Avoid exposure of hands to strong detergents, dust etc. Scrub your hands once in a week to remove dead cells. Apply moisturizer on hands at night and massage for some time. Drink plenty of water for proper hydration of skin.

Drinking such type of shakes & smoothies do not cause fair skin. Follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin: • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

First of all whoever gave you that cream you were using for one year has ruined your skin. Donot use creams on face without consulting a dermatologist. That cream contained a potent steroid which has made your skin very sensitive. Continue with the treatment given by your doctor currently.

Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Add 5 drops lavender oil and 3 drops ylang-ylang oil to warm bathwater and enjoy a nice soak.

Hello,use this home method to get soft and straight hair.Regular hot oil treatments is one the best and easiest ways to keep your hair smooth and well hydrated. The heat and saturation from the warm oil will relax the light wavy and curly pattern of your hair. For hot oil treatment, the best options are coconut, olive, almond or sesame oil. Slightly heat the oil you wish to use in a microwave for about 20 seconds. Apply the warm oil to your hair and massage your scalp for 15 to 20 minutes. Comb your hair thoroughly to evenly distribute the oil. It will also avoid breakage while washing your hair. Cover your hair with a hot wet towel for 30 to 40 minutes. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Gently comb your hair (use a wide-toothed comb not a brush) while it is still wet and allow it to air dry.

dear sir ...use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take . green veg., whole grain foods, spicy foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Low sugar foods, low calories foods. Change own life style . do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily in morning and evening, do any one physically activity daily i.e. play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, alcohol,smoking, fatty foods, non-veg., avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protect from heart fail during sleep at night. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Few advice to stop bleeding gums-- - visit to a dentist for professional cleaning once in a year - use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water to keep the area clean. - Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth. - stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from back back pain- * first correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back. You can use lumber belt for support. * do regular back strength exercises. Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * do not sleep on very soft bed, sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * do tadasana and bhjangasana for back strengthening. Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight. If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient.------------------ 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day you should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. Along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc.-------------- 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet.------------ 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories.------------ 4. Have a balanced diet.--------- 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.-------------
