I have cluster of simple cysts in my left kidney. I take losanorm 50 twice daily for high bp. Should I need to change my medication for high bp? What kind of food should I avoid?
From 1 week I am easily fatigue even with stepping up 20 steps. I can not able to stand for more than 10 to 15 minutes. Means that I feel so fatigue. What would I do? Is there anything serious. (No episode of dyspnea or breathlessness)
I am 39 and weight 87ks I have a lump measuring almost 2 CMS in length on the right side of my stomach and it's there since almost more than 10 yrs, but now it pains sometimes when it is under pressure like a pin. My wife passed Away 2 years back cause of cancer and then multiple organ failure. I am having a daughter of 7 years ad hence I M afraid of getting myself checked. What could be the same. Please advice.
I am not able to stop thinking, worrying too much. Want to talk many things to someone but not able to trust anyone. Not able to sleep properly, causing headache, anxiety and weakness. I never discussed" my personal life, what I think" with anyone before 3 moths ago. Three months ago, for the first time I tried discussing my life problems with someone I trusted in my life and I cried a lot (after 6 years) and felt too comfortable for almost a week, I got some other situations and thought of discussing the same but I got a reply" you always need reasons to cry" and afterwards not being able to communicate anything to anyone, even general talk seems impossible with friends and colleagues. Always feel alone in spite of sitting in a group of people. Thoughts usually trigger in my mind and pump up my heartbeats and my hands temp starts decreasing and I feel little shivering. I wasn't an Emotional person since 5 months ago but now I am crying almost 8-10 hrs a day sitting alone in my room. Situation is getting worse that I have started hurting myself (cuts on body) to divert the pain, overdose of medicine to sleep, attempt to quit etc. Want to run somewhere far far from this world. My close friends got to know regarding my depression but I am not able to convey my situation to them (i don't feel comfortable explaining my situations to them and also somewhere in mind I have trust issues). I have almost lost all of them, now I feel too much alone and negativity:(Nobody understand me, even due to this situation my behaviour pattern is changing drastically and I am loosing my close friends. I am trying to keep myself busy as much as possible but still not able to control my thought. I am doing yoga and meditation daily almost 1hr 30 min but seems non-effective. I am not able to sleep properly from last 5 months (usually 4 hrs that too not continuous). Thoughts are running in my mind without having any control. I tried for exercise and walk but is ineffective. Not able to understand what to do? I tried online counselling but not felt comfortable sharing my personal information and I stopped. If possible suggest me some non prescribed sleeping pills so that I can sleep properly without any thoughts. Please help.
There are so many reasons people get inked. For some, a tattoo is a form of expression for other, a reminder of incidents and people. Since a tattoo is permanent, it needs to be carefully thought about. Today, you may think having your girlfriend's name inked onto your skin is a way of declaring your love but what if tomorrow, you break up. Ex lovers names are probably the most common tattoos that people ask to be removed. Yes, tattoos can be removed but it isn't as easy as it sounds.
- What makes a tattoo permanent is the depth the ink permeates to. Unlike writing on your skin with a pen, ink in a permanent tattoo is placed in the dermis. This layer of skin lies under the epidermis and cannot be easily accessed. Thus using a cream or ointment will not help you remove a permanent tattoo. It may help bleach the pigment slightly but will scar your skin leaving the area looking worse than it was before. Using an acid to remove tattoos is also not advisable as this will scar the skin.
- The only way to effectively remove a tattoo without scarring is with laser treatment. The laser penetrates the skin and breaks up the ink particles. This makes the body's immune system recognize the ink as alien elements and removes them through the lymphatic system. This leaves the rest of your skin undamaged. Laser treatment to remove a tattoo is not a onetime procedure and may need to be repeated a number of times depending on the number of colours, size of tattoo and quality of ink used.
- A single laser cannot be used to treat all the colours in your tattoo. Lasers of different wavelengths are used to remove different colours. Thus, the more colours in a tattoo, the longer it will take to be removed. In some cases, even with laser treatment, the tattoo cannot be completely removed and a shadow may remain. Fluorescent colours are the most difficult to remove. Contrary to popular belief, black and red pigments are the easiest to remove. Laser treatment can also be used on any skin colour though it may take a few extra sessions to remove tattoos on dark skin. The location of your tattoos also plays a great role in determining how easy it will be to remove. The closer the tattoo is to your heart, the better the results.
- In most cases, removing a tattoo takes 5-12 laser treatment sessions. This can take from 6 to 12 months as the dermatologist will probably ask you to wait a month between sittings. Each laser treatment session is expensive and hence removing a tattoo is much more expensive than getting one. Hence, think before you ink. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dermatologist.
