I am 19y old. I am suffering from pain on backside of knee when sitting on toes or in crouching position. I have consult a orthopedic doctor, he examine me and tell there is a ligament crack in back side of knee and suggest tablets (etova-400ip. After using of tablets there is reduce in pain but some tenderness (vibration) in thigh. What would be the problem.

Hi as orthopaedician suggested you must b having tear of pisterior cruciate ligament. And the drug which he prescribed is an antiinflamatory drug usually used in arthritis pain. This wil surely help you. If you are gud with this drug its ok. Bt you can not take this drug for a long time. And if you are not wel with the drug you can undergo a surgery to repair your ligament by arthroscopy.

Dear lybrateuser, - In take if red wine in moderate quantity can provide antioxidents in the form of resveterol which can help in prevention of cardiac disease as it prevents deposition of harmful fats in the lining of blood vessels of the body, can help in improving the good cholesterol (HDL) levels in the blood - intake of too much quantity is harmful as can cause acidity, increase in bad cholesterol levels due to alcohol content in it, increase in calories leading to increase in weight.

I advice you include protein rich food in your diet and like soyabean, egg, milk and milk products combination of cereals and pulses, sattu with milk, sprouts and take heavy breakfast.

Hi Take 200 ml of water + Crush 2-3 garlic cloves and make paste + Add ½ tsp of paste to water and bring to boil + Strain the water + Add 2 tbsp lemon juice to it + Mix well + Drink 2 times a day for 1 week. Take chitrakadi vati 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner. Take pranacharya udarasav improved and pranacharya livcure syrup twice a day 2-2 tsf. Drink butter milk empty stomach. Avoid tea and coffee.

Hi, lack of energy could be owing to a host of reasons--nutrient deficiencies, sporadic sleep cycles, under-eating and subsequently overeating, dehydration, skipping breakfast to name only a few reasons. To regain energy, ensure you drink ample water through the day and that your meals are wholesome and complete and that your daily diet includes fruits and fresh vegetables. Hope this helps. yes it is osteoporosis n it is due to hysterectomy and hormone replacement therapy should be taken which includes both estrogen and progesterone along with calcium tablets

these are the symptoms of hypothyroidism, firstly get your thyroid tested than only any doctor would prescribe you a treatment. secondly for weakness concentrate on your diet and start doing surya namaskar in morning, empty stomach to gain energy, for nervousness put 2 drops of cow ghee in your both nostrils before sleeping, you will see within 1 week all your nervousness is gone, start sleeping with your head in east or south direction to have a sound sleep and your irritation and pain will vanish. get a whole body massage with mustard oil twice a week for bone nutrition and muscle relaxation.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required and whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night.

Just eat a normal balanced diet, do moderate exercise and be happy. Please do a complete blood test and thyroid test to see if you have any underlying health problems.
