Everyday Back Pain Causes.

It's worth knowing that you will eventually complain of back ache if you are not already whining.

It is primarily because most of us indulge in some everyday activities that are detrimental to our spine health. The good news here is that these reasons can be easily fixed. All you need is some spine tuning. Here's how:

Desk job
Are you sitting too much on your seat? Recent studies have suggested that sitting for longer hours makes you prone to various illnesses. So it is highly recommended that you stand and walk a bit every two hours or so and also engage in some static stretching exercises. If not, take a 30 minutes stroll after your lunch time.

Sleeping on your stomach
Do you have a habit of snoozing on your tummy? It's a clear give away for your back problems as it puts unnecessary pressure on your spine. When you sleep on your side or back, your spine is elongated and neutral. Also, don't use a thick pillow. The perfect-sized pillow should keep your head in line with the spine. This is not it. Your mattress should not be too hard or soft.

Not exercising your core
According to yogacharya, Shelly Khera, a strong core helps us stand difficult situations both physically and mentally. It is where all our energies are housed. And even fitness instructors in the gym have caught fancy to the word 'core, but for all the right reasons - core exercises strengthen your spine.

High heels, bulky bags
Some fashion choices that you make may be harming your back, especially high heels and heavy bags. Not only women, there are men who carry heavy laptop bags on one shoulder, which is a major cause of health issues. What's the fix? If you stand and walk a lot, do not wear heels above 2 inches and the handbag should be less than 10 pounds.

Avoiding Pitta-aggravating foods like spicy, heavy and oily foods, as well as tea and coffee. Enriching your diet with good foods, such as almonds, seafood and Buttermilk, can help your hair become healthier. Relaxing – as stress has been proven to lead to some hair loss. Protecting your hair from the damaging effects of the sun by covering it with a scarf or hat when you go out. Avoiding refined foods, refined sugar, junk food and alcoholic and carbonated drinks. Increasing intake of fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables and vegetable juice prepared from lettuce, carrot, capsicum and alfalfa. Avoiding the usage of chemical products on the hair. Try herbal oils like nillibhringadi and shampoos instead.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1. Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2. Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3. Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4. Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5. Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6. Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7. Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Dark spots are primarily caused by acne, blemishes and black heads. The percentage of dark spots increases as the exposure to the sun increases too. Since the rate of melanin would be decreases, it leads in turn to the darkening of the skin. So, apply sunscreen (Homoeopathic SUNCARE cream of BAKSON Company) , every time you go out and follow the recipes below in order to get relief from dark spots. Instead of using the chemical products for your skin, try using some natural home remedies. Using home remedies can work out to be much cheaper than chemical based products and they can help treat your condition without any side effects. Caring for your skin is highly important. Here are some home remedies that allow your skin to be free of dark spots, black spots or pimple marks or even acne scars on the face. 1.Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water. 2.Take pulp from Aloe Vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good. 3.Onions have anti-microbial properties and they help remove the acne related scars and spots. Take an onion and cut it into several pieces, grind them and then, separate the juice from the beaten onions. Apply this mixture on the affected areas; allow the mixture to remain on the skin for a few minutes and rinse off with water. 4.Mix two tablespoons of sandalwood powder with a few drops of rose water and apply on the spots and on the entire face. Wash it off, after it dries. 5.Take a pinch of turmeric powder and add some lemon juice to it. Mix both the ingredients well together and dab the mixture on the black spots. Scars and spots will disappear and the results would show on the skin within a week’s time. 6.Take a small potato and grate it; mix it with some honey and dab on the face. Wash the face mask after 15 minutes. You can also rub the potato slices over the dark spots to make them fade. 7.Prepare a solution for the dark spots with handy items from the home. Take one tablespoon of onion juice, one tablespoon of garlic juice, half tablespoon of vinegar and mix them properly. Apply this combination on the face and rub for few minutes on the dark spots. Rinse with chilled water after 20 minutes. It is an easy way to reduce the dark spots by regularly using the mixture. Vitamins and the sulphur contents of onions and allicin from garlic have anti fungal, anti-aging properties and give soothe the skin while removing the bacteria from it. 8.Lemon contains astringents and Vitamin C; it also removes the toxins from the body when it is consumed. So, use lemon to remove the dark spots on the skin. Squeeze out the extract of lemon and apply it on the dark spots with the help of cotton balls. The best results will be yielded when the application is repeated on every second day. 9.Grate some cucumber and add milk to it along with some lime extract. Mix all the ingredients together to form a paste and apply the paste on the skin. 10.Papaya consists of enzymes that help in making the black spots on the face disappear. Use ripe papaya pulp on the skin. Apply the pulp of papaya on the face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse off with cold water. 11.The lactic acid in buttermilk contains alpha hydroxyl acid. Since this is a natural acid, it is good for the skin. Buttermilk helps remove the excess oil and the dirt on the skin along with any dead skin. The skin then appears lighter. Take buttermilk in small bowl and dip a cotton ball in it. Apply it on the dark spots. If possible, you can use lemon juice with buttermilk in equal halves and apply as a face mask. 12.Vitamin E oil: It is the best antioxidant which is used for healing wounds. So, mix the vitamin E oil with some castor oil. Apply on the dark spots and check the results. 13.Oats is not only good for intake, but it also works as a medicine to treat black spots, acne marks, or pimple scars on the face. Apply an oatmeal face mask in order to get rid of the dark spots. Prepare a paste using oatmeal and lemon juice. Apply this paste on the face as a mask and scrub it gently. Wash it off with warm water. Follow the procedure twice every week for immediate relief. Drinking plenty of water will help you in removing dark spots on face. Drink at least 6 – 8 glasses of water everyday. This removes the extra toxins from the body while moisturizing the skin and making the dark spots fade. 14.Milk lightens the facial spots. The lactic acid present in milk soothes and calms the skin. Use cold raw milk to apply on face. Dip a cotton ball into the milk and apply it all over the face. Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash with warm water. Do this every day in the morning time.

