Hello, medication like methylcobalamine with muscle relaxant and analgesic will reduce pain; you can take them. I will advise to check your vit b12 and vit d3 level. Hope this answers your query. Dear user. If you want the precautions to be taken then here I suggest you for these eating foods to avoid and reduce scoliosis. Rich food sources of calcium include: collard greens, kale, spinach, sardines, tofu, dairy products, almonds and sesame seeds. Vitamin d is produced by your skin in response to intense sunshine, although many people try to avoid the sun. Vitamin d isn't found in many foods, but the best sources are: fatty fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel), fish oils, beef liver, hard cheese and egg yolks.

It due to dryness of the joints. Apply narayana tailam on it twice everyday. Wrap the knee with a towel dipped in hot water. Do it for one month.

I am a retired police officer. I am suffering from severe neck and back pain. I underwent spine surgery lamnectomy to L4 to L5 and S1. But no improvement. I am told that my cervical vertebrae is fused due to DISH problem and there is no treaemt for it. Please advise to address my problem.

Degenerative arthritis of spine is not an uncommon problem in elderly people. Take rest, apply hot bag, pain relieving gels etc. Consult your orthopedic surgeon. Most of these pains can be relieved by proper physiotherapy

bone pain & weakness is surely due to your habit of masturbation. stop your habit .monthly twice will be fine . but its not reccomended. 1) start 2 spoon ghee in glass of milk daily 2) drink natural fruits juice & have more fruits in your diet . 3) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 4) Start natural calcium supplement. 5) Do regular stretching exercise meditation will help you

Hi I can understand your problem but physiotherapy, as physiotherapy is often essential for recovery and can include ultrasound, electric stimulation, range-of-motion exercise maneuvers, stretching, ice packs, and eventually strengthening exercises. Physical therapy can take weeks to months for recovery, depending on the severity of the scarring of the tissues around the shoulder. If u have a fracture base of 5th metatarsal, u should get a plaster along with calcium and vitamin D supplements and some painkillers temporarily. Moreover u need to keep your leg elevated above hip level most of the time.

Water helps you maintain an adequate blood volume so that nutrients can move through your blood and into your joints. It also moves waste away from your joints, making them less likely to ache. Eat more onions: they are a famous anti-inflammatory food. They contain phytochemicals that improve your immune system. The sulfur compounds in onions inhibit the enzymes that trigger pain. A study establishes that fresh onions have an analgesic effect similar to that of morphine. Massage the joint: a gentle massage with warm oil eases inflammation, improves circulation and relaxes your muscles. As a result, your joints feel better, too. A tried-and-tested home remedy for knee pain in our household is to heat two tablespoons of mustard oil, along with a whole clove of garlic (which is also known for its inflammation-fighting properties). When the oil is still hot but not scalding, start massaging your aching knees with it. It brings immediate relief.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. Go for a regular walk. Also control your weight properly to bring down the pain.

Patient may have some leg muscle weakness due to low back problem or general age related weakness. Also there might be ataxia. Consult a physio for better examination.

Your main problem is thyroid that is cause of obesity and piles also burning at back. If you are taking medicine for thyroid then continue it and is it controlled with medication or not? some ayurvedic medicine you can use but needs proper consultation. Triphala choorn 2 tsf with leukworm water at bed time after meal. This medicine is reduces your weight and also helpful in piles.

Usually the diabetes has more of a insuline resistance than actual insuline deficiency. It is very common to have joint pain in diabetes, but here physiotherapy has great help. Physiotherapy, calcium supplement, vitamin B supplement are the first step to try. If it dosen't get relief than you can start homoeopathic medicine which not only relieve your joint pain but also improve your diabetes as well.

Mam this doesn't seem to be a rheumatological problem. Just one month pain, need not worry much. First consult your family physician for these issues and he might refer to concerned specialist if necessary.
