I am vitamin d deficiency. I am taking the medicine which doctor give it to me euro 10.000 5. Times in a week. I completed one month. But still same nothing change feeling tired legs paining headache nd feelings sad.

Do not worry. Tingling sensation is only because of nutrition deficiency, particularly Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamine. You take B12 injection 1500 mcg weekly twice for 4 weeks and B12 tablets once daily for 3 months. Take nutritious food-fruits and vegetables, meat,liver, egg,chicken, fish. Bye.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Hi Doc. My wife is suffering from skin problems. She is suffering from pimples and also skin became ruff. She also has small spots on the cheeks. Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by a small amount. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass.
