Start taking black til (Seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items, too much of Salt in food shud be avoided. Start avle ka murabba daily. Also have a high protien rich diet e.g. Pulses, Dry fruits, Black gram, Ground nut etc, white of egg (if u eat egg). also oil ur hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as Ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with Shirodhara with herbal oil and Nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Lybrate-user, weight maintainance is dependent on your regular lifestyle. If your diet input matches activity output then you can maintain. So be active and do 30 mins of physical activity as you have a desk job. Have balanced diet at frequent intervals of 3 hrs and 8-10 glasses of water per day.

height increase depends on heredity as well as your lifr style.Since your age is 19,chances of height gain are less.Still can try by taking aswagangha powder and do tadasana and paschimatasna.

Just make sure, that it is dandruff and not dry skin. Which ever one it is you can take meds for it, but the med for dandruff is different to dry scalp.

yesterday when I am playing cricket bowler hit my aside of nose then bleeding doesn't stop till now.

It is due to injury to blood vessel in the nose. Consult ent specialist for advice 1. Remain calm, sit up straight and lean your head slightly forward 2. Pinch your both nostrils shut with thumb and index finger and breathe through mouth for 5-10 minutes. 3. Apply ice wrapped in a cloth to your nose and cheek 4. Don't blow your nose 5. If bleeding recurs, blow out forcefully to clear nose of blood clot and pinch nostril again 6. Spray nostril with decongestant spray like otrivin

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated. Skip the bad habits: smoking and avoid excessive caffeine and alcohol.

Hye. You can slim down your thighsand hips and smooth away that cellulite, but you can also build the muscles in your legs, which are some of the largest and strongest muscles in your body. Stronger leg muscles make your overall life feel so much more effortless. You'll walk with more confidence and with a spring in your step. You'll be able to climb stairs without getting tired. And you'll be able to go on strenuous hikes—all because of your strong legs! You will feel better about yourself from the inside out. Move 1: Seated Pillow Squeeze (works on inner thighs) Sit on a sturdy chair (one without wheels). Rest your feet on the floor with your knees bent at 90-degree angles. Place a pillow between yourthighs. Exhale as you squeeze the pillow between your thighs, as if you were trying to squeeze the stuffing out of the pillow. Hold for 1 minute as you breathe normally. Release and proceed to Move 2. Move 2: Seated Hand Push (works outer thighs and hips) Sit on a sturdy chair. Rest your feet on the floor with your knees bent at 90-degree angles. Place your palms on the outsides of your knees. While keeping your palms and arms stationary, push your knees outward against your palms, as if you were trying to push your palms away. At the same time, press inward with your hands, preventing your thighsfrom pushing them outward. Hold this isometric contraction for 1 minute, breathing normally. Release and proceed to Move 3. Move 3: Seated Leg Raise (works fronts of the thighs) Sit on a sturdy chair. Rest your feet on the floor with your knees bent at 90-degree angles. Rest your hands on the chair at your sides. Exhale as you lift and extend your right leg. Hold for 30 seconds as you breathe normally. Then inhale as you lower your right leg and exhale as you repeat with your left leg. Hold for 30 seconds while breathing normally. Release and proceed to Move 4. Move 4: Seated Bridge (works the backs of the thigh and rear end) Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair. Rest your feet on the floor with your knees bent at 90-degree angles. Rest your palms on the chair at your sides. Exhale as you lift your hips, allowing your palms and feet to support your body weight. Continue to lift your hips until your body resembles the shape of a bridge. Hold for 20 to 60 seconds while breathing normally. Release and return to Move 1. Repeat Moves 1-4 once more, and you're done.

Eat all you can is my principle...!!! But but but...a small but...never forget to gargle and brush after every sweet meal you eat...As the glucose in sweet food is acidic in nature causing your teeth to be more prone to caries...So keep Eating AND Brushing!!!

Dear , temperature of a child should always be measured by a thermometer. A child has fever if the temperature is more than 100.4 degrees fahrenheit. Feeling the palms and head to be warm is not fever.

120/80 is normal, you can check every day initially and then weekly once. Do regular walking to control BP and reduce salt intake.

I am 57 year old and under went bypass surgery ten years back. I am fit and fine but I am suffering from gas trouble. After meal or before meal I feel heavy in my stomach and and feel suffocation. Though I can breath easily but feel uneasy. Please advice.

Are you walking or exercising? are your bowels clear? if your stomach feels heavy before meals, why then are you eating? you are overloading your system - don' t eat if you are already feeling heavy. In any case start having several small meals, and miss out if you are not hungry. There is no reason to stuff yourself just because it is habit or convention. Remember at 57 your system has slowed down and you have to alter your eating habit to match this. Contact for homeopathic support.

Hi 1) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice, ginger juice and 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in the morning on empty stomach and after meals, do this for 30 days, it gives you good result, thanks.
