Ingredients: aloe vera plant, shampoo take the piece of aloe vera plant and put it in boiling water. Make sure to moniter it closely. You don't want to leave it there too long. About 2-3 min will do. Cut the aloe vera plant and get the gel part out. Put it in a blender and blend until its liquid. It will get foamy, but don't worry about that. Take a bottle of your favorite shampoo, I try to keep it simple though. Divide the shampoo into two bottles. Divide the aloe vera into the two bottles so each bottle has half shampoo and half aloe vera gel. Shake well and use every day. It is an amazing product. I hope you all have the same results I strongly advise that if you are going to use bottled aloe vera gel please please buy the 100% natural one. It needs to be clear. Not green or any other color. Buy the most natural one you can find.

You don't need to remove the yolk. It has concentrated nutrients in them and will be beneficial if you have gain free breakfast. But I would recommend you to have a mixture of carbs and proteins in the breakfast and keep grain free at dinner.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. The black spots on your skin can be due to Sunlight and Traffic Pollution.Continuous exposure leads to production of increased Melanin pigments on the exposed areas resulting in the formation of black spots on exposed areas.Carbon particles in the traffic related areas bind themselves to Arylhydrocarbon receptors (Ahr) on our skin surface ,which are found in both Keratinocytes and Melanocytes.The carbon particles themselves ,especially when they are in Nano form,can penetrate into the skin and activate an inflammation related signaling cascade.This is not exactly proven scientifically but there is surely a visible relation between Traffic pollution,Ageing and Black spots on skin.It is presently just a speculation that when Ahr receptor is stimulated,it could be increasing Melanin production and this is how there is formation of Black pigment spots on Exposed areas. To overcome this problem follow the below given steps. 1.Drink plenty of water and always carry water bottle while travelling. 2.Always use a good Sunscreen on exposed areas 30 minutes before initiating a travel.Preferably use Homoeopathic BAKSON’s SUNCARE CREAM. 3.Apply a good Antipigment cream on the black areas at night preferably Homoeopathic WHITENING CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply in circular fashion at night. Natural Ways to get rid of these black spots 1. Lemon Juice Lemon juice has bleaching properties that can help get rid of brown spots. Plus, it helps maintain soft, clear and beautiful skin. • Simply apply fresh lemon juice directly on the affected area. Leave it on for 30 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water. Repeat this remedy twice daily for about two months to notice positive results. If you have sensitive skin, dilute the lemon juice with water, rose water or honey. • Another option is to mix enough sugar in lemon juice to make a paste and use it as a scrub on your face, especially on your brown spots. Finally, rinse it off after 5 to 10 minutes. Do this a few times a week. You can also add some oilve oil in this recipe. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk contains lactic acid that helps exfoliate the skin to remove blemishes and brown spots without drying out your skin.Apply buttermilk on your brown spots using a cotton ball. Leave it on for a few minutes before washing the area with water. If you have oily skin or acne, you can also add some lemon juice to the buttermilk. Another option is to mix four teaspoons of buttermilk and two teaspoons of tomato juice together and then apply this mixture on the affected skin.

Dear lybrate user. Your vaginal intercourse is considered successful when both of you and your wife are able to experience the pleasure of intercourse and both reach the climax. It is not necessary that all the sperm will be absorbed by vagina. Usually majority of the sperm will be leaked by the vagina and will be washed away in bathroom. The left over one or two drops of semen does the trick to make the woman pregnant. Therefore don't worry about it. I suggest online sex education to you. Take care.

I want to increase my weight. Which type of food does I had to eat to increase the weight.
1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for fastly increase in stamina, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Hi lybrate-user wazib, panic attack comes under anxiety disorder. For anxiety disorder first episode you have to take medication for 1 n half year or so as directed by psychiatrist and complete the full course. If you do not complete it and leave it on your own will you will have a relapse which you had and symptoms will come with greater intensity. So have patience and now do not leave your medicine in between complete the full course you will not have to take it life long if you religiously follow it in initial period. Secondly, apart from medication you should consult a psychologist for psychotherapy of these anxiety attacks. The cause of most panic attacks is not clear, so treatment may be different for each person. Medication is used for prevention and/or immediate alleviation of symptoms and is usually the main line of treatment. In addition, psychotherapy such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, relaxation, and/or meditation are often used to help relax the body and relieve anxiety. First and foremost thing you need to learn is breathing retraining it's so important to control and prevent hyperventilation. You can do this in two ways: slower breathing right when you think you're going to have a panic attack, train yourself to slow down your breathing. Breathe in for at least 5 seconds, hold for 2 or 3 seconds, and breathe out for at least 7 seconds. Make sure you're breathing in through your nose and either out through your nose or out through pursed lips like you're whistling. These won't prevent panic attacks, but they'll make them far less severe. Retraining you should also take time out of your day to practice this type of breathing method even when you don't have a panic attack. Panic attacks and anxiety train your body out of its normal breathing pattern. Taking 30 minutes out of every day to practice this type of breathing can help your body re-learn how to breathe this way, and should make you less likely to hyperventilate in the future. When you have anxiety and panic attacks, your body can learn to breathe so poorly that you hyperventilate even without a panic attack. This causes panic attack-like symptoms, which can then trigger an actual panic attack. So teaching yourself how to breathe better is very important. There are many other ways to learn to control panic attacks naturally. You can consult me for same. All the best.

Dear lybrate user! reducing weight is an easy thing, you no need to worry about it. 1. On waking taking some fruits or nuts. 2. Take food for every two hours, eat in small quantity 3. Eat foods like nuts, fruits, fresh vegetables like cucumber, carrot. 4. Avoid eating after 7 pm, finish your dinner by 2 hrs before bedtime. 5. Walk or exercise daily for 45 minutes. 6. Dear lybrate user, a kidney stone is mainly formed due to the accumulation of the minerals present in urine. Such accumulation occurs mainly due to low intake of fluids. Continuous low fluid intake results in the deposits of the minerals over the stone & eventually leads to an increase in the size of the stone. Formation of stone leads to pain along the kidney region. If the size of the kidney stone is below 3mm then it is possible to get rid of it without any surgery. Take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for 15 days. The stone will be expelled through urine in between the span of 15 days of medication. But if the size of the stone is more than 3mm then you should surely go for surgery.
