Dear lybrate user, a few simple changes and precautions at home can help reduce the pain in your heels.Use an ice pack to reduce swelling, inflammation, and pain. Take an over-the-counter pain reliever. Rest your feet by staying off of them as much as possible for a few days when your heels are aching. Exercise your feet. Some good foot flexing and stretches can help stretch out the plantar fascia, and make it feel better. You can get more information about stretching .Adjust your shoes with inserts that raise the heel and support the arch of your foot. please send feed back.

you have to avoid lifting heavy weight for atleast 6 months and if can avoid lifting weights permanently then its going to help your back. once you have a vertebral fracture then there is going to be some change in the alignment and this by itself can cause back pain .

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

This could be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated.

The reason of the swelling has to be ruled out either it is any injury or work related problem or anything else. If it has appeared withput any stress or strain or any other cause than do ice application on the affected area 3-4 times a day and give rest to your shoulder do not strain or lift heavy weight.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference? Eat less rice. Eat brown rice. Eat whole grains. Brown bread. Vegetables. Eat 5 times small portions. No mealing only snacking. Sleep with pillow between legs while on sides.
