1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils

Use acne ann pimple cream of himalaya. Syrup purodil 2-2-2. Saarivasav 2spoons twice orally with equal quantity of warm water. Mahamanjishthadi vati 2-2-2 take all for 6 months. Follow healthy diet. Green vegetables salads fruits. Lot of water. Stop junk foods and outside food. Avoid eating spicy oily fatty and sour food items.

Hi, use this home remedy to get a tan free glowing skin. *orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. I do not believe in general diet charts or to weigh yourself every day. Be with nature since you are competing for miss earth (good luck & my wishes) remain grounded. Avoid oily foods, sugars and starches as at 19 if you skip grains, you can get enough sugar through fruits which will give you minerals and vitamins too, e g a banana is equal to a piece of bread/chapati, you tell me which is healthier, people may scare you about high calories in bananas but it is a complete food, same holds true for mangoes too. Eat less salt also but not feeka food, sprinkling of salt on salads is bad, so are tinned foods, papads, chutneys, sauces because salt is a preservative and all of these give us more salt that leads to water retention, leading to bloating and a heavy head. Take lots of fresh fruits of citrus variety like oranges, mausamis, lemon water with honey (it does reduce fats as lemon juice like apple cider vinegar burns fats and sugars in body) no juices, only fruits as it is. Take few nuts everyday for good fats and for a glowy skin in addition to a spoon of good fat like pure ghee/butter. Your weight for height is normal, maintain it through diet and exercise, simple walks or cycle machine at home if outside is polluted (bad air is bad for skin too, not only for lungs and heart) use rowing machine for arms, lift weights, do yoga and meditation for mental health, solve puzzles for mental sharpness, do prayers for spiritual health, be in the company of positive people who encourage you, not pull you down -this is to boost your social health. Involve in genuine social activities like helping people or educating down trodden, do not use mother teresa to give a speech, be genuine, the judges can see through fake made to order speeches used to impress. Although there is no specific treatment for the same but I will advise you certain steps u should follow. May be these can help, drinking water before, during and after meals. Eating small bites of food. Chewing thoroughly before swallowing. Avoid talking while eating. Eat slowly. Walk, stand and sit upright for at least 30 minutes after eating. You can also take a homoeo medicine along with nux vomica 30 ( dr. Reckweg ) 1 drop in 1 spoon fresh water twice daily. Report me after 2 monthss

Hi add more protein in your diet like soyabean ,sattu with milk ,sprouts, pulses, milk and milk products, eggs. Peanut butter is another yummy remedy for gain weight. Do some basic workout every day. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4.
