It does take away the moisture and leads to dryness. Dryness of your throat and nasal passage might be causing you this problem. Whenever you sleep in an a room, keep a bucket of water inside your room.

See every cloud has silver lining. Do not dejected. Turn your disadvantage into advantage .if you are not getting erection so that time you may spend in foreplay mostly patients complaint that they suffering premature ejaculation with in moment they ejaculate. But in your case its quite opposite you are not getting erection .but during watching porn its happens. Means you have not medical condition. Better is live your every moment. Foreplay with out hesitation as long as you do not get erection then intercourse. Before sleeping, read some good books and nice music. Try to eat 2 hours before you go to the bed. Have a glass of warm milk with haldi and ashwagandha to get good sleep.

I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. You can increase your fibre intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fibre containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4.Toilet habits Never ignore the urge to go to the toilet One supplement name Nutrilite fibre can be start after personal consultation, this has shown wonderful result in constipation Consult Physician/me for further Management

I am. You must understand that excess of everything is bad. Same is true with masturbation. Control masturbition. Dont do more than a once in a week otherwise it may cause some weakness.

Do gurgling with salt warm water. Twice a day take honey 2 times if you r having homeopathy pharmacy near by you take medicine. Hepar sulph 200. 1dose only even you can make home kadha with jaggarine, ginger, tulsi leaf. Its effective.

If you have inhaled mouth paint containing anti fungal agent you shd have experienced vigorous cough and also the preparation is fr mucosal application n slow absorption in blood. Theoretically you shd not have any problem but shd consult a Physician fr better opinion.

Breast reduction is the surgical procedure done for breast hypertrophy. It is mainly recommended for heavy breasts or symptoms due to hypertrophy mainly back and shoulder pain, excessive heaviness and difficulty in playing sports. I don't get proper sleep during night times. And I'm not able to understand what's my problem. One of the main reasons for not getting proper sleep is that plans made during the day time or earlier, do not succeed and mind finds ways or speculates or wanders to find ways to make the the plans work. These mental speculations repeat in mind at time of sleeping. So, due to plans not working as the mind likes to, the mind remains in agitated state due to finding no way and thus leads to frustration which avoids mind to go into sleep mode. This leads to not getting proper sleep. One has to break one's self-centeredness to avoid the thoughts and frustrations entering into mind at time of sleep leading to improper sleep. The solution is to not intentionally think further about plans, but with faith surrender to the supreme and instead of thinking about the plans it is better to read a nice book, listen to nice music or talks which do not allow mind to get frustrated with mental speculations. Drinking cow's milk in night before sleep also should help. Hope this helps,

Too much sweating is my problem. The following activities and things make me sweat abnormally. 1. Being questioned, being watched 2. Light physical work or play 3. When I eat spicy and hot foods (here running nose join hands with sweat to make me feel awkward) 4. In a position to complete a task in little time and under supervision and expectation 5. Right after bathing if no air circulation. Head, forehead, behind ears, neck sweats more. I experience this for past 4-5 years only, before that I was lean and indulged in more physical activities. So I suspect my overweight, inferior feel, anxiety causes it. What is my condition and how to resolve it?

Hi, overweight people sweat more profusely than normal-weight individuals because fat acts as an insulator that raises core temperature. Some things are in your control when it comes to sweating. If you're a coffee drinker, caffeine can increase perspiration, so if you're concerned, try cutting out that cup of joe. Not all excessive sweating is weight-related. But even if your sweating has another cause, getting to a healthy weight is a good idea. Other causes are: a hot and humid environment and exercise are the most obvious causes of sweating. Additional factors that contribute to excessive sweating include alcohol, caffeine, medications and spicy foods. Conditions such as fever, menopause, overactive thyroid, low blood sugar and cancer can lead to excessive sweating. Emotional triggers such as stress, anxiety, anger, fear and embarrassment can contribute to this condition. Diets that include spicy food also might have lots of calories and fat, contributing to both extra pounds and excessive sweating. Being overweight often leads to low self-esteem and lack of confidence in social situations, which can lead to higher stress levels and more sweating. Losing weight can help correct the emotional affects and higher sweat levels. Don't assume your excessive sweating is attributable solely to excess weight. Sweating can be a sign of medical problem, so get yourself thoroughly examined by a doctor with required investigations to be done.
