but do take a proper meal at home. Parantha does not help to lose weight, you can take more proteins like milk and supplements of proteins.

THIS IS SERIOUS, PLEASE HELP ME, AS WE ARE OUT OF STATION. My father is suffering form cold fever fluenza since from yesterday he also has gastric. He already ate a single tablet of pain reducer with paracetamol of 650 mg. And one doctor gave us antibiotics, gastric tablets and same paracetamol as I mentioned. Dear consult your physician regarding continuation of gabapentin. If you're feeling better with tablets then start with back stretching exercises and strengthening exercises. Start walking daily for 20 min. Change your lifestyle like avoid sitting for long time, avoid bending forward lifting heavy weights. Keep check on your body weight. Take care.

Hello, Hairfall has many causes: 1) Anemia 2) Experimenting with your hair like blow dry,colouring 3) imbalanced diet or a diet low in protein 4) stress ,prolonged exposure to sun 5) Lack of sleep or irregular timings of sleep. 6) Post typhoid, hypothyroidism . Tips to avoid hairloss: 1) do not comb on wet hair. 2) oil your hair regularly. 3) destress and sleep 8 hrs daily. 4) do not blow dry or experiment with hair like hair straightening. 5) balanced and high protein diet. 6) use homoeopathic jaborandi hair oil by sbl pharmacy. Lybrate-user we accumulate weight over long period of time due to unhealthy lifestyle. It is advisable to change lifestyle and expect to see result over few months and not 2 weeks! being fit and healthy needs atleast two thing consistently. 1. Good diet. Eat more fiber/salad and eat less sugar/processed food 2. Exercise. You don't need gym. Go for daily joggging or do floor exercises at home. Finding a buddy to exercise will help a lot. Keep a goal of fitness for year.
