Sir i'm 34yr male I suffer from body pains and sleepless how to avoid the back pain.

Hi if you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know in a week time how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine (ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Lipase from your gastric secretions breaks down the fats. The salivary and gastric lipases work to stabilize fats from food while the food is being digested in the stomach. The normal value ranges from 12-70 IU .increase in lipase causes include Pancreatitis - also known as inflammation of the pancreas, can cause amylase and lipase levels to be increased up to 3 times normal. Both values should be increased, in order to carry the diagnosis of pancreatitis. Lipase may be increased in tumors of the pancreas, or stomach certain stomach conditions. These conditions are usually painful. Gall bladder infection - Inflammation of the gall bladder (cholecystitis), may cause increased lipase levels (hyperlipasemia). Alchohol intake Kidney failure can cause hyperlipasemia and many more. Prevention can be by Avoiding alcohol, and taking all the prescribed medications are the primary treatments for high blood lipase levels, if you are being been diagnosed with any kind of pancreatitis. Follow all of your healthcare provider's instructions. Avoid alcohol. Alcohol use will irritate your pancreas and liver, and may cause interactions with medications Follow a diet that is low in fat, low in red meat, and high in fiber. Make sure you tell your doctor, as well as all healthcare providers, about any other medications you are taking (including over-the-counter, vitamins, or herbal remedies). These can cause interactions with other medications. Remind your doctor if you have a history of diabetes, liver, kidney, or heart disease. Keep yourself well hydrated. Ways to Treat PCOS Infertility

MBBS, DGO, MD, Fellowship in Gynae Oncology
Gynaecologist, Delhi
Ways to Treat PCOS Infertility
PCOS infertility is the most common cause of infertility today.
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome also known as Polycystic Ovarian Disease manifests in multiple cysts covering the ovaries, filled with immature follicles (eggs) accompanied by hormonal abnormalities and irregularities in ovulation and menstruation.
While PCOS falls into a group of conditions which don’t have a cure as such, there are natural ways to manage this condition so you don’t experience any symptoms and can get pregnant if you choose to.
What to do?
1. Avoid coffee, alcohol, soft drinks, sugar and juices containing sugar, refined
carbs (white bread, biscuits, chocolate, lollies etc…).
2. Eat small protein rich meals every 3 hours to balance your blood sugar.
3. Exercise regularly – cardio and weights (the more muscles you have the
more fat you’ll burn).
4. Add cinnamon to your cooking. It has been found to improve insulin
sensitivity in women with PCOS.
5. Excess androgen production has been shown to favorably react to intake of
licorice so include some fresh licorice from an organic store.
6. Reduce stress with yoga, mediation, breathing exercises, 8 hours of sleep,
regular exercise, lavender, lemon balm and chamomile tea.
7. Take a good quality multivitamin and fish oil (make sure it’s been tested for
mercury and stabilized with vitamin E).
8. Eat more: adzuki beans, basil, cayenne, chestnut, chives, eggplant, garlic,
ginger, kohlrabi, leek, nutmeg, pepper, rice, rosemary, spearmint and
turmeric.

If ever in life you are surrounded by depression, instead of taking antidepressants it's always better to do yoga and meditation to overcome its effects. Now as you have already quit it, just do yoga, meditation and exercises along with playing games which make you physically fit. Have healthy diet adding some walnuts and other dry fruits. Libido would improve automatically.

I m a CA student nd most of the day is spent at desk work. How can I relieve myself from stress.
Hi there ~ the effects of stress tend to build up over time. Taking practical steps to maintain your health and outlook can reduce or prevent these effects. The following are some tips that may help you to cope with stress: seek help from a qualified mental health care provider if you are overwhelmed, feel you cannot cope, have suicidal thoughts, or are using drugs or alcohol to cope. Get proper health care for existing or new health problems. Stay in touch with people who can provide emotional and other support. Ask for help from friends, family, and community or religious organizations to reduce stress due to work burdens or family issues, such as caring for a loved one. Recognize signs of your body's response to stress, such as difficulty sleeping, increased alcohol and other substance use, being easily angered, feeling depressed, and having low energy. Set priorities-decide what must get done and what can wait, and learn to say no to new tasks if they are putting you into overload. Note what you have accomplished at the end of the day, not what you have been unable to do. Avoid dwelling on problems. If you can't do this on your own, seek help from a qualified mental health professional who can guide you. Exercise regularly-just 30 minutes per day of gentle walking can help boost mood and reduce stress. Schedule regular times for healthy and relaxing activities. Explore stress coping programs, which may incorporate meditation, yoga, tai chi, or other gentle exercises. Hope this helps.

When I eat any fast food then suddenly the loose motion occur and some time there is also found blood in my tool. My stomach every time sound.

BHMS

Acute diarrhea is a disorder which leads to a person passing a number of watery stools. It may be accompanied by cramping pain in the abdomen and at times fever too. Food and water-borne bacteria, parasites and viruses cause such problems. Rapid loss of water in the form of watery stool can cause a situation known as dehydration which can disrupt the normal functioning of the body. Along with it, the essential salts (electrolytes) of the body are also lost. While the oral rehydration salts and fluids significantly reduce fatalities from dehydration, they do not treat the underlying infection that is causing diarrhoea. Homeopathic medicines Veratrum Album, Arsenic Album, Podophyllum lead the homeopathic table for treating diarrhoeas and provide quick relief to patients by eliminating the infection. You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance
