I am 20 years old. I got a backpain from last 3-4 months. What precautions should I take?

Hi, preventive measures for backache include: 1) maintain a healthy weight. 2) keep your sitting posture correct/straight. Do not slouch 3) avoid bending from back while lifting something from ground, instead bend at your knees. 4) hot fomentation to lower back or the painful part. 5) keep the coir side of your mattress up to give your back firm support and change the mattress if it is curved. 6) wear comfortable footwear with shock absorbing soles in shoes. In case above measures do not help, take rhus. Tox-30, 2 drops in 1 tsp water thrice a day for a week and revert back: now-a-days most backaches are due to vitamin d deficiency. Sit in sun and expose the long bones and back to sunrays. Also drink 2 glasses of milk daily.

I have back ache from last 7 days, my backbone is paining, please tell me any solution.

Avoid long sittings for not more than 20 min at a time. Take 1 min break after every 20 min. Do back lifting exercise.

I am suffering from back pains from 2 days can you suggest me with medicine to take for back pain.

Tips to improve balance/alignment/motion: lift your leg so your thigh is parallel to the ground while touching a wall. Hold it for five breaths. Dear mam or sir I recently suffered from acl tear and I had a surgery about 1 month back but still I can not bend my knees fully and still pain persists please suggest me some exercises or any thing else thank you.

Please visit a good physiotherapist and regularly do the knee strengthening exercises. Make sure you have follow up visits also. There should be slow but steady progress.

Sir I think im suffering from digestion problem I eat and I go to washroom I think I have liver problem and from back some mud come out so what should I do please give me urgent care.

Hello param . you have weak digestion so first avoid oily.fried and fast food from diet .also avoid sweets hotel food etc. take light food as khichri.mung dal.boiled rice.fulka .curd etc. in medicines take lavanbhasker churna 2-2gm before food with warm water and Bilwadi churne 3-3gm after food for two weeks.

I am saikiran from hyderabad I had undergone a surgery to my knee (chronic patellar tendon rupture) I am facing pain near my knee is that due to over wait?

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

I have a foot pain for more than one year, inside bone was so pain, I took tablet, and I took one knid of acid test. How it ll cure, what is the solution?

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

I am suffering from chronic back pain and neck pain. At lumber L4-L5 compression and neck C5-6. Pain and burning at low back area and hip joints area. Please advise, how to control and remedial treatments.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