Hi lybrate-user, I am sorry to hear about your condition. You need to exercise also. I hope post surgery you can walk in a normal manner, if so please get a fitness from physician for exercise. Start slowly and go up gradually under an instructor s guide. Some yoga exercises may also be beneficial. If it is difficult then consult a bariatric surgeon.

You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones. 8. You can also take neeri syrup 1-2 table spoon with a glass of water at least for 1 month.

Hello since when you are facing this problem? according to ayurveda, probable causative factors are mainly due to vitiated vaat & pitt history of long time acidity or gastric trouble history of major illness any medicine constipation sour salty spicey food fear, anger & stress addiction etc find your factors, stop them. Take balance diet withdrawal of stress anger take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp after meal. Take milk+ sugar+ pipprimool+ jayphal at night time. Start ayurveda medicine do pnachkarma procedure like shirodhara & nashya by nearer ayurveda physician, will surely help you.

You can control diabetes by following a proper balanced diet chart. You need to have more of whole grain fibrous food rather than refined food product. Eat at regular time interval. Do exercise regularly. Avoid taking sweet products. Eat fruits, vegetables in liberal amount.

I think you want to increase iron in your body - if yes, then take care of your diet. Take natural foods, avoid junk food. Have bananas, cheekos, beetroot, guava - these fruits have more iron content than pomegranates & apples. You can also have a few almonds and raisins everyday.

The word depressed is a common everyday word. People might say" i'm depressed" when in fact they mean" i'm fed up because i've had a row, or failed an exam, or lost my job" etc. These ups and downs of life are common and normal. Most people recover quite quickly. With true depression, you have a low mood and other symptoms each day for at least two weeks The common symptoms are (few might be present in a person with depression) Feelings of sadness, tearfulness, emptiness or hopelessness Angry outbursts, irritability or frustration, even over small matters Loss of interest or pleasure in most or all normal activities, such as sex, hobbies or sports Sleep disturbances, including insomnia or sleeping too much Tiredness and lack of energy, so even small tasks take extra effort Changes in appetite — often reduced appetite and weight loss, but increased cravings for food and weight gain in some people Anxiety, agitation or restlessness Slowed thinking, speaking or body movements Feelings of worthlessness or guilt, fixating on past failures or blaming yourself for things that aren't your responsibility Trouble thinking, concentrating, making decisions and remembering things Frequent or recurrent thoughts of death, suicidal thoughts, suicide attempts or suicide Unexplained physical problems, such as back pain or headaches consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated. To reduce 5 kg in 4 weeks follow these tips: do's compulsorily eat fruits & salad daily. Include fat free dairy products in your meal. Sleep for 6-7 hours daily. Exercise fro 30-40 mins daily. Do not's oily, fried, fatty food. Fasting. Stress. Sedentary lifestyle.

You may be suffering from patello femoral arthritis. Which requires proper stretching, stregnthening, n gait correction. Stretch your hams, quads, and calves stregnthen the knee bending by semi squats, leg raises avoid crossed leg sitting, indian toilets pls take physiotherpay session wherever possible.
