We know oats are diabetic friendly, but when I eat oats with only dal (oats khichri) at night my fasting sugar increase above 200. When I eat rice (2 tea cups) at night with dal, sabji, fish etc my fasting sugar within 140.

No food works in isolation. Also there are many myths surrounding foods. Oats is actually higher in glycemic index and can raise sugar levels. Also your body needs a balance of carbs protein and fats. Eating a restricted meal is not advisable. For better sugar control you need to have a balanced meal of your traditional foods.

Hello,take homoeopathic medicines 1.Lycopodium 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days. 2.Berberis Vulgaris Q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for 15 days and revert. Increase fluid intake, especially water. Recommended intake of water is 12-15 glasses per day

Menopause is the medical term for the
end of a woman’s menstrual periods. It
is a natural part of aging, and occurs
when the ovaries stop making
hormones called estrogens. This causes
estrogen levels to drop, and leads to
the end of monthly menstual periods.
This usually happens between the ages
of 45 and 60, but it can happen earlier.
Menopause can also occur when the
ovaries are surgically removed or stop
functioning for any other reason.
Low estrogen levels are linked to some
uncomfortable symptoms in many
women. The most common and easy to
recognize symptom is hot flashes ÷
sudden intense waves of heat and
sweating. Some women find that these
hot flashes disrupt their sleep, and
others report mood changes. Other
symptoms may include irregular
periods, vaginal or urinary tract
infections, urinary incontinence
(leakage of urine or inability to control
urine flow), and inflammation of the
vagina. Because of the changes in the
urinary tract and vagina, some women
may have discomfort or pain during
sexual intercourse. Many women also
notice changes in their skin, digestive
tract, and hair during menopause.
The signs and symptoms of menopause
start appearing atleast one year before
your final period. These include:
Irregular periods
Decreased fertility
Vaginal dryness
Hot flashes
Sleep disturbances
Mood swings
Increased abdominal fat
Thinning hair
Loss of breast fullness

She can do massage by seasame oil one inch above and one inch below the knee for 15 times each point twice daily. And do massage in the hollow portion of the knee and on the shin bone four two inch before the knee.

It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight. Management: 1.Take 1 glass of Luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning daily. 2.Drink at least 2 litters per day. Lukewarm water is best for drinking. 3.Avoid cold drinks and alcoholic drink like beer as they contain more calories. 4.Don't skip meals. Avoid heavy meals. Take light meals. 5.Must have 3 main meals per day – In between main meals take fruits & green salads. 6.Eat seasonal fruits & Fresh vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain fibres to help you feel full quickly. 7.Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 8.Eat more whole grains and cut carbohydrates. Choose proteins instead of fatty ones. 9.Cut salt from your diet. 10.Eat home foods. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 11.Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. 12.Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body. 13.Do regular exercises daily. Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Brisk walking for 15-30 minutes daily is good. Jogging, running, swimming & cycling are good options.

Take tuberculinum 200 1 dose now. And start taking becozule tablet, 1 in morning and 1 at night after meals. This will definitely help you to grow your health as well as make you healthy. And start increasing proteins in your diet.

Hello lybrate-user loosing hairs is the sign of internal weakness so improve your diet take proteins, milk eggs, seasonal fruits etc, take almonds (overnight soaked )with amla candy, in morning. Massage scalp with almond n amla oil mixed, use mild shampoo for head bath, you can ask for further information.

Dear to decrease your thighs fat you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.
