Apply moisturiser (suitable) after every bathe. Or you can jus use olive oil post bathe. Olive oil/grape fruit oil are effective if you have dryness associated with itching.

Get urself examined by urologist to rule out any internal blockage. For sperm count take ashwagandha -tablet twice daily with milk and avoid stress.

Please see a Allopathic Consultant Physician for complete check up and investigations to confirm there is no other cause of recurrent Fever. See that Peripheral blood smear is ordered preferably at the time of fever or chills. Malarial Parasite will be identified. For which you require curative and preventive medication and long term follow up.

Count heart rate first then take deep breaths for 5 to 10 minutes and again cont pulse rate. If p rate drops to say 80-90 and palpitaion not heard i. E you beat is gone, just do not worry. If you donot feel heart beat during day there are fare chances you are worrying, otherwise talk to a doctor.

Please don't worry wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily do kegel and perineal exercises daily take musali pak 2tsf 2 times with milk cap shilajeet 1 1 cap ashwgandha 1 1 apply tejas oil by patanjali on penis avoiding masturbation daily all for 3 months minimum.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.Especially stop drinking bed tea. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Codeine is addictive. It causes Itching, nausea, vomiting, high blood pressure, constipation, liver damage and stomach ulcers may also occur. As with other opiate-based painkillers, chronic use of codeine can cause physical dependence, so withdrawal symptoms may occur if a person suddenly stops taking it. You have to use your willpower to quit codeine. Other methods like deaddiction therapy is also effective. I suggest online counseling and deaddiction therapy. Take care.

try to improve your habit, take lunch and dinner at proper time, dinner should be taken at least 2-3 hr before going to bed, take tab flagyl 400 1tab tds for 5 days, tab lan 30 empty stomack in morning for 1 5 day.drink 3-4 liter of water dailytake isabgol in water at night. welcome for further help.

1. For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress, physical and mental strain, hyper acidity, muscular problem 2. Avoid stress and strain 3. Do regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight. 4. Control your diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried and junk food, high calorie and cholesterol rich diet. Take small frequent meals (5-6 meals/day instead of three heavy meals. If you have hyper acidity take one tablet of pan 40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days 5. Do yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress. 6. Have sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily. 7. Avoid smoking, alcohol, excess tea/coffee, if you are having 8. Drink plenty of water and take rest 9. Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets per day at the time of chest pain 10.
