Dear Lybrate user. Phimosis is a congenital narrowing of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be retracted. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases you can clear the problem yourself. Phimosis could cause moderate to severe pain while having vaginal intercourse. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement 20 times several times in a day. Repeat the same every day for around one month. You will get the elasticity and you will be able to retract the foreskin completely. In case if there is no result from the above massage, you can always go for a minor surgical procedure called circumcision. Take care.

Dear user. Don't panic. Most commonly, people get or transmit HIV through sexual behaviors and needle or syringe use. Only certain body fluids—blood, semen (cum), pre-seminal fluid (pre-cum), rectal fluids, vaginal fluids, and breast milk—from a person who has HIV can transmit HIV. You have been cleared and therefore, go ahead and marry. Take care.

Toe Deformity- What Causes It And What Are Its Treatment Options?

Toe Deformity- What Causes It And What Are Its Treatment Options?

Have you ever come across a person with usual toes, toes that are mysteriously curled or bend upwards, downwards or inwards? As strange and intriguing as it may appear, the condition can be quite painful and is known as toe deformity. In toe deformity, the foot bone is unusually and abnormally positioned, resulting in pain and discomfort.

Toe deformity in a person can be of different types. It can be:

  1. Hammer toe: This is one of the most commonly observed toe deformity. A hammer toe is characterized by the curling or bending down of the second toe at the proximal interphalangeal joint (the middle toe joint). The toe may further bend up at the distal interphalangeal joint (joint adjacent to the toe tip) or the metatarsophalangeal joint (meeting point of the foot and the toe) as well. In hammer toe, the awkward alignment results in a slight elevation in the joint of the middle toe. A hammer toe is often seen accompanied by a bunion (a bony bump or a deformity formed at the joint that links the foot with the big toe).
  2. Mallet toe: Mallet toe mostly affects the second toe (other toes may be affected). The deformity results in bending down of the toe at the distal interphalangeal joint (appears like a mallet).
  3. Claw toe: The deformity affects all the toes, with the big toe being an exception. Here, the toes bend up at the metatarsophalangeal joint and bend down at the distal interphalangeal joint. The deformity results in the toes curling down towards the floor (appears claw-like).

What causes Toe Deformity?
There can be many factors responsible for toe deformities.

  1. Toe deformity in a person may be congenital (present from birth).
  2. It can also be an outcome of medical conditions such as arthritis (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis), stroke, heart attack, diabetes, an injury, an accident, or wearing wrong footwear.
  3. Toe deformity can also be hereditary.

Signs and symptoms:
The symptoms for Toe Deformity (hammer toe, claw toe, and mallet toe) include

  1. There is redness, pain, and swelling in the affected part of the toe. In claw toe, however, there may or may not be pain associated with the condition.
  2. A person faces difficulties in straightening the toe.
  3. In hammer toe, corns, and calluses appear on the middle joint (top) of the affected toe.
  4. In mallet toe, ulcers may occur on the toe (in diabetic patients).

Treatment:
Initially, toe deformity appears flexible, where movement around the affected joint is possible. However, if left unattended, the condition can become severe and rigid, thereby restricting the movement (in the affected area). Treatment for toe deformity depends on how severe the condition is.

  1. In most cases, the treatment involves wearing custom-made shoes, fitted with supports (cushions or pads) and wider toe box.
  2. Using of tapes and splints may be helpful in correcting and repositioning the deformed toe.
  3. Patients with excruciating pain benefit immensely from cortisone injections.
  4. Corn pads can be used to deal with corns and calluses better.
  5. Toe stretching exercises are highly effective.

If severe cases or extreme rigidity, doctors may opt for surgical treatments like arthrodesis, tendon transfer, arthroplasty, to name a few. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Orthopedist.

Masturbation does n't have any side eefct. The following tips are faor premature ejuclution. It will help you 1 the better option is to relax your mind and to increase timing you can do kegel's exercise also try the stop/start method 2 increase the amount of time spent during foreplay. Make sure the genitals are not rubbed against the other's body or on the bed as this might also lead to ejaculation 3. Use a condom preferably a thick one or extra time its easily available in market. This will reduce the sensitivity of the penis. If these tips are beneficial then test your semen and urine and consult with sexologist.

I am nt able to grow my dick size please tell me any medicine. I am trouble with this problem.

I am nt able to grow my dick size please tell me any medicine. I am trouble with this problem.
Hi, Penis size is something about which most of the men are obsessed because they don’ t have proper knowledge about the size of their organs. It is important to know that size of penis doesn’t matters unless it is too small to perform sexual intercourse. Sperm count/ volume, penis size (if it does not hinder sexual intercourse), scrotum size, duration of ejaculation has nothing to do with sexual life and stamina. Heart-healthy behavior is penis-healthy behavior. You should quit smoking, eat more low-cholesterol foods, and get plenty of regular cardio exercise—particularly squats, hip thrusts, and leg lifts—to send blood rushing to the pelvic and gluteal area. In case if it is really small to perform intercourse, PLEASE do not waste your time and money with quacks/ new paper adds/ various miracle pills. Consult some doctor preferably urologist/ endocrinologist to seek help.

Loss of Libido / energy: Lack of desire in men can be of either physical or psychological origin. Physical causes Alcoholism – quite common. Abuse of drugs such as cocaine. Obesity – quite common; slimming down will often help. Anaemia - unusual, unless the man has been bleeding for any reason. Hyperprolactinaemia the pituitary gland produces too much of the hormone prolactin. Prescribed drugs – particularly Proscar (finasteride), a tablet used for prostate problems and also medications affecting the brain. Low testosterone level – contrary to what many people think, this is uncommon, except in cases where some injury or illness has affected the testicles. Any major disease such as diabetes. Head injury. An underactive thyroid gland. Psychological causes Depression – very common. Stress and overwork. Exhaustion. Hang-ups from childhood. Latent homosexuality. Serious relationship problems with your partner. Treatment: Get physical check-up, and also any blood tests which the doctor thinks necessary, like a blood count or thyroid tests. All the above causes of lack of libido can respond well to therapy. Among the most difficult to treat are those that involve marital problems or hang-ups about sex. For these, a good place to go is a Relate clinic. Medicines: DHEA Short for dehydroepiandrosterone, this neurotransmitter is required for the production of testosterone, the hormone that can rev up sex drive. Acupuncture Improves libido and after 12 consecutive weeks of acupuncture treatment. Testosterone: Yoga A 12 weeks of yoga increases Libido. Bupropion This antidepressant works by increasing levels of dopamine and norepinephrine, two hormones essential to arousal. Mediterranean Diet Mindfulness Meditation Viagra For those whose sexual dysfunction is related to taking antidepressants.

Yes, this is called phimosis and it may cause problems during sex. In case of inability to retract back the skin of penis, it may cause pain and discomfort during sex. A small surgical procedure called circumcission can correct this permanently. Consult a urosurgeon get examined personally and then start the required management.
