Hello doctors. I'm 20 years guy who is facing bad breath problem from many years from childhood. I consulted 1 MD doctor he said its not oral problem nd its an acidity problem. If its an acidity problem I gets bad breath even aftr brushing in early morning. Due to dis bad breathe I cant able to communicate with people bcz of bad breath. My parents has complained about my bad breathe nd friends also complained it few years ago. I donno wats de actual reason. Due to dis bad breathe i'm totally disturbed. Nd its from many years. Diet is a common bad breath culprit. Foods such as garlic and onions, in particular, can foul your breath. Once your food is digested, chemicals that cause odour can be absorbed into your bloodstream and from there into your lungs; these chemicals then are exhaled. Diets high in protein and sugar also have been associated with bad breath. Infections in the mouth, such as dental caries (tooth decay), periodontal (gum) disease or mouth sores related to other conditions may contribute to bad breath.Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth.Dry mouth also can cause bad breath.Smoking or chewing tobacco-based products also can cause bad breath, You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then.

1. Do warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2-3 times daily. 2. Put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily. 3. Take viscodyne d syrup 2 tsf 2-3 times daily. 4. If no relief, you have to take antibiotic. 5. Consult me for advice.

Hi, I have been suffering from insomnia and took medicine for that I got batter but the other I realized I am sleeping but there is not satisfaction after sleep I still feel that I did not sleep for a minute. Now I just started gyming and experiencing body ache after 2 days of exercise. Is it bad if body is not experiencing the pain next day of the exercise. Is there any connection of pain with my sleeping pattern.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

If symptomatically treated by taking all the details, white hair can be controlled. Even she has to get some check up like tsh. Mainly. Tell her to take few soaked fenugreek seeds daily in empty stomach, make sure that she should take well nutritious diet, avoid fat, junk, oily, spicy food, add more methi leaves in the diet in any possible form. Apply oil with bhringraj, amla mixed.{either homeo r ayurvedic], don't use chemical, strong concentrated shampoos, go for usage of herbal shampoos, which contain reetha, shikakai, give her plenty of water, fruits, almonds[soaked n peeled off]. Give her baryta carb 3x daily thrice[5-5-5] for 2 months. Let me know the result for further follow up.

Dear, Pimple is a skin problem. These are the causes: • excessive sebum (oil) production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance and infection by bacteria. These are the methods to avoid pimples: • To control the sebum (oily) secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum (oil) production and causes pimples. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. Touch your face very less. • you can use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin and remove pimples.,• • Give Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for 3-5 minutes daily. • You can take 2 teaspoon of SAAFI SYRUP daily for 1 month for clear face. • Take 20 gm powder of Black pepper and 50 gm of Amla powder. Mix it and take 1/2 tea spoon of this mixed powder daily with luke warm water for 15 days for pimple free skin. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin only in winters..

Follow advice given below: 1. Maintain hygiene, avoid allergens 2. You can use calamine lotion local application for itching for 3-5 day 3. Avoid synthetic cloth and prefer cotton cloth 4. You can do gentle olive oil massage for dry skin 5. Do not use harsh soap we may need to start antibiotic and other medications after taking detail medical history for stomach pain.

I will start it from beginning, In my teenage there was a stress and tension in my life for very long time and that was serious stress and tension, I do not know can I call that depression or not. Only doctors can say but that was long time of stress, Tension,disappointment ,inferiority complex and that situation of my life made me anxious and abnormally very aggressive and violent. However I got out from that situation and tension to some extent not totally. I faced very very weird type mental tension at very young age, At 16, 17,18. however I got out from that tension to some extent not totally, I turned 19, And left my little home town for studies in bangalore, There in bangalore I was happy to be there, New friends, New environment and big city bangalore. I was thinking of enjoy all this, although I was anxious but not that much. I felt anxiety and nervousness in social situations in college and hostels but that was under my control I was able to enjoy things. New life, I started smoking and drinking with my new friends and became heavy chain smoker, After some month I started feeling very very strong anxiety and social phobia. I stopped going college meeting friends other than room mates. I developed social anxiety disorder, GAD, Bipolar and many more, My life became hell. But that time I did not know that I am having a mental disorder, I did not understand why I became like this, I never think of going to doctor for any mental problem. I thought log kya kahenge ki kya mai pagal ho gaya hu. My life stopped, Study ruined, Very few friends, No girl friend very poor life with lots of expectations from life. I could do anything. I lost everything studies, Girls I loved, Money,Very precious time of life. But I did not share about my mental disorders with anyone. But some of my friends had doubt of my metal health. After struggling this kind of hellish life for seven years I thought of going to an Ayurveda doctor for this mental disorder, I thought herbal Ayurveda treatment would be good for mental disorders. I was benefited by Ayurveda medicines. I thought of quitting smoking so that I can adopt healthy lifestyle so that medicines would be more effective. After more than six months of taking medicine I realized that I did not need any medicine I just need to quit smoking drinking and a healthy lifestyle. All my friends smoke and drink but they are mentally healthy at all. I never thought smoking will cause me that much serious mental disorders. I quit it more than year ago. Now I am facing thing BRAIN FOG. It feels something opposite state of anxiety and it just refused to go. I think anti anxiety ayurvedic medicines caused me something like brain fog and it just refused to go. I think it is opposite state of anxiety so I again started cigarette and 8 Cups coffee in a day so that I can get rid of this brain fog and it seems like its working after lots of coffee I felt it going. I have lost my love I lost Everything in my life because I was mentally ill everybody was enjoying life and I was hiding in a room, Extreme extreme extreme level of social phobia. I think of suicide everyday. My life on chaos. Now I just want to know how to end this brain fog and how stay mentally healthy at all. Please suggest me right way.

While side lying, keep pillow in between your knees. 4. Gentle morning walk for 15-20 min. 5. Increase calcium products in your daily routine. 6. Perform back care exercises regularly .
