Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning......

1. Retrain your mind and body for sleep. If you can’t sleep, then get up and do something instead of lying there worrying. It’s the worry that gets you, not the lack of sleep. When we lie sleeplessly in bed our brain begins to associate bed with sleeplessness. Stimulus control therapy works to retrain your brain how to sleep. There are some guidelines you can follow on your own that can really help in this area. First, avoid using your bed for anything (ok almost anything!) except sleep. Secondly, if you are in bed awake for more than 20 minutes, get up and sit in a chair outside of the sleeping area and participate in a non-activating activity in low light. For example reading, crafting, or implementing a relaxation exercises. Try not to use anything with a screen. Sleep Hygiene can also contribute to training your body to sleep. One healthy step towards this is to develop a nighttime ritual. Having a cup of tea (decaffeinated), taking a warm shower, stretching, changing into specific pajamas before bed can all help send messages to your brain that it is time to go to sleep. 2. Manage your stress and worry. Stress and anxiety can create substantial barriers to sleep. Some tools that you can use during your day and near bedtime to reduce worry and stress are breathing exercises and muscle relaxation exercises. Both of these tools can help to reduce stress and induce relaxation which will help you prepare your body and mind to rest. Worry time: Pick a scheduled time to worry and write your worries down. If you think of something during the rest of the day, tell yourself you will worry about that during your “worry time.” If you must, take a minute to write down your worry at that time. Lastly, don’t look at the clock while sleeping! This can lead to increased pressure and worry about sleeping. I have had clients that go so far as to put the clock in another part of the room or put tape over the screen to avoid temptation. 3. Daily Activities and next steps What you do during the day does affect the quality of your sleep. There is plenty of evidence that supports the fact that exercising during the day can help you sleep better. Also, napping during the day can negatively affect your nighttime sleep. DEAR Lybrate USER. A) Take 10-10ml of fresh lemon juice and honey before meal. B) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini rasa after meals…. C) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals… D) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. Acne like chronic disease affecting the skin of the face- where people blush. There is redness in'blush areas, papules (small, red solid pimples) & pustules (pus filled acne). There may be red lines on face and nasal bumps or knobs. Rosacea is a chronic condition. The symptoms come & go in cycles rosacea can not be cured completely but it can be treated and controlled. The flare ups of rosacea are caused usually by following conditions: 1. Hot drinks 2. Stress & strain 3. Alcohol 4. Spicy & greasy food 5. Sunlight 6. Extreme heat & cold. Coping with rosacea: only very mild products should be used on face. Avoid those products that contain alcohol or irritants. Avoid sun. Stay in cool environment, cover your face in cold air. Avoid heavy exertion. Use electric shaver. The foods which trigger rosacea flare are: liver, cheese, chocolate, spinach, citrus fruits including tomatoes, bananas, plums, raisins, figs. Spicy & hot foods. Eat plenty of carrots. Carbo animalis, radium, rhus tox, aloe are good homoeopathic medicines.

Use homeodent toothpaste twice daily, morning and night before sleep. Home remedy:- cleaning your teeth with fresh orange peel on a regular basis will reduce the yellow tinge accumulated on your teeth. Rub orange peel over your teeth every night before going to sleep. The vitamin c and calcium in the orange peel will combat the micro organisms throughout the night. Do this for a few weeks and you will notice effective results. If fresh orange peel is not available, you can use dried orange peel powder. Take care.

If both the testies are swollen you first go for sonography of scrotum. There may be hernia or hydrocele. All the treatment will then depend on the report so please contact with report. Meanwhile ask him to use frenchy like undergarment to support his scrotum to ease pain.

Please undergo scaling. Once scaling is done, all guthka stains will be gone. Then you can see if there is any additional stains caused by fluorosis. Fluorosis can be managed by a combination of bleaching and veneers. Bleaching alone may not give optimal results (depending on severity of the case)

These guidelines may help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight: make time for your meals, especially breakfast. Skipping meals can lower your energy levels and won't help you lose weight. Eat at least five portions of fruits and vegetables in a day. Include plenty of fibre-rich foods such as vegetables, oats, lentils and grains in your diet. Go easy on the special high-calorie foods given to women after birth, such as panjiri, ghee-laden dishes and fried dry fruits. Enjoy these tasty treats by balancing them with your meals. If you're eating a low-calorie meal such as khichdi, then you can have a high-calorie til ka ladoo at the end for example. But if you're eating aloo puri for lunch, you may want to save the panjiri for when you have a lower calorie meal. Watch your portions at mealtimes. Small meals eaten often can help prevent overeating. Drink plenty of low-calorie fluids like water, nimbu pani, coconut water, and fresh fruit juices. Lots of calories can be hidden in packaged juices, full cream milk and soft drinks. Breastfeed your baby. Experts say that exclusive breastfeeding makes it easier to regain your pre-pregnancy shape. Keep an eye on the number and type of snacks you have between meals. Opt for healthy and filling snacks like salads, fruit platters or a glass of toned milk.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Medicines or supplements will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal for them to do you any good.

My son is 7 year old. He is weighting 16 kg. And height is below average of age. He is in std. 2. We give him regularly laddu made from mixing of all dry fruits, ghee, dates, bourvita powder, coconut etc. Plus 3 banana a day plus milk with nutrigain powder plus chyavanprash. He is not taking food as required at his age. We have made his complete inner body check up but all is normal. He is active in study and play. We are too much worried for his height and weight growth. Please give us your valuable suggestion to improve my son height and weight. Your child is normal. Please do not worry like this about his growth. If you worry like this, you will be stressed and also will create a complex in the mind of your son. Please do not give any extra supplements without doctors advice. Only chavan prash is fine that too only for 1/2 months. Please give a variety of fruits and vegetables. And balanced diet. Every child has his growth chart which is programmed in his body. You can't force it. Just let him enjoy his childhood. Let him play and study like a normal child. You also relax and enjoy his childhood instead of stressing yourself so much.

Dear lybrate-user, hair fall will not b stopped by shampoos and oils. You need to consult a dermatologist or hair transplant Dr. For proper analysis and advise. If general problems like anemia (low blood), thyroid deficiency, others. Are ruled out. Proper protein rich diet, a few dry fruits, along with medication will help reduction of hair fall and regrowth to some extent.

Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits.
And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems.
Take following homoeo medicine.
Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue.
Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine.
ALSO
use arnica montana Q 30 ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly.
Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. Eat proper food, carbohydrate, protein, minerals, fruits.
Avoid outer food.

Yes anxiety and ibs are very much related. We haven't concluded whether anxiety is the cause of IBS or IBS causes the anxiety in those pt. But one thing is for sure anxiety worsen infact makes it difficult to cure of this disease. All you need to do is control your anxiety. Do meditation. And relax a bit. Take food in every 4 hrs.
