Reduce carbs, general belief is that daal are rich in proteins only but they have calories due to carbs also. Take lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take more proteins like milk and curds. At 23 you can do more exercise, simple walks or weights. If you are a rice eater, continue and don't remove the rice water fearing that it increases calories but do try coarse grains like wheat, maize and other types of atta available in markets, that has additional fiber and soy type of nutrients added to it. Do reduce weight @5 kg per month and don't become calories or weight obsessed. Do write back after a month.

1.do yoga exercises regularly which increase your blood in body particular to those organs involved in sex.in addition 2-eat healthy nutritious diet like fresh green salad with meal 1 tomato 1 onion 1 cucumber daily use 3.avoid fried food like chicken fish egg spicy food 4-drink warm milk before sleep consisting with walnuts or dry dates 5-may take ayurvedic remedies for fast effective result.

You can include iron, folic acid and vitamin b 12 rich foods in your diet like whole egg, leafy vegetables (esp laal saag & kulekhara saag), plantain (kacha kela), bajra, soybean, dates, poppy seeds (posto), black gingelly seeds (kala til). If hb level is < 10, kulekhara water (100-150 ml/day every alternate day till levels become normal) can be included along with other dietary sources. If supplementation may be needed if hb levels are very low (<8) - spirulina capsule. Vitamin c sources like guava, lemon, raw (capsicum, cabbage, green chilies), sprouts should also be included for iron availability. High biological value proteins like egg, fish, chicken, dairy products (curd, buttermilk, lassi, milk, channa) should also be included along with other protein sources like nuts, oilseeds, pulse, cereal-pulse combinations for haemoglobin formation.

Hi, take tab. Septillin 2-0-2 after food and rhinorin lehya 1 tsf twice daily followed by milk for 3 months continuously. Take immunocin 1 tab. Twice a day for 3 months to gain immunity in the body. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Avoid sweets and oil fried food. Perform pranayama daily in the morning for 10-15 mins. Avoid exposure to dust by tying a kerchief or a mask around the face covering the nose.

Masturbation is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity. In general, the medical community considers masturbation to be a natural and harmless expression of sexuality for both men and women. It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body, and can be performed in moderation throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behavior. It will not affect you or your ability to have children in the future. If you wish to reduce the frequency of masturbation: It originates from brain, due to thinking about sex. Hence: ·     Do not watch adult material. ·     Concentrate more on your studies or work. ·     Exercise regularly. First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many. You can try any of the following methods. You can do squeeze and stop technique. Hi, Please follow these tips: Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room.

1. Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2. It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 1-2 times a week. 3. Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc 4. Consult sexologist for further advice how to control 1. Stay busy and focused by engaging in activities like playing games/sports, learning music/painting etc. 2. Find new hobby like cooking, gardening, writing, public speaking 3. Eat healthy diet 4. Volunteer your time by doing social work like tutoring needy children/ working at shelter home and rendering free service, raising money for a good cause 5. Avoid loneliness, socialise with friends/relatives 6. Stop watching porn in computer/moble 7. Develop will power, determination to stop practicing 8.
