It will be better if you quit smoking as its just harming your body. If you have difficulty quitting there are many treatments available to help you in the form of both medication and counselling. Continue exercising under supervision and eat a balanced diet rich in all the nutrients. While gymming it will be beneficial to take high protein diet like eggs. Please think seriously about quitting smoking.

could be plantar fascitis or tendonitis...try contrast therapy wid hot n cold water fr 7 to 8 repetitions...4 times in a day for 3 days n let's see Ur response thereafter...

Hernia is separate issue. You have to correct it by operation, otherwise at any time it may cause severe pain and life threatening condition- strangulated hernia- where emergency operation is needed. so, get the operation doe earlier. Left testis larger than right- may be due to hydrocele. Get it checked by doctor.

I am 102 kg Male aged 43 years. My weight at the age of 19 was 60 kg. I do take moderate drinks but do regular walk. My diets are typical nrth pattern. I am unable to reduce my weight. I go to bed at 11 pm and wake up at 6.30 am. I walk in evening. Facing mild backache and knee joint pain. Please guide

Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use a good tea tree face wash. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 2. Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 3. Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Dark circles don't have a one-stop solution or home remedy. Sunken eyes won't respond to creams or medicines. They specifically require filling agents. Also, darkness develops when you rub your eyes, so avoid doing so. Catch at least six hours of sleep everyday. Correct any visual errors with the help of an ophthalmologist. Eat iron rich food. Avoid eye chemicals and hair dyes. Too much time reading, watching television or with the computer can enhance darkness. So cut down on all this.Fillers are completely safe natural products,they are basically sugars,non animal stabilised hyaluronic acid.if done with experienced doctors,there's nothing to worry about.

I would recommend everyone to take all meals on time. Do not skip any meals. Skipping meals is not good, not healthy as well as it does not help you to reduce weight. First thing in the morning start your day with fruits and curry leaves. Take your last meal till 8p. M. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Weight gain is a complex process and depends on many factors such as tour everyday energy expenditure, your diet history, food intake and many more, to gain weight it's very important to be in positive energy balance, I would advise you not to put long gap in between your meals, eat after short intervals and only single food item is not going to work to gain weight, include all high calorie food items in your schedule such as dark chocolates, desserts, nuts, good protein to get good results.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Sun Defense Tips for a Flawless Skin

While the sun is necessary for our skin and overall health, excessive exposure often results in many skin problems. Age spots, which are actually sunspots, blemishes, pigmentation and sunburns are just a few of the sun related damages that your skin may have to face.

Sunscreen is your best friend outdoors

Sunscreen should be worn at all times whenever you go outdoors. Also if you plan to be outdoors for too long, then reapply sunscreen from time to time as you may need to replenish the protection for your skin. A sunscreen with a SPF count of 30 or above is usually preferred; however, this should completely be determined by the type of skin.

What type of damage can sun do to your skin?

Visible sun related damage to your skin could be any or all of the following:

  1. Skin which is patchy
  2. Dark spots
  3. Uneven skin tone
  4. Age spots

These are primarily manifestations of deep rooted sun related damage caused by one of the following:

  1. Superficial pigmentation: This is a pigmentation problem, which is mostly caused close to the uppermost layer of your skin i.e. the epidermis. This usually ends showing up as age spots and freckles.
  2. Deep hyper-pigmentation: As opposed to superficial pigmentation, deeper pigmentation problems occur when age related damage is the cause and there has been prolonged sun exposure. This requires more detailed treatment and thus topical products such as peels may not be as effective as the damage has been at a deeper layer of the skin.
  3. Brown patches or melasma: Often called the mask of pregnancy as it commonly afflicts expectant women, it may occur in other cases due to hormonal problems as well. It appears as darker patches on your skin within the bridge of the nose, cheeks and forehead. Sun damage aggravates this problem multi fold and thus can make a slight or small problem much worse.

Treatments against sun damage

As mentioned earlier, the best way to reverse sun damage is to use the correct SPF for your skin. A single SPF rating isn’t correct for everyone and it is best to consult a dermatologist to determine what rating would be correct for you. However, some of the other modern treatments you can rely on to reverse and prevent sun damage could be:

  1. Peels that give instant clarity by reducing pigmentation
  2. Reducing complexes such as certain liquid applicants that lessen topical pigmentation
  3. Skin rejuvenating Lasers that provide instant clarity with Laser action
  4. PRP or platelet rich plasma that is derived from the cells of your own body and then used as a serum to be injected into the skin to heighten its self- healing powers.
