Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of whole spine. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following general guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. 4 Easy Sex Positions for Beginners

Sex, for a beginner, can seem like a daunting task as it may take time getting comfortable with. For an individual who are new to having intercourse, a little knowledge of the basics could help get the inhibition out. The idea is to go slow and gradually loosen up.

Here are 4 basic sex positions for beginners to try out.

1. The Missionary - This position is the most common and popular method of having sexual intercourse. The woman lies down on her back while the man remains at the top. There are some variations that the woman can do with her legs. She can wrap them around, spread her legs wide, pull her legs closer to the man or perhaps put the legs on his shoulders. These variations make a difference in angle and depth of penetration.

2. Woman on top - The name itself is self-explanatory. Unlike in the missionary, the woman remains on the top and thus in control. In this position, she is able to decide how hard and fast to go. Although most women lose their virginity in the missionary position, some women would like to be in-charge till the act starts to become less painful and more pleasurable.

3. Doggy style - In this position, the woman stays on her hands and knees and the man penetrates her from behind. This position provides a deeper angle of penetration. The woman may feel slight pain for the first few times.

4. On a chair - In this position, the man is advised to sit on a short, stout chair, (preferably without wheels and armrests, as they can get in the way), while the girl slowly lowers herself from the top. In this position, the feet of both the man and the woman touch the ground, which provides plentiful leverage to the both of them.

Mr. Lybrate-user, for your ha, we need to get some more information like how the pain will be, the intensity, progress, frequency, parts those are getting effected, the factors those are giving releif or increasing or causing. Etc. Then we can do justice. For acne, take internally berberis aquifolium mother tincture internally daily 15-20 drops in 1/4t cup of water, once or twice as per the intensity. Try to apply clerskin cream available from bioforce company{homeo]over the face daily. You can also try applying neem leaves paste with a pinch of turmeric powder over the face, keep for 20 min.& wash it with normal water. Take more water. Approximately 4 litres/day.

Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.
