Nutritious diet rich in antioxidants (green vegetables and fresh fruits) and avoidance of stress will help. Depigmenting cream or facewash can be recommended to you for improving your condition depending upon your specific hyperpigmentation problem/ skin type.

Here are a few generic tips to help the condition of arthritis:

Hi, low calorie, normal protein, vitamin and mineral (except sodium) resticated carbohydrates, resticated fats and liberal fluid, high fibre diet are given. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast.

Actually I had sex with my boyfriend few years ago (5-6 times) and I am going to get married in 4-5 months. But I feel that there is so much gap in my vagina. I am afraid if my husband will find out. Please suggest me what I can do to tighten the vagina or remove the gap. Please help.

Hello lybrate-user, Its nothing to gap Vagina after any intercourse and nobody can find out any gap in vagina or vulva, till you have regular intercourse for years together or child birth. So you don't worry any more and be tension free for what ever you had in past and do not disclose anybody in future about this act of your sex. Not even to your future husband at any cost. Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.
