To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: Jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp. It also helps to control dandruff.

Symptoms of dengue are - high fever, headache, muscle aches, fatigue, rashes or bleeding. Prevention is by avoiding getting bite by mosquitoes. Use mosquito repellents, creams, nets. Avoid breeding of mosquitoes by minting clean surroundings. Hope this helps u.

I am a 40 years old female with an addiction to heroin. I desperately want to quit but am very scared of the pain.
You need to face the pain but you may also take medication to suppress the withdrawal symptoms. I suppose you are earning and you are getting your funds to maintain these habits but something has to be done about that to limit your access to those resources: like have someone else in the family to control your finances or access to it. Then I suggest that you go for immediate rehabilitation to a recovery center and stay there for at least 6 months until you are all clear and clean. Even after that, you must continue addiction counseling for at least three years to completely remove the physical and psychological conditioning and craving. You will be told and taught new lifestyles, schedules, habits etc. To totally recover. If there are relapses, do not get too alarmed and give up. You must again persevere and fight this battle until you come out victorious. Your family members and medical fraternity must be there for you right through this recovery. You will also need to attend narcotics anonymous meetings for a long time too.

If I do little hard work I get tire. My chest starts paining. Starts deep breathing. My blood pressure usual stays on high. On consultation of a local doctor I tested blood, kidney cholesterol etc test but it's came normal. Then. I tested kidney because I feel pain in lower back. Since 3 years now.

Hi, Try having warm lemon water with honey every morning.Do squat exercises and abdomen crunches, air cycling for hips, butt and thigh reduction. Weight-loss is about eating right and physical workout. Below tips could help you start your weight-loss journery. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have atleast one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea atleast once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits atleast twice a day 14. Male and female differ widely in terms of of sexual responses, male gets quickly aroused and female takes longer time to get aroused, male reaches climax quickly, its physilogical and normal, but not ideal, to prolong sex duration man has to work hard, he has to slow down mentally, by diverting mind from situation, and learn ways how to delay his reflexes. One idea is to stimulate the partner by foreplay to near orgasm sate and pentrate. Count number of strokes if it is less than 45plus minus 15. Means (30 to 60) then seek medical advice.

Your daily diet and lifestyle should have 1.2-3 litres of water in a day. 2.200 g of green vegetables. 3.4-5 fulkas per day. 4.4 cups of dal 5.200 ml of milk. 6.100 g of fresh fruits (no juice). 7.1 cup of rice and little1-2 tsf desi ghee. 8. Direct sun exposure for 10 m. 9. Daily 15 m. Of walking/ jogging or sports. 10.1 hour of club life where you can meet and laugh with friends.

Hi severe pain can be dueto deep cavity. You need to be investigated and diagnosed properly to rule out the cause of pain. If there is cavity apply clove oil soaked in cotton and ketorol dt 2 tabs dissolved in half cup of water or ibuprofen after meal for temporary relief.

Mixed juices of cabbage, mustard greens, kale, spinach and radishes. Drink one cup of this mixed juice once daily. Take 10 gm of dhania seeds (coriander) and add it to a glass of water. Boil and allow it to cool. Strain the mixture and take twice a day to reduce high cholestrol levels. Mix equal quantities of long pepper (pipali), black pepper and dry ginger powder. Consume half teaspoon twice a day with lukewarm water.

Health problems caused by not drinking enough water

Our body is made up of almost 70% water and while we can live without food for a few days at least, it is important to replenish your water needs every day. If you miss drinking enough water even for a day, you will notice a change. And the ill effects of not drinking enough water can be severe and should not be taken lightly. 

You might have to face these 5 health problems if you are not drinking enough water:

  1. Constipation: If your body is not getting enough water, it will not be able to digest well because our bodies need right amount of liquid to process the foods we eat. When the stomach is constipated, digestive juices are secreted in lesser quantity, thus leading to other digestive disorders.
  2. Weight gain: Many a times, we eat or feel hungry just a while after eating. This is not really hunger and actually means that the body needs water. A dehydrated body often sends misleading signals which is misinterpreted as hunger and we end up gaining unnecessary weight.
  3. Cholesterol and changes in blood pressure: When we don't drink enough water, the water reserve in the body gets used up resulting in there not being enough for the capillaries, veins and arteries. This results in blood pressure going high and/or low. Similarly, the cells of the body get dehydrated and in an attempt to stop this, the body starts producing cholesterol more than what's required.
  4. Dryness of the skin and other problems: Apart from through urine, our body also loses water in the form of sweat. This needs to be replenished or the skin starts becoming dry, lips are chapped and we even experience an increase in hair fall. Not drinking enough water also leads to premature aging and graying.
  5. Infections: It is important to urinate frequently because through urine, our body releases toxins which are not needed for the body. If you don't drink enough water, you won't urinate enough and might end up with problems like UTI and cystitis.

Hello, if you are taking any kind of medicines then urine colour may change to red or orange. You should get an ultrasound abdomen test done to rule out the cause of this type of pain. Share the reports.
