Hello Change of shifts and night shifts can sometimes lead to such problems. I would suggest that frequent change of shifts should be avoided. Only one kind of shift will let the body adapt to the change in pattern. A regular and consistent sleeping and waking time, avoiding heavy foods before sleep. Exercising regularly, restricting tea/coffee intake are some of the measures that will be helpful. Regards.

Hi, Gradual weight gain is always advisable and an increase in 500 kcal per day can result in a 0.5 kg per week increase in one’s body weight. For healthy weight gain, you need to add more muscle rather than fat to your frame and that can only come from wholesome foods. Keep the following basic principles in mind if you wish to gain weight in a healthy way: •Increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day. •Carbs are needed to gain weight but include healthier options like banana, potato, mango, whole grains, rice, etc. Instead of sugar-rich foods, chocolates, and other junk foods. •In order to increase your muscle mass, it is essential to do weight training 4-5 times a week for an hour. Consume protein-rich foods after you workout to increase muscle mass and eat good fats like nuts and seeds in your diet. •DIET CHART: •Breakfast: 10 almonds, Banana milkshake, Cheese grilled sandwich in multigrain bread or stuffed parantha. •Midmorning: Fruit, Glass of sweet lassi. •Lunch: 3 chapatis, Dal, Mixed vegetable containing potatoes, Paneer or Non-veg (Chicken, Curd, Fruit. •Glass of Milk with bournvita or Whey protein and vegetable sandwich •Dinner: Same as lunch. Dear lybrate user. Below are the health tips which will help you out. -your first meal should be consumed within 15-30 minutes of waking up and consumed every 2.5 to 3 hours. - add some extra carbohydrates and proteins to your breakfast, pre-workout meal or post-workout meal. -or proteins you can take cottage cheese, yogurt and partly skimmed cheeses -you can also include non vegetarian sources eggs whites and meats as ground beef, chicken, turkey, etc -for carbohydrates choose complex carbs, such as bran, barley, buckwheat, beans, brown rice, cornmeal, oatmeal and whole grains -you should include at least 50 g of good fats through dried fruits, nuts and seeds like almonds, walnuts, flax seeds -take at least 2 servings of green vegetables which is the equivalent of 1-2 cups per meal every 2-3 hours - start workout and eat your biggest meal at breakfast, pre-workout & post-workout your food intake should come from high quality food and you will be amazed at the results achieved by simply putting all your efforts into following your meal plan, proper training and sleep.

I would suggest her to following home remedy Natural home remedy using almonds, cow's milk, ginger powder, cardamom and saffron: Saffron is a mild aphrodisiac 1. Soak 10 almonds in water overnight 2. Peel off the skin and crush them the next morning 3. Take 1 cup hot cow's milk 4. Add the crushed almonds 5. Add a pinch of ginger powder 6. Add a pinch of cardamom powder 7. Add a pinch of saffron 8. Mix well 9. Drink this every morning if it dosent work then you must consult ayurvedic doctor.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Hi for increasing body weight, start eating more chapatis and rice with ghee or butter. Take creamed milk upto 400 ml daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take pulses and pulses products. You can eat homemade fried foods but avoid eating from the market. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also take 4 to 6 pcs. Of almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Must take exercise daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.

To gain weight you need to consume above 3000 calories. Fruits that are good source of energy and fat are 1. Mangoes - additional benefit of vit a, c, e 2. Banana - additional benefit of potassium content 3. Avocado - good fat, vitamin m and potassium 4. Olives - good source of sodium 5. Dried fruits - almonds, cashew, nuts, fig etc use them with milk as a shake or smoothie for better taste and added benefits.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Hello. Eat a heavy breakfast everyday and consume at least 5 spoons of cow ghee in the entire day along with your food, milk etc (each day and not just one time), never skip your breakfast and make sure it is your heaviest meal of the day. The best remedy is sitting in" prithivi mudra" (see image) for about 20 minutes every day doing this method for 6 months regularly will provide you with natural weight increase (touching the upper part of the ring finger and the thumb, while keeping rest of the three fingers straight). Eat 5-6 figs daily (either soaked in water or milk overnight according to your preference). Consume banana and banana milk shake made up of cow milk on a regular basis. Follow these remedies regularly and they will surely help you. Thanks.

You should take good protein diet after workout& alsoyou should take a balanced diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. This diet will help you a healthy gain 2-3 kg in month. You should take a healthy meal in every 3 hours. Don't drink water or any liquid before or while eating. Foods-dairy products, soya, sprouts, egg, potato, rice etc.

Figs are mainly made of polyunsaturated fats, which add healthy calories to your diet. Also, figs contain a good amount of carbohydrates that will help you gain weight. Soak five to six dried figs in water overnight. The next day, eat them in two parts during the day. Do this daily for about a month. Alternatively, soak two dried figs overnight in milk and eat it before breakfast. Follow this routine for two months.

Hello- weight loss can be due to improper digestion and less sleep hours. Try these tips to increase your weight- a) avoid fast food and spicy diet an increase dairy products in diet. B) eat diet prescribed for indians that is dal-chawal-sabji and roti, do not try to follow western routine by reading some article on magazine or internet. C) sleep at least 8-10 hours daily. D) use these ayurvedic medicines- shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily with 1/2 cup milk. Lasunadi vati 1 tab twice chyawanprash rasayana 1 tsp in the morning empty stomach use sheer bala tail daily body massage for 15 minutes. You will see the results in one weeks time.
