Hello all these are due to dryness of eyes 1. Blink a lot 2. Cold compresses 3. Use goggles when in sunlight 4. Use lubricating eyedrop like flogel 6 times daily 5. Eat balanced diet including pulses, fruits and vegetables.

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week on your nose.

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You have got pains at multiple joints in the body. My advise to you will be: - catch hold of a good physical therapist and start your exercises - concentrate initially on isometrics for neck region, general conditioning and abdominal strengthening ex - do daily walks for about 2-3 km ( brisk walks) everyday - take adequate calcium and vitamin d ( as per deficiency) - you can use tab ultracet 1 tab sos in case of pain. Please also send me certain tests like: cbc, esr, crp, serum electrolytes, serum vitamin d levels and dexa scan to evaluate your bone density. I presume certain issues in you must be related to degeneration in joints and there could be some inflammation as well. But if you start doing your exercises, try a healthy lifestyle some these issues will get solved by itself. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Hi, Please follow these home remedies to cure constipation: - Eat a big bowl of papaya daily before or after food. - Soak dry fig in water overnight and eat it in the morning every day. - Add 2tsf of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a glass of hot water and drink it on empty stomach in the morning. - Eat one medium sized raw potato along with its peel daily. - Include lot of vegeables like cucumber, carrot, onion,beetroot, ladies finger,radish, snakegourd, beans, etc, both cooked and raw , in your diet. - Add 1tsf of pure ghee to a glass of hot milk and drink it at bed time.

Hi lybrate-user! stretch marks can be improved in appearance by lasers or microneedling with prp. You will need multiple sittings to see the results. The marks do not disappear but they become less visible. Creams work only to an extent. You can try a combination of glycolic acid cream with a retinoid preparation. The fresher the scars better the results. Take care.

*take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day. * avoid taking alcohol for atleast 15 days & do not eat spicy foods surely.

First of all improve your lifestyle. Sleep on time and get up on time to stop feeling lazy. Do not watch tv till late or chat till late night. This will hamper your metabolism and you will start feeling lazy. Start taking more nutritious food. Eat frequent healthy meals many times a day. Add fruits, vegetables, nuts and dairy to your diet. Eat oats, almonds and milk in morning. In afternoon, eat chapatis, daal, chawal, curd and salads in evening eat sprouts at night, eat paneer, roti and sabzi during bed time - have a glass of milk also, do exercise to challenge your body. If you want your body to come out of their current comfort stage and increase in size you have to start moving it. Your nutritious food will directly go into your system and will help you grow.

Mr. Lybrate-user, if you have confirmed diabetes then appropriate treatment with anti diabetes drugs is needed. If diabetes is in control then fasting sugar should be closer 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c should be <6.8%. If these levels are not achieved then you are inviting severe long term complications of diabetes. Taking milk is good but sugar control and overall diet restrictions must be adhered tp.

Generally I do not think any kind of make up would have any il effects on the pregnant woman or fetus. Most of these chemicals are absorbed to a very minimal amount in the blood so there should be hardly any chance of toxic effects.

Running and gymming only will not help you. You should go for some kind of floor excersice if you want to have inch loss. Go for lunges, jumping lunges, sqauts and doggy leg excersice it will not only tone up your leg muscle but also help you in inch loss.

Sir, I had a leg injury 3 years back, doctors operated and inserted nails in my knee and ankle in malaysia. Now, I consulted orthopaedic surgeon in india. He advised me not to remove nails forever. I'm doing well with nails. Should I operate to remove or not.
