There r many emergency contraceptive pills available in market. You can go for i-pill n give it to her asap as it needs to b given within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. However, it isn't a foolproof method n has a 10% failure rate which goes up with delay. Also it's an emergency method, so don't make it a habit. These r high dose hormonal medicines n can have adverse effects on the lady's menstrual cycle in future.

You required balanced diet along with physical activity and proper rest. For vitamin d deficiency you can take vitamin D3 supplement in form of sachet, soft gel or in liquid form once a week with milk. Going to gym won't help if your body don't get proper nourishment. Consult me online for customized diet plan.

I am going to engage in next year and because of my habit of masturbation (twice in a week) am I make her happy in bed?
Masturbation is a perfectly healthy habit, with no side effects whatsoever, unless it replaces daily activities. The frequency of your masturbation is absolutely normal. You can continue to masturbate even after marriage, as long as it does not interfere with your sex life with your wife. You should not face any problem in bed. Good luck.
